worst experience ever I had so far. Please don't waste your valuable money in lethargic and unreasonable travel like this. I booked tickets cost around 3k on 1 December 2022. The bus should be on 10.15 pm. But they pick up at 4 am. No proper response and no proper reasons given from the customer care and kinda scarsim towards customers is not acceptable. The most irritating thing is pick up van driver wants us to leave the bus and stand in road without proper lights and safety. What's the safety concern you have towards female passenger and kids.

Worst experience. So rude and a worst Manager. Mr. Panju Arunachalam the worst person to contact for an issue. They were so rude and threatened that they know all the local cops and they would file a fake case and get me arrested for contacting Orange Travels Office for an issue which I was facing. They has the most worst customer handling I have ever faced. From the driver to the Manager, they are not at all fit to be in a service sector industry. Complete unfit people and the worst bus service. It’s not at all recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful journey.

Worst customer service. They're threatening passengers at despatched time. I left my android watch in the bus. Immediately i ask and call they said no. Evening i saw my watch in bus driver hand and i ask my watch and show my charger. He said that is his watch. Very cheep behaviour. People's don't choose this travels. This travel not fit. One of the most horrible bus service I have ever taken. These people don't hold responsibility in delay. Sudden change boarding venues, deny arranging pick-up vans suddenly when you have to catch up the bus in 2 hrs now that too somewhere in madhavaram and they promised a pickupp van from shollinganallur, no don't trust them they won't send any vans, it's at your risk you ll miss the bus and very very veryy rude customer service. Avoid taking this bus service.

Madurai to Chennai sleeper AC bus was in a very bad condition last night..the bus was stinking...the curtain in The window fell down with the holder.... TV wasn't working, The switch was broken. ...no snacks were provided in spite of spending a lot of money in this than The other it wasn't worth It Was The worst bus I have ever went They cheat people by advertising that they provide all facilities but they dont Please don't waste your money by travelling in this one It might be good before but not now.

Worst experience. Such unprofessional. Unapologetic driver for delay. And very rudely asked travellers to get down if the bus in the middle of the road.. refused to stop for restroom stops. Delayed by 6 hours from Chennai to coimbatore trip on 18ty August. And to make it worse they shout back at travellers.

One of the worst bus travel experiences I’ve ever had from Chennai to Hyderabad. Firstly, the bus was not on time, and the bedsheets were not changed from the previous trip and the bus was DIRTY. No water bottle was provided. Horrible experience with the journey. Save your money and don’t travel with this service.

Zero stars..Pathetic service. Traveled on Thrissur to chennai service dated 6 Feb . Driver is allowing unauthorized entries ( without ticket ) to bus and resulted in theft of my belongings from bus. Same has been reported to driver but he replied In a abusive way. There is no functional surveillance camera available in bus.coplaint raised to orange travels contact but poor response from them for serious safety concern

We chose a service from Chennai to kumily. But they cheated us with a worst bus. They promised that they provide Bharath Benz, but they provide one older worst condition bus…

If I had a chance of putting 0 I would do that . Pathetic service.. they dropped us in highway out of nowhere and asked us to take a pick up bus .. bus is not clean .. always late .. don’t waste your money. It’s absolutely pathetic

The travels agent telling wrong address and not proper address. and i miss bus from Chennai to Hyderabad and i am in stress because no refunds no money will back. I will give you advice to not go travel or vacation on this site or app stay alert from this type of fake website.

The worst travels I have ever seen. Every time bus got delay by 3-4hours. For every hour we got a message that due to break failure bus is delayed by 30min. They will send the incorrect bus tracking link. Driver and customer care people will not answer to our calls. 3rd time I am facing this issue

My first ride with orange travel was very good may be because of their new bus launching. My other rides (3 times) were very terrible and also nothing provided except bedsheet for that highest price. Don't go for it.
