Visited this showroom for a Laptop purchase. The elderly guy in the showroom was very rude and showed lot of attitude. Infact he was not wearing Dell uniform like the other guy who was attending another customer. Was wondering how he would treat people with no tech knowledge. Very bad experience, won't come back or recommend this place to anyone

Very bad customer service .the person is not explaining anything he gets irrited if we ask any questions.showing attitude he thinks he is the owner of the showroom but he is not.not recommended for any one.think his owner will take this seriously.

Friendly people. I went from Thiruvallur to purchase Dell AIO 7700. This was the ONLY STORE that properly responded. The store in my locality and Ambattur did not communicate properly and wasted lot of time. Anyways, these people finished transaction and tested the machine in 10 minutes. I will recommend this store to everyone.

One of the best place to buy the Dell laptops. I have bought Touch laptop and am really happy about that. The staffs are very cool to explain various varieties and specifications.

This is the worst store of Dell Brand. They informed one price on phone and then hiked the price with in an hour when visited the store. What the pathetic situation of this store is they recommend neighbouring Asus store.

They are fraud. I given my laptop for service, they replaced my original motherboard with some faulty one. After I came back home I saw windows pop up for genuine copy. I realised something was happen on Store. The next day I go to store and ask about this... They behave very rude. Please don't go to this store for purchase or service or anything else.....

Worst customer service. The person had bad attitude towards customers. i have been there to purchase a laptop and he was not even allowing me to check the demo laptops. I was trying to turn the laptop was lifting the laptop to test the hinges and he got upset. If the laptops are not sturdy ytf u sell it for higher price.

Wonderful shopping experience. Staffs are very helpful and tend to explain us, the product in detail and make us understand it's specs. Configuration of the product during delivery took some time due to lack of staff and moving crowd in the shop. Rest is good and a worth shopping experience.

Went there after my Laptop's OS was corrupted because of an update. It was stuck on the Blue screen. I had gone to another place before coming here, there they said they can't get a backup of my data when trying to fix it. And that I should take the risk. But here, they recovered my laptop with the existing data and fixed the corrupt OS within 10 mins. They also explained the tech issue to me in an understanding manner. Fixed an SSD into my laptop to increase the speed of its performance and to avoid these kind of problems in the future. Now my laptop is in a better working condition although it's been about 4 years since I bought it. Thanks to the team for fixing my laptop in such a short time. Will recommend this place for Laptop services 10/10.

Laptops are very costly 40k+. They don't have low budget items.
