KFC provides one of the best fried Chicken in the country. It has a lot of branches and each of the branches works similar with respect to the taste, service etc ... Location : It's located very close to the Ambattur OT Bus stand. It's located on the main road between Singapore Shopping plaza and Ambattur OT bus stand. Ambience: This branch is too good with a pleasant light setup and the AC level was also perfect. The restrooms were also clean. Service : KFC follows a self service procedure, the staff at the counter were too polite and humble in answering our queries while ordering. Taste: All their dishes taste good. My personal favourite would be Tandoori Zinger Burger, the tandoori sauce they make is heavenly. Price : Starting from min ₹100 they vary based on the needs ... Refer menu for the exact price. Parking : They have a parked area which is too good since it's located near the main road which is always busy

First of all the chicken was not at all crispy for that price and was waste of money at that price we can get better chicken. The service was very bad they didn't even provide bill very dissatisfied

Enter @ your own risk. Order only from receptionist available there. If they advise you to use the kiosk available, deny it & be adamant in order through them. If they still deny then show them your finger & walk away. The koisk service is the most disgusting thing they've placed. The POS machine available on the top of it doesn't work. QR code scanning fails. I ordered something through the koisk in September. Scanned the code, my amount got debited but the order didn't process. I complained about it to the manager & he asked for 2 weeks to settle down. Post that he again asked for more 2 weeks & the charade continued. I provided him my transaction details by all means, through WhatsApp, through e-mail but to No Avail. Irritated by the service when I asked for refund, he promptly denied it providing free gifts & meals etc as compensation. Customer Care number doesn't work. Registering complaint through website is also of No Avail. Can't say this pathetic service of them is only for "Non Tamizhians" living in Chennai or for all. Down Down KFC 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

New KFC in town, Great ambience, good staff clean atmosphere. Only one staff to get orders at peak hours, that maybe increased.!

I ordered through zomato app popcorn chicken biriyani bucket and chicken longer burger & 2 pcs chicken strips. But i didnt receive chicken longer burger. I called zomato customer care they said from restaurant all the items were sent. I received the parcel it is fully sealed. But the chicken longer is missing.

KFC always gives good taste.last time we brought pepsi here.the taste was not good ,even itz not like from outside shops.but tasty cleaning service was good.in Ambattur it's located ,very happy for ppls ..must visit and tell them if any queries

The Food is good. But we had a very bad experience today👎. The staff their named Dhanalakshmi (Ambattur OT branch) came to us Asking for a Feedback. She initially asked for the mobile number then directly took the mobile from our hand and started giving review herself. This is totally irritating and Violence over our privacy. After giving herself a review, she handed-over the phone and simply disappeared. We are not sure if she was open only with review session. Disgusting behaviour 😡👎

Went on Wednesday at 1.30 PM, they told offer menu not in stock and ask me to buy old menu which is not good in taste and not movable item . I think they purposely selling this on Wednesday by telling offers peri peri chicken not in stock... worst service.. i won't be going again... I will share as much as possible... It's happening only in Ambattur branch....

I visited this place with my family in 29th October 2023 and placed an order..imdtly the kfc service guy called me and said your was ready. I saw that drinks was missing and asked him he said it's not part of the order I said no the girl who took the order said will get 3 pepsi along with my order he checked with her and she came saying to me it's not part of the order again..I just took the food and came back. When I came to my table I saw there was something wrong in the order..by then the kfc service girl quickly came and just said ITS NOT YOUR ORDER AND JUST GRABBED THE FOOD FROM THE TABLE...where is the manners of saying sorry mam we by mistake delivered the wrong order....she did not have the decency or any customer service behaviour...was it my fault they called me and also we did not even touch the food when we understood it's not our order. And again when finally our order was ready she again called me and had to take it.... I didn't want to shout at that place as it was busy and a weekend also becos I was with my family and kids...WORST BEHAVIOUR...KFC teach some manners and customer service to your employees..

Worst ever service, one person will take the order and other person will come and say this is not available and they both will argue in front of you. Finally they will only give that particular offer to the next person in line and it will be displayed on the boards and it’s available to order in self checkout but the payment cannot be processed. So again i have to all they way to order in the counter.

The chicken was pink and raw, there were still veins inside and on the breaded skin. It was so unappetizing. The service was fine but do fry your chicken for longer!

Very bad service. If we order which we want they will overcome and advice us to get a combo offer which us not worth. No side dishes free like my ace, pudhina chutney or ketchup. Overall not worth the price

Food here is good but the service is too bad. When we try to order from the menu which they are displaying at the top, it will not be available. For example when we went to order Wednesday stripes bucket offer they shut us down saying that offer is not available in this branch as stripes are not available at that moment but we can find it in the back ( back of them in the display). This shop doesn't have any offers or combos which are available in other KFC's. Worst service.

We had made a pick-up order on 14-Jul-23. But, when we came for the pick-up, we were said that, from KFC's server, they haven't received the order (which was happening continuously for the 4th time) and we were denied of the order. Also, we were denied of the free burger (that was available on online orders only) as we had to pay again and buy the order in-store again (as the online order was not received by the KFC Branch). And every time on offer days, the product on offer would not be available and are asked to order some other product. Although later I got the refund of the online order, the customer service in-store is very poor and the products as per the menu/offer will never be available.

One of the worst customer service and the staffs are not listening. None of the payment methods work. If asked why they come and say only PhonePe is working. Pepsi is served until 80% of the cup. The instructions given were not even followed. The chicken was also bad Update: I’ve sent an email to the mentioned email address. Hope to have the concern addressed.

Classic Zinger Box: Chicken Zinger Burger, 2 Fried Chicken, Medium Fries and Medium Pepsi. I upgraded to Large Pepsi. Apart from Fries rest were delivered quickly. But Fries delivered almost after 15 minutes and I completed the rest before that which gave an unsatisfied experience.

Small place definitely avoid it on weekends or go early you need to wait for the table as the palce is so compact.

It is a small but good outlet of KFC. Parking is small. Car parking is nearly impossible. A lil expensive as KFC always is.The Taste is Awesome. There's no doubt to that. I saw people complaining in the reviews about a girl getting their phones to review. I dont mind it personally but if you do, please don't give out your mobile...

I have received my order without providing bill either through physically nor digitally. Moreover, Chennai Ambattur branch fail to relate with the customers. The center supervisor behaviour is not appreciated.

Sodexo meal card payment option is not available in this branch.. bad thing for corporate employees having sodexo meal pass and still need to go with other payment options.. not a regular visitor for kfc but still not having sodexo is definitely a downside.
