The real deal, couldn't believe I've missed out on this place. I had the meatball hero. It saved my day! The bread is delightful, the sauce isn't overcooked and bitter like most places. Very robust and simple at the same time. JUST TRY IT already! Planning my next visit soon!

My husband and I ordered the Hoboken hot dog, chicken Parmesan sub with mozzarella, and a side of meatballs. Everything was excellent. The sauce and the meatballs reminded me of my Italian Grandmothers. The all beef hot dog was so good with the peppers and onions and the Italian bread is the real deal. It’s was nice to find a place that serves food we were use to living in New Jersey and New York.

A friendly and vibrant atmosphere and absolutely stellar food. Quick service and Johnny is so kind! We had the meatball sub and chicken balsamic sandwich - both were incredible.

Outstanding! Quick service, tasty food! I had the caprese salad, homemade mozzarella and balsamic vinegar. Hubby had a sausage and onion sandwich and a big roll, he kindly let me have a bite and yum! Fussy kiddos had some pasta with butter and wanted more! I will definitely be going back!

Everything here is great: sandwiches, espresso, cannolis, cheesecake, employees and owner are extremely friendly! The Jersey hot peppers and fresh-made mozzarella are definitely worth adding to a sandwich. Even growing up in the south, I love the firm bread. My dad who grew up in New York and Jersey loves the atmosphere. This will definitely become a regular lunch place for us!

We had a variety of items from the menu, ranging from the signature Meatball, to cold sandwiches, to the special of the day, lasagna. Everything was quite delicious and extremely authentic, giving it a very New Jersey Italian vibe. Prices were reasonable and the restaurant and outdoor seating areas were both quite clean. Even with a very busy lunch period, our food was produced pretty quickly and no items were missed. Fantastic experience.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, from the decor to the music it feels like the real deal (minus the rude New Yorkers pushing you around) the Meatball with in store made Mozzarella was completely on point. The cheesecake was more than enough to share and absolutely fantastic. Can’t say enough about just how good this place was and definitely will be back. Great local business to support no doubt I will be returning as soon as possible.

Amazing food, fantastic desserts, and great service. I love everything about this location. The food is beyond great and the service is friendly and welcoming to everyone. You must try everything. I love the meatball sandwich, and the cheesecake. If you’re lucky enough to get the limoncello cake before it sells out, give it a try. Everything is great.

This place is a gem! The food, setting, and customer service was excellent. I've never been to New Jersey but felt like I was taken there for my lunch break. I had the meatball sandwich, sampled some of their housemade mozzarella, and finished the meal off with some fresh cannolis. Everything was exquisite! The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We're lucky to have a place like this in the area. Go there and try it today!

Today was my first time at Hoboken Cafe, but it certainly won’t be my last. So many great things here; a pleasant friendly atmosphere, high quality ingredients, truly authentic recipes, and lot’s of attention to detail. I had the chicken milanese sandwich which was vibrant and delicious. The house made mozzarella is a must as well!!! 10 out of 10.

Agree with the reviewer who said the place smells amazing! Went in for a sandwich for lunch, but plan to come back for dinner soon. Had the tuna and mozzarella sandwich with tomato & lettuce. Totally fresh and light bread, same for the mozzarella. Sweet tomato, not store bought. One of the best tuna sandwiches I have ever had! Absolutely friendly staff and quick service.

Hoboken Cafe is just a few minutes walk from our home, and we have been huge fans since day one. Johnny Pizza and his crew have everything going here. From the unbelievably great sandwiches to the wall covered with photos of Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and the hundreds of other legends that Johnny has known over the years. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss this place. They opened ten years ago, and are already a iconic Marietta spot.

First time here and certainly not my last. I got the famous meatball sub and upon first bite I could taste why it’s got the word “famous” in front of it. It’s difficult to find good, authentic italian style sandwiches here in the south, but Hoboken cafe might be as close as it gets to the real deal. Johnny was very friendly and besides the great food, i’m sure there are many regularly returning customers that come in to say hello to Johnny and his team. Thanks for the great food. I’ll be back for a chicken parm next time.

Definitely a new favorite place Hoboken Cafe on Whitlock if you are wanting true Italian sandwiches this is your place to be! I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner. Johnny Pizza and (yes that’s his real name) hearing a few of his stories was fascinating. The food was absolutely 💯 delicious and y’all the lemon mascarpone cake to die for. Y’all my new favorite sandwich place. 10 out of 10 recommend. I can’t wait to try more on what’s offered on the menu!

People were very welcoming and polite, but the food was obviously the best part. I got the chicken balsamic sandwich and it was absolutely incredible. Very simple but very very well done. The homemade mozzarella cheese was my favorite part, the canolis came in a close second.

I love this place. The food takes me back home. Growing up in a Italian house whole missing my grandmother cooking, and the family dinners every Sunday this reminds me of home. Johnny Pizza is the sweetest person I ever met. If he comes out of the kitchen enjoy his company. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food. It was my first of many visits. I had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich with Provolone cheese and it was awesome. The sauce was sweet enough but not over sweet and the chicken was cooked just right, definitely not overcooked. Try it yourself and you'll understand.

Hoboken Cafe is a dining experience. Great menu selection! Great food! Great staff! Mutz made fresh daily. Hoboken, New JERSSEY Italian taste right here in Marietta, Georgia. Music fans will love the sounds of the old-time crooners. Check out Johnny Pizza's photo display. Love this place! Closed Sunday and Mondays

In town for Yamaha outboard training and found this place, had to stop because of my Jersey roots. Instantly felt at home. Food was amazing and authentic. From the great bread to the fresh mozzarella, my meal was stellar. Johnny the owner came out to ensure quality and satisfaction was fulfilled and we had a great conversation. Can’t wait to go back on my next trip.

When you see 4.9 stars AND hundreds of reviews, your expectations are very high…somehow, Hoboken Cafe exceeded expectations! Tyler & Johnny were super welcoming for this CT transplant who grew up on Italian grinders from Nardelli’s (don’t tell them, but Hoboken Cafe is better)…the bread is superb, perfect amount of chew & super fresh. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Cobb County for almost 5 years & only today found my way over for lunch. They’ve won a customer for life & I plan on doing some takeout dinner with friends on Saturday from this gem. Gratzi!

An absolute GEM in Marietta! The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met! Being from New York City, the tastes took me back home. The best Italian sandwiches, home made mozzarella, there's nothing like it anywhere else in the area.

The staff and owner very very nice people. I had the chicken vesuvio and was very delicious, if you like spicy I recommend it . Also had a canoli which was a great ending to my lunch.

Great local Italian eatery/deli with small neighborhood vibe. My favorite is the meatball sub. You can also get fresh mozzarella by the pound. My wife loves the Italian cookies. Entree meal specials with pasta are great too. Check them out when you are in the neighborhood!!!
