I stayed here for a month for my business trip in Deluxe room. The room, facilities and services were very nice. The staffs very friendly and helpful, even I can name them (Arie, Johan, Gozali, Maria, Theo and Ibu Lisa). Also, they really applied safety measures to prevent COVID-19. I really recommend you to stay here. Thank you Fika Rooms, such a great experience. Hope to comeback soon.

The rooms differ from one to another. Even the facilities were comparable, but still it's not standardized. Located inside the area of the shopping center and city center of Tangerang. Otherwise they didn't give more facilities like restaurant or cafe inside the property, and shared facilities with the apartment occupants.

Rooms were nice and big. Neatly managed. A bit lacking in breakfast menu because there are only a few choices but service was good. Robby at the restaurant was always there to help you if needed anything manageable. Centrally located nearby tang city mall is the best part.

There are several reasons why this hotel did not meet my expectations: 1. Suddenly, the room we booked had an electrical problem, so we were downgraded to a cheaper room. They offered free breakfast and a late check-out as compensation, but it didn't seem worth it. 2. In the pictures in their Instagram, the cheaper room had a washing machine, but it turned out there wasn't any. 3. The breakfast was not tasty and unsatisfying. 4. Only one small bottle of soap and shampoo was provided for a room that can accommodate 3 people. 5. We requested a lake view for the cheaper room, but were given a city view. 6. The AC in one of the rooms was difficult to turn on. 7. One of the contact person in night shift (WhatsApp) is not friendly and seems to be very lazy to answer our questions. Also very difficult to contact.

The ac isn’t cooling properly, making me unable to sleep, very bad!! When I complained about it to the hotel staff, it took me 3 times coming down to the reception in the middle of the night, but no action taken?! The worst part is that the receptionist gave me such a bad attitude handling my complaint, none of them apologized for their poor service not even sympathetic to my situation where I couldn’t sleep all night, very bad Aparthotel with no service at all and unprofessional staff!!

I stayed 2 nights with my family with 2 children. I stayed in a suite which I highly recommend, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest room, dining table, kitchen , netflix, etc. its very strategic location, you can walk to Tangerang city mall, minimarkets are very close, lots of food shops in front of the hotel road. large swimming pool can request floating breakfast. there is a children's play area and a children's pool with sliding. the price is very affordable with complete facilities and the location is next to the mall

Very good location. Cleanliness and ambiance is good. Staffs are helpful especially Mr. Robby. But breakfast is not that good. Need to work on the breakfast options.

During my stay at the Fika rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking meals and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this aparthotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room was good, service was excellent, kids very happy at the beautiful pool. breakfast? seriously? not even an omelette. i clearly remember the food, they're only salad (lettuce not even cut), fruit, bread (have to ask for the refill🙄), porridge, main course buffet (only carbo🙄, fried rice, mie goreng nice, potato wedges, dry ayam suir) kek manaa?? better get yours without breakfast ✨
