I realized that it would be close quarters, but the poor quality of the capsules accentuates the noise. The units are cheap plastic that reverberates when bumped when they ought to dampen the noises. Even the mattress makes noise when you roll over. Good thing there were not many others when I was there or it would have been louder. The service and location were good.

Noisy noisy noisy. Dont expect to get sleep. People talking at normal speaking volume and giggling and chatting all night with no repercussions. Why pay for a capsule hotel rather than just sleeping in the airport if it's permitted to be an equally disruptive environment.

Well not bad at all if unneed to take a nap for a few hours. However please note that people are donkeys and don't care about others. Checked out early, due to noise. One guy had hia mobile phone watching u2b vids, the other guy had a conversation with sm1 at the moon - can't explain why he talked so loud. But, what do you expect from people coughing in front of ur face. Bambots. Clorty bambots.

There's drilling project on top of the hotel floor at 1 am till morning and nothing the hotel can do about it. For a light sleeper better find another place

A great place to stay for an inexpensive no-frills rest at the Jakarta airport. Room was more spacious than I expected and I got a great rest and was ready to continue my journey when it was time for my connecting flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a storage locker available for luggage.

Great location inside Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3 - Gate 5 - 1st Floor. Perfect for overnight stay and early morning connections, no need to suffer through airport traffic. It also near to many restaurants in the ground floor. The pod is spacious enough for me. The bathroom and prayer room are located outside the hotel but only a few steps away. Pod lock and Locker functions well. We can store big luggage at the reception. The only downside is the pod is not soundproof.

The capsule is great. The staff is superb. The location is excellent but the toilet and shower was disgusting. I came in the midnight and found out the toilet had a lot of used paper. The water was blocked. Maybe because I came at midnight so nobody cleaned the toilet at the time.

Convenient pay by the hour capsule hotel in CGK airport. Bit far from the international departures and the capsule could have been 10cm longer for better comfort

My only gripe with the hotel is the noise and smell, more the fault of it being a capsule hotel than the hotel's itself. With the pods being so close to the lockers, you constantly hear the lockers unlocking and people moving stuff around, especially if you're on the pod right by the lockers. I stayed late evening, so there were more people coming in, and the noise lessened later into the night. Still, if you're here for an overnight stay and don't require an alarm, it's best to have earplugs or noise canceling devices as things can get rowdy. The pod itself was clean and even the toilets were well maintained. People were often coming in straight after smoking and the cigarette smell was often very strong.

Time to renovate. Buy pods 2.0. The idea is great but it is noisy as hell. Pods are cute but the squeaking is just too much. And it was a light day not night. It serves it purpose if you have to kill 2-3 hours but if overnight they have a real hotel to stay. If need a budget place then this is great value "at the airport".
