Had a wonderful family time in Pakons Prime Hotel. Strategic location, affordable price, overall good services, good breakfast taste. During PPKM, restaurant, sky lounge and swimming pool were closed. Breakfast was given directly to each room. It was okay. But we also had a little bit disappointing service. We ordered Executive Non-Smoking Room with bathtub. Arrived there at 1 PM, but had to wait until 2 PM because there was still a guest in that room.

Nice ambience. Stay at DD for the Nyoblos Promo, but all of the donuts are empty. Gotta wait till around 5.30 p.m. Buy 1 get 1 Spaghetti and Sandwich is a good idea. Let's see if it's true or not-the donuts are coming or not.

Booked 2 nights separately.. Regular room have no window, you need to ask and kinda argue with the reception to get window room. Old hotel and room facility 1 one of the non window room smells smoke Staff trying to be professional but I think it just better be casual then using kinda old used uniforms. Just don't look fresh, better just polos shirt will be better But The location is perfect for roaming tangerang city that's all.

This place is recomended for you..Especially where you come to Tangerang...Strategis place..and knowing the heritage of Tangerang...

Everthing oke, good vibes, room is cleaning and good for me actualy about room smoking, i am no smoking seperate floor for smoker its good idea. Great.. But any suggestion about of servicing at restaurant waitress at the moment no friendly she duty with poker face.. but its oke maybe she has any problem from another life.. heheh and then, i think this is make me badmood during breakfast. This restaurant have trouble wiith lighting at the table food and celling of beside me. This mechanic fix that problem replace bulb without any permission to me, maybe during fix that any debris or dust can drop to our food Thank you

I always stay here before I transit to the next city, The reception and all the staff are really friendly, their room also good, but need to improve about the smell in the room corridor. Make sure the carpet is dry enough after washing. Thank you Pakons for the great hospitality.

There's smoking room and non smoking room 2. The hotel location is near cisadane river, you can jog there 3. Smoking area is only at the top of building or the coffee shop near the lobby (if your room is non smoking) 4. There is no balcony 5. There is no transportation rent nearby for tourist 6. They have vip rooms, if you want a larger room(with bathtub). 7.There's 2 lift for guest so you dont need to wait for too long 8.Parking is free of charge but a little bit small/cramped 9.Water heater not hot enough 10. Air conditioner in room not cold enough 11. Laundry is a little bit pricey Overal for me it's (7/10) 1 Night <Superior Double or Twin room> Thank you for the stay.

It's very bad, I hope the management can upgrade the hotel service. The food tastes very bad, the coffee only water, and the interns clothes quite dirty, please give them uniform as they have an internship there, don't let them wear their own uniform, you guys should arrange their clothes, so looks professional. This hotel shouldn't get any stars actually, but if no star then can't make any compliment. So I make it 1 star, so you guys can upgrade. Anyway the location is just nice, so if the location is nice, the hotel should be nice too. And I don't know why in the agoda this hotel got 4 stars, but actually this hotel must be 0 stars. So sorry for that.

This hotel is strategically located, close enough to the airport (we were staying here to catch morning flight). Nice river view in its vicinity, but on the other hand since it's around main street, sometimes we hear loud sound from the traffic. Food from breakfast was good, lot of options for light meals, heavy meals, even salad or desserts. Overall it's a very nice hotel to stay :)

We’ve booked an executive room for 2 nights because the place is near Pasar Lama Tangerang (by walking in 15 minutes), the place is neat, clean and the room is comfortable. we could seen the Cisadane river as the view from room.

Room is not too spacious but clean.. I called the hotel a few days after to ask my cellphone charged that left while i'm checked out.. i'm still waiting for their respons...

What a bad experience. Unfriendly staff. Started with the night shift receptionist with unpleasant looks Then they gave us awfull room. AC leaked makes the room wet everywhere (just find out in the morning thou so i can't make the complaint). Swimming pool were dirty eventhough they told us its still useable and accessable but who the hell person want to swim in it !! ( i may understand they are still doing renovation but why they didn't say out of loud and apologize "you can't use swimming pool at this moment" ) With all this experiences i wonder how they can get 4 stars. For me they like 3 rates hotel with worth of 2 stars at best

This is my first time staying in Tangerang City. The PPKM makes the city so quiet, a nice place to stay. The hotel location near the Cisadane river, Alun-alun Kota Tangerang and Pasar Lama.

Nice hotel but not too clean room. Wifi signal is good. No breakfast during Covid 19. And you cant use pool to swim. So easy to find food around the hotel. Nice staff. Overall good place with good price.

We have routine event, when the first dealing with one of hotel's sales peraon it was helpfull. However, now he is very dificult to be contacted. I called and my WA chat ti discuss the following event almost never answered lately. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

It is my 2nd visit to this hotel, I really enjoy the stay, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly and pleasant. strategic location in the middle of the city, close to minimarkets and fast food restaurants. the room rate is very affordable and the environment is peacefull. highly recommended

Hot shower not function, towel like have hole in it.. In the morning barely theres water available.. Check out immediately

Food is apalling for 4 star hotel. Room is cool but hot water missing. Room card always broken need to be reset. Pool is small but enough. Car parking rather small. I think this is work hotel rather than vacation hotel. Staff is very nice, always say hallo.
