I normally am very generous giving stars. The room i stayed in is still in great condition. Towels, amenities are just ok. However AC sucks big time. Overall hotel condition is maintained well. Breakfast is superb for its class. BUT we had 2 nights of meeting in the ballroom. The VIP room looks and feels like a rut!. No joke. VIP room is a rut. Well... that's why it is 3 Stars. Hope you guys fixing it soon

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.. Stayed two nights at this lovely hotel… Very strategic location, located in the heart of Tangerang City, and is integrated with the TangCity Mall… just a few kilometers away from the airport, located by the main road.. The room is top notch, lovely bed, toilet, view furniture, i could go on… The facilities here are also complete, they’ve got swimming pool, mini gym, outdoor park.. The food here is SPECTACULAR.. The price of the room is quite reasonable.. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

A big chain hotel and it comes with many facilities. The location is very strategic and close to mall, making it is easy to reach and provides places to go and restaurants to explore around the area. Room is convenient, well maintained and clean. Various types are also available. Pool is good. Meeting rooms are available as well, with big ballroom, good refreshments and complete amenities. Parking spots are abundant as it’s privately run by company which also serving the mall. The entrance and room are disability friendly as well.

booking twin room and Stay for the 2nd times. we were expecting warm welcome . but very dispointed after being told to pay extra Breakfast they mentioned that our booking only for 1 person in twin room email to fix this issue was sent 2 weeks earlier to Agoda. still they dont bother to listen this explanation Front office staff and Manager didnot made us feel welcome in this hotel

Besides the hospitality, the hotel is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotels. For a quite high price but 3-star hotels standard maybe less. The rooms are poorly maintained from leaking shower heads, a broken bed lamp, a broken bathroom shelves patched with glue gun, then slanted mirrors and sink shelves, smelly toilet and a leaking kettle. The cleanliness of the bedroom also a big issue, the stained bed cover quite annoying, you can easily notice with a UV flashlight and the dirty restaurant floor that you won't notice at first glance. I don't recommend this hotel for a staycation in Tangerang, because you suppose to deserve more for what you paid.

Overall great hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Main issues: plastic bottles provided for water - meaning considerable plastic waste. Hotel also doesn’t seem to care about environment that much based on a few policies. I think it can improve a lot here.

The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel also had a great pool and gym facilities. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed 1 night. Never disappoint. Breakfast is good. Location beside the tang city mall for shopping and food, there is a cinema too. Many locals and full of people on weekends. Good location, 15min to airport. But far from city. Would consider to stay again. Price tends to be high but u do get the novotel standard level of rooms and services. Many airlines pilots and flight attendants stay here too..thus sometimes hotel can be full

Overall good for stay at novotel tangerang. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to the city centre and mall. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish.

Hotel was well located. Lobby is too hot. Room was clean but the pillows was yellowish and house keeping only done after 4pm which mean after a long day outside and we return to our room the room isn't tidy yet.

-Stayed in room #810 for 1 night. -Overall very satisfied with the hotel. Few things that can be improve: use soundproof curtain. Since the hotel is located near to main road, noise from outside traffic is quite loud even at midnight. The noise can disturb guest quality sleeping time.

Highly highly recommend Novotel Tangerang especially for accor members because the service is 10/10 and the lounge access is great. The hotel has direct access to the mall, and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (which sadly can be a rarity especially in Jakarta). Went as a staycation trip for my birthday and the staff went far and beyond, remembering us by name, decorating the room and giving a free cake. We experienced minor issues with the air conditioning that took a few hours to fix, however the staff rectified it and tried to make arrangements very quickly. Pool is great and the welcome drinks are super worthwhile. We were also able to check in early which was highly appreciated! Lounge services were adequate, rooms were clean and food was good. Shout out especially to Ibu Arrita and Pak Sidik who went far and beyond for us during our stay, will definitely stay again soon! Cannot compliment the high standard of service enough.

Stay here couple of nights. The hotel is located at strategic place and connected to Tangerang Mall. However, the room is not soundproof, the noise from other room is very disturbing and unpleasant.

Well the staff were really nice! The room was good enough, great view of Jakarata, breakfast was better than expected, close to the airport and great value for money! The pool was also nice. I’d stay again if in Tangerang or wanting to stay overnight in Jakarta and close to the airport. Mall and Markets very close too.

Absolutely all the features of a 5 star hotel: room very clean, quiet, stunning bathroom with a big shower. You also can choose from different restaurants inside the hotel with great menus. I recommend it for holiday or business trips!

And they having a varied choice of breakfast menu and also quite delicious. The place is located besides the tangerang city mall. The room is spacious, clean, and smells good. The breakfast has a various menu, and focusing on for foreign people like bread, pasta, pizza, and so on, i guess it's because international hotel and there are so many foreigner. The main ballroom is luxury and has a wide range of facilities. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, and worth the money :)

Attached with the mall is the most thing i love, plus the parking area can be anywhere around. The pool is amazing with the kids play zone and bar near the pool, Gym access 24 hour is the best. I got connecting room with a geat view too. Love it for exact!!

What a lovely experience. Arrita (Manager) helped us to get a room slightly early after a terrible experience at Ibis Styles Jakarta Airport who transferred us to Novotel for the remainder of our stay (late check out) but did not refund us or arrange any stay for us at Novotel. Arrita understood the issue and was very understanding and friendly. Our room was lovely and we had an excellent couples massage of 90 minutes (the price is 360 pp). The coffee and food was great and overall our experience fixed all the stress of the Ibis.

Just a suggestion if your drink menu at the square that does not available at the moment, you guys should inform the guest before they order. It may look this good hotel are not professional. I never stayed in this hotel but two years ago I was impressed by the staff hospitality even I just came here for a drink. Recently I came back the hospitality are not the same. Probably they just tired hehe but still looking forward to try stay and came back for their drink 😁 Keep it up Novotel.

The location is decent (about 30 minutes from CGK airport via toll road, and there's a mall right beside the hotel). The staff were very courteous, although they never sent me the extra pillows and towels that i requested via phone. They did get me a taxi very early in the morning when i requested it the night before. The room itself is just ok. The bed sizes are kinda small. The air conditioning is not very cold but tolerable. There is a mini fridge. They have decent adult and children pools. Also there is a children playground. There's a restaurant, gym, and spa, although i didn't get the chance to try them.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and modern, service is good but location is not the best. It takes 45min from Jakarta International airport without traffic by taxi. Official meter taxi is approx. 250-350 000 IDR per one way.

Great location. Good selection of breakfast. Good food. Super comfy bed. Direct access to the shopping mall. Not a fan of carpet floor in the bedroom. Booked the room for 8 nights. The lock is broken on my day 6 at 8:15 pm. Had a very long day and all I want just have rest. The staff tried to fix the door but seem it can’t be easily fixed. They offered me to move room but all my stuff is in the current bedroom, I can’t just move as I need to bring my stuff with me. So I waited. Just sitting at the reception by myself. The reception said sorry. Not her fault but I feel upset cos I’m just tired. 9 pm, the staff came to me told that they have fixed the door. Gave 4 stars as I need to wait for 40 minutes until the door get fixed.

I give only a solid-4-stars rating. I usually go to swim here on Lounge floor. The swimming pool is in good condition. If you want to enjoy yourself swimming without any people's disturbance, I suggest you to swim early in the morning. They also provide a good morning breakfast services that will make you ready to do your daily work that day

I travel a lot for work and recently was my birthday; this year I had to spend it away from home. It seems that staff in this hotel know what truly hospitality means, and prepared this sweet surprise for me. Standard rooms' size are bigger than average. The layout of the room's also great. Basic amenities and wifi connection are also good. Need more improvement on the aircon; not cool enough on daylight, even when set to lowest temperature and highest fan power. The drain on the wash basin were not quite good so the water drained very slowly. Even the toilet chamber were smelly because of the drainage. Breakfast was great, service was also great. Overall our stay was great! Thank you Novotel!

Only if there was an option to rate this hotel a 7 star. Its not the interior that makes a hotel hospitable but the staff and the service and hospitablity they offer. And this hotel and their staff is by far one of the best hotel in the world. And that is on the basis of my experience of travelling to hundreds of hotel around the globe. Right from the airport pickup staff, to the concierge, to the lady who checked us in, to the room service, laundry service gentlemen till out check out it was an absolute pleasure.

Novotel is strategically located beside the Tang City Mall. It has 1 restaurant - The Square Food outside the Box. I tried their Indian Chicken Curry and the presentation was nice. Its taste is also authentic. The restaurant is spacious but my only concern when I visited the place is it's hot. I feel a bit uncomfortable while eating because it's hot in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the servers and crews are nice and accommodating. Thanks to the Accorplus for experiencing more the good stuff.
