Not as close to the airport as I assumed, took about 45 minutes to get there. Also it's not a 4 star hotel. Probably more like a 2 star, the staff were nice, but the hotel is very run down. The room was dirty and smelled of the last occupants. It is also in a very poor part of the city, so I would not advise walking around that area. If you want a cheap hotel then this is fine, but there are limited luxuries there.

The rooms are comfortable clean, the swimming pool is comfortable, it can still be used for small children. Breakfast Alhamdulillah pretty good. With affordable prices, the facilities are quite satisfying, friendly service

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They offered a shuttle to the airport that was quite a life saver. The best part for me is that they have a project to help the stray cats around, very thoughtful and sweet. We reached the hotel a bit late due to our flight and there was nothing to eat on the hotel, only outside (but the area is not very nice and me and my sister did not feel safe leaving alone), the room was comfortable and the bathroom clean, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Also the room is not quiet, you can hear guests passing by and children.

Lobby, dining and unit are clean but the corridors are not in good shape because of odors and wear out carpets. The first room that I got has broken exhaust fan and bathroom door. The smell is not good. I moved to another room. Breakfast and dinner menus are limited, no western food. It is located NEAR the airport but it would take 20-30 minutes travel time.

Very, Very helpful staff!!!!! I got stuck I. Jakarta due to Korean policy changes. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate my stay. They also help me find specific hospitals I needed for pcr testing due to Korean policy changes. As well as getting me there and helping me with whatever I needed. If you are in Jakarta and need a transit hotel, I highly recommend this location. I also would like to say thank you to the staff there for being so helpful!!!!!!

It's a step down in terms of facilities compared to it's airport hotel rival FM7, but the staff is friendlier and seems to speak better English. It's located about 25 min from the airport (at least the international terminal) without traffic and with traffic 30+ so even though it's advertised as an airport hotel it's still some ways until you get there, then again airport hotel options are limited in Jakarta. There is a crib (though it seems only a single one which is also in need of maintenance) you can book in advance and you will get a confirmation of it (unlike FM7 where we ended up waiting an hour on the crib and staff continually lied to us about when and whether it would arrive; given that our toddler urgently needed to sleep that was when we decided not to do FM7 a second time). There is an airport shuttle, but only a single one. So in busy times you might be the lucky one who gets picked up from or dropped off at the airport in time or you might have to wait an hour for it at the airport or arrive at the airport inconveniently early. We ended up taking a taxi one way and the shuttle car the other. Breakfast is served from 6-10 am, but if you get up earlier for your flight they do prepare a very nice breakfast for you.

Hotel was decently clean, with good breakfast! I had adventures planned on 3 diff islands of Indonesia, so had used jakarta as a central place to switch gear in btw jungles/volcanoes/scuba diving. Some thoughts: -hotel AM staff had no issues w me storing luggage there for longer than 24 hrs, the whole point of an airport hotel! But PM staff refused to store it longer than 24 hrs, despite me having booked multiple nights stays over a period of 3 weeks. This added a ton of stress to my stay. Then i was made to wait while she called 2 diff people to obtain higher permission. In the end i was able to store my dive gear. -breakfast was really good, mix of eastern and western food! -in room massage was terrible. A lady showed up, she was texting on her phone the whole time, made me feel like i was interrupting her day. Do not get in room massage. -my last big issue with this hotel, it is 30 min away from the airport despite being 3 km from airport, Jakartas horrible infrastructure and weird U turns. The hotel did offer pickup and drop off during specific hours, which helped, but in the truest sense, this is NOT an airport hotel. Hotel served its purpose for my stays, but need to be more honest about how far it is from the airport and have aligned policy towards luggage storage for AM and PM staff.

Stayed here for 5 hours while waiting for our flight. We didn't know the location is too far from the Soetta airport. Had our early dinner at the restaurant, the service was too slow and the food was just okay. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Monica, one of the FO officer 😍

30 minutes to CGK using the free shuttle. They will pick you up at anytime if you give 25 hrs notice of arrival , and drop back at airport according to a set schedule during daytime hours only. Breakfast is mediocre snd costs 75,000 rP. The only downside is that it’s located in a very quiet street with not many shops or restaurants. However a short taxi ride to Tang City mall which is huge

No comment as impossible to describe how dirty found this hotel. Despite I pick up a junior suite. Not recommended for no smokers, caroet also on corridor a should be replaced.

I randomly choose base on the rating and location closed to the airport, from Garuda app. Once, just landed and arrived at Cengkareng airport, I called the contact number given in the booking confirmation email, requested for shuttle/pick up service but they denies and replied that I have to request for shuttle service at least one day before..lol...they said it is their policy. well, very often I'm using hotel nearby airport which they have shuttle service, always they will send transport immediately after you call them. Anyway, I have to spend 200k for a taxi to go to the hotel. Another thing, room, cleanliness, food, service staff, consider OK. My suggestion if you called as airport hotel, you have to be more flexible on your shuttle service. as we know, one reason people taking transit hotel because of their convinience transport arrangement .

A good transit hotel with free shuttle from and to the airport. The wifi was good. There is a swimming pool aswell. The breakfast was enough

I was joining an event at the ballroom or meeting room. It's quite big for 100 - 130 at least. The location is near airport, qround 15-30 min to the airport. It's really suitable as transit hotel.

I spent our holidays here. Actually the room was nice, the cleaning was very good. And thank you to the office boy who always sets up and cleans my room nicely. One thing I don't like is when my toddler and I were eating, the cleaning service started to sweep the floor. I knew I was late, as you know I had a toddler, and he was sick, so I didn't want to make other kids there sick also, that's why I came late. How do you feel when you are eating and someone sweeps the floor? You will feel that that person asks you to go away. Am I wrong to think that way? And it's very impolite to sweep the floor when people are eating. You can start to take the food first, and then clean the table, not to sweep the floor. Even if there are no guests in the dine, please take your food away before sweeping the floor. I believe you guys will eat those foods. It's good right if we eat healthy foods with no dust? 😊 How to eat with dust? Respect your guest and work smartly 😊 Before working we must think properly. And thank you for all your services.

I spent one night in this hotel during transit in Jakarta. This hotel offers a free shuttle bus from/to airport, travel time is around 30 minutes from the airport. The room is big and clean enough. Room service available 24 hours. Breakfast menu has a good variety. There is a small pool (1.50m depth), but no shower facility near the pool. Very good service from the staffs.

• It's disappointed to know that Hotel never prepare Power plug adapter for other type instead of Indonesian standard. They should understand Hotel is the place for people around the world to stay,, should be prepare for Universal. My Laptop running out of battery. • Breakfast is without fresh milk served even I have asking, I'm wondering if I order to the bartender for Cappuccino,, will they say not available because of no fresh / steam milk ?

I visited this place in December 2021. The first impression was quite good for the cleanliness of the room but the service was very long, there was no security on duty at that time so it didn't feel safe to stay. The food served mostly tastes bad, the lift is often broken so afraid to use it.
