Information between users and the family doctor is lost at reception. Staff are indifferent and unconcerned with users. They make value judgments about the fact that we haven't made an appointment with the family doctor in a while to have access to a simple prescription. If we are not sick, we should make an appointment just because. These people who are in attendance should be evaluated and provide better service to the user.

Health center with completely incompetent employees. After an hour of waiting to be called, I ask what's going on and they tell me that I've already been called. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 pm and I waited for 1 hour and wasn't called, I asked what was going on, they said the doctor takes a long time to make appointments, I had to leave because I had work commitments that I couldn't postpone, simply a shame, They schedule appointments for one hour and are never seen at the scheduled time.
