    This medical post suffers from insufficient staffing, because the medical staff (family doctors) are all on leave, while the administrative/secretary staff is desperate due to a manifest lack of skills and availability to provide care. Telephone support is something recommended by the regional health department, but not practiced in that center.

    O centro de saúde, está bem localizado tanto de transporte próprio como pelos transportes públicos, Tub. Pessoal educado e simpático. Ligar, é uma perda de tempo, ninguém atende ou então é falta de sorte... Muita dificuldade para se ter uma consulta médica sem ser de carácter urgente. São problemas sentidos de um SNS que está frágil...

(Original) Hoje dia 25/03/2021, deparei com uma situação vergonhosa para o sistema Nacional de Saúde, passo a explicar: Após 1 ano e dois meses que tenho a minha mãe uma pessoa com doença crónica, na qual tem de ser acompanhada pelo seu médico de família, dada a situação em que nos encontramos e não podendo sair de casa a não ser para consultas, estou eu a tentar marcar consulta em vão. há duas semanas tive de marcar consulta particular na qual tem uns exames para fazer muito urgentes, ora como os mesmos custam um mês de reforma, tentei marcar nova consulta ou então a médica que passasse a receita dos mesmos, tive de deixar ficar os exames assim como a relação da medicação a passar pois já estava a terminar, quando me dizem que tenho que esperar que a médica ligasse a fim de marcar consulta, pois só assim poderia passar os exames. Posto isto solicitei o livro de reclamações. foi quando o se levantou dizendo que ia ver se a Doutora estava lá, vem e diz que a doutora já tinha saido para domicilios, o que não acreditei visto ele ter demorado tanto e diz-me para deixar o meu contacto a fim de a dra. me contactar marcando consulta. passado dois dias a doutora liga marcando a consulta para sexta feira dia 26/03/2021. Hoje dia 25/03/2021 minha mãe recebe uma chamada dizendo para não ir á consulta, pois a doura não se encontrava. Indignada com a situação pois nem tão pouco marcaram para outro dia, liguei para lá, onde e após 3 horas ligando de minuto a minuto consegui que alguém mal formado atendesse o telefone (a essa pessoa digo se não gosta do que faz vá para casa pois existe muita gente no fundo de desemprego), perguntei que não estava a acreditar o que se estava a passar após tanto tempo de espera onde muito arrogante me responde "se tivesse alguém na família que morresse o que faria", em 1º lugar não sou bruxa para adivinhar o que acontecera, só queria que remarcassem a consulta o mais breve possível nem que fosse para outro médico, eu só respondi que lamentava a situação, mas por este caminho a minha mãe seria a próxima vitima, pois o quanto eu sei existem outros profissionais para substituírem em casos urgentes situações lamentáveis como esta. Tenho minha filha "Enfermeira" e luta todos os dias pelo bem estar, nesta altura todos nós sofremos mas como ela diz e muito bem "doi ver um dos nossos morrerem, mas eu por ele não posso fazer nada e por quem esta vivo posso fazer muito, por isso minha avó vai entender de eu não estar presente". Só peço que a pessoa que me atendeu não se esqueça que é um ser humano e amanhã poderá estar a depender de um simples exame a fim de poder saber o que tem para sua sobrevivência. Sinto vergonha deste País e principalmente estes profissionais de saúde deste posto, pois não sou a única a queixar é o pior do país. Aguardo os próximos capitulos...desta novela.....

    Terrible service from the receptionists, calling the center isn't even worth it, note that for years they had the wrong online number provided, which went to another center. A person tries to schedule emergency appointments and it seems like we are committing a crime and that they are doing us the biggest favor in the world.

    Hoje tive de me dirigir ao centro de saúde para fazer curativo . Não podia ter sido melhor atendida , a Sra enfermeira foi impecável, atenciosa cuidadosa. Foi o ser humano impecável, por mais pessoas assim . Só tenho pena de não poder continuar a ser acompanhada aí , por não ter médico de familia. Obrigada 🙏

When I went to the Health Center, there were 2 gentlemen commenting on exactly the same situation, having been forced into an unnecessary trip from a personal point of view, and unnecessary as it conflicts with caring for patients in person. It should be noted that the cell phones were working and ringing but were not answered by the professionals at reception. It would be truly important to determine responsibilities. As in all jobs, there must be a performance evaluation. It would be in the public interest to carry out this assessment with the professional staff of this center. 0 stars!

    I'm Venezuelan and I only go to this health center, it's been the best for my children and me since we've been in Portugal, great and professional service, there's always a smile and a timely response. God bless you and thank you for so much dear Portuguese
