Worst rated Shopping Centers in Seraing, Belgium

😠 Do not even deserve a star !! I come for a retouch on nails that I made in an institute and there the man tells me that he does not touch that because it would not be good enough for his living room ... I left without editing. Staff very very rude and dirty place and little cleaned.
