(Translated by Google) Please note that you are entering the home of an enthusiast / high-flying character! If you are also passionate about lights from prehistory to the present day, this visit is for you. Count about 3h-4h on site, your host will explain each light to you (history, technique, evolution) in the smallest details. I do not recommend this visit if you just want to take a quick tour.

To enjoy during your visit to Liège. The founder is still there and he will be your guide. He is very passionate and he knows a lot of very interesting stories. For an hour you will travel in a magical world accompanied by stories and, of course, by lots of light.

Beautiful museum from a true enthusiast! The owner passionately tells the story of light. From the prehistoric campfire to the LED lamp. We looked around with great admiration! Owner speaks French, Dutch, English and German. He tells his story in a mixture of all that, but it is easy to follow!

Definitely a great place to go if you’re interested in a complete history of lighting. We got a tour from a super friendly man that was clearly very passionate about his collection. Would recommend to everyone!

Small museum in terms of its size. But very interesting with the explanations of an enthusiast. To see and provides better insight into the history of light and lighting

This small museum located in the historic heart of Liège presents a very rich collection of lighting fixtures which has been built up over the years by the current person managing the reception of the place. This collector is an enthusiast who will not fail to guide you through his different pieces. You have to allow a little time. For my part, around 1h30 to be guided in this place.

We went there as a group on Friday March 17, 2023. A super beautiful museum and especially thanks to the guide who is truly passionate, a big thank you to this gentleman who made us experience a good time in the era of time... and unfortunately after two hours of visit it was us who had no more time... thank you sir for sharing your passion

A small, extensive, charming museum in Liege, tucked down a quiet street, providing an entire history of light, with your own personal guide. A truly magical experience, to see a collection this total, guides by someone for whom this work is a true passion.

A unique museum built around the passion of the curator's 50+ years fascination with lighting. We were lucky enough to have a tour by the curator in English that was 40 to 60 minutes. It's unsual places like this that make some places more special to visit.
