Je m'attendais à une clinique somptueuse avec du personnel digne de ce nom ! Vendre un produit esthétique c'est aussi vendre du rêve mais là sincèrement j'ai vite déchanté ! Salle d'attente avec une TV qui diffuse des chaînes classique avec un son plus que fort ! Un conseil marketing vendre du rêve passe par la ! Alors une tv c'est mieux en silence avec des photos qui parle du sujet ! Et non du Tour de France ou de la météo ! L accueil vraiment désuet j'avais du mal à croire que j'étais dans une clinique privé tel qu'elle est présentée sur le site ! Et le summum le médecin ! Aucune allure jeans limite sale chemise dégrafée et pour un qui est chirurgien esthétique il devrait refaire son cou car c'est pour cela que nous allions prendre des informations ! Il n'inspire pas confiance et manque vraiment de professionnalisme ! Je lui demande des photos il me sort une espèce de farde en plastique très limite avec 4 photos qui se battent en duel ! Ensuite son appareil photo puis s exclame en disant que son autre appareil est dans la sale d'opération ! Mais de demander à la secrétaire en sortant !!! Ensuite je lui demande si c'est douloureux et il ne cesse de me répéter je n'ai pas une baguette magique ! Pareil pour la liposuccion !!! Bref très peu convaincant ! Le médecin est peut être compétent mais la première impression n'est pas bonne ! Un bureau avec des prothèses en vrac on ne voit que ça pas d ordinateur pas un bureau digne d'un médecin et surtout la base un diplôme affiché serait plus rassurant surtout quand on entend les propos du médecin ! Très déçue sans oublier le pire pas de payement par carte !!! Vive le noir

Je me suis faite opérée d’une rhinoplastie le 5 juillet 2019. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du résultat, pour les raisons suivantes: Mon nez me posait problème sur plusieurs points: il avait une bosse, la pointe tombait un peu, il est de travers, ma cloison nasale étant fortement déviée, et j’ai des narines asymétriques (l’une plus petite et plus haute que l’autre). Pour ce qui est de la bosse, le plus gros a été retiré, mais il reste une petite bosse et en plus de profil la courbe de mon nez n’est pas des plus harmonieuses. La pointe a bien été relevée, l’amplitude est très bien. Par contre, pour mon nez de travers : Le chirurgien m’avait dit qu’il ne toucherait pas à ma cloison nasale à l’intérieur pour la rendre droite, ce qui m’a étonné car même si le but était esthétique, régler le problème de l’intérieur m’aurait paru quand même judicieux. Mais il m’assuré que la déviation de mon nez ne serait plus visible du tout de l’extérieur quand il enlèverait la bosse, ainsi que l’asymétrie de la hauteur et de la largeur entre mes narines ne serait également plus visible grâce au fait qu’il relèverait la pointe. Pourtant, il se trouve qu’après opération, mon nez est tout autant de travers et mes narines sont tout aussi asymétriques, rien n’a changé. J’ai donc payé 4200€ pour au final avoir un résultat qui ne me satisfait pas, puisque à peine 2 objectifs sur 4 ont été atteints, je suis assez déçue quand même, et toujours complexée. Si on m’avait dit à l’avance que j’aurais toujours exactement le nez autant de travers et les narines toujours asymétriques, je n’y aurais pas mis toutes mes économies et j’aurais passé mon chemin. Je sais qu’une rhinoplastie n’est pas magique et qu’on ne peut jamais atteindre la perfection, mais on m’a assuré, on m’a garanti des choses qui ne se sont pas réalisées, voilà pourquoi ma déception est si grande. Un dernier point négatif, j’ai rencontré un docteur dont je ne citerai pas le nom car je ne souhaite pas non plus blesser qui que ce soit, là n’est pas mon intention, mais j’ai donc rencontré ce docteur le jour de l’opération sans qu’il me soit expliqué exactement qui il était, ni quel était son rôle. Et c’est lui qui s’est occupé de mon suivi post opératoire, je n’ai plus du tout communiqué avec mon chirurgien par après, tout passait par ce docteur, ce qui m’a dérangée car je ne l’ai pas trouvé très agréable ni empathique (ma mère qui m’accompagnait a eu le même ressenti que moi), je n’étais donc pas des plus à l’aise. Après, je peux comprendre qu’on ne peut pas toujours être au meilleur de notre forme, et on a tous des mauvais jours, mais je ne l’ai pas trouvé très agréable à chacun des contacts que nous avons eu, c’est peut être le hasard et juste mon cas, mais du coup mon expérience n’a pas été des meilleures. Il y a quand même eu des points positifs : La secrétaire était gentille, très sympathique et souriante. Le chirurgien, le docteur Danau, était également rassurant et a su me mettre à l’aise et en confiance au premier rendez vous, je l’ai trouvé sympathique et compatissant, il a été à l’écoute. Et l’infirmière qui s’est occupée de moi avant que je ne sois sur la table d’opération était très sympathique, vraiment au top, elle a su me rassurer et gérer mon énorme stress, elle détendait l’atmosphère par son humour. Pour conclure je tiens à mettre un point d’honneur sur le fait que je ne dis en aucun cas que le travail a été mal fait, il n’a tout simplement pas été fait sur certains points, et c’est ça qui me chagrine. J’ai complexé sur mon nez pendant des années et après avoir mis toutes mes économies dans cette rhinoplastie, je suis toujours complexée .
