    I don't go there often but the service has been great! They forgot an item in my order. When I contacted them again, they took my contact details. On the next visit, I received the missing item and a free menu to boot... Great customer service!

    At the McDonald's drive-thru, we were served in a deplorable and disrespectful manner. The red-haired waitress said, I quote, “do you understand when someone speaks to you” because we parked 2m away The tone used and the attitude were clearly unbearable

    Unverschämt einfach im Drive stehen gelassen. Wir wollten Abends auf der Durchreise noch etwas dort kaufen. Sind 10 Minuten vor Schluss in den Drive gefahren. Als wir an der Reihe waren, würde einfach das Licht aus gemacht und wir wurden nicht mehr bedient. Personal redet nur französisch, auf Englisch wird nicht reagiert. Sind dann hungrig bis nach Deutschland weiter gereist. Kein Wunder das in Charleroi alles nur noch Lost Place ist, wenn man so mit Kunden umgeht wie dieses Restaurant.

    I don't go to McDonald's for the atmosphere. I do go to McDonald's for tasty fast food and good service. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with cheese on them. These people know what they are doing, and I got tasty food and great service. Thank you guys ☆☆☆☆☆
