It is a great hotel with a close proximity to the city center, where in Christmas period you can enjoy Christmas market. The hotel has a great entrance and lobby. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, and helped us with late check-out. The room was modern and neat, you will find everything you need, including a nice bed and a luxurious shower. The restaurant/bar area is lively and had a pool table, which we played whole evening. The cocktail menu was good enough. The breakfast has everything you need and tasty. I would definitely recommend to say in Pentahotel Liege and will do the same once visit Liege again!

Our stay at Penta Hotel Liege was absolutely perfect. The staff at the front desk were accommodating to all of our requests and had such pleasant energy every time we saw them as we came and left from the hotel. Besides that, the rooms were amazing, super clean and had a great view of the city. A few words about the breakfast. It’s spectacular. From multiple kinds of cheese to choose from, a full selection of English breakfast and fresh pastries, fresh smoked salmon, cereals, yogurts and jams and the best coffee in town. And of course, I can’t forget to mention the famous Belgian waffles!! Seriously, it was as heavenly as you can imagine. Thank you guys. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Been here twice now. Can't complain! The service is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and it's within a 4 minute walk to the centre of Liège. The rates are more than reasonable, and there's parking next door (although this is a separate charge). Overall, I would definitely recommend.

So my partner accidentally booked for the wrong night. We get here and find out and the guy at front desk is AMAZING because he switched the reservation night for us even though the room should have been more than we paid. The room was great; the a/c kept the room nice and cool. The bed was super comfy and we both slept like babies. We ate dinner in the restaurant here and it was DELICIOUS! My partner had a season special which was a burger with a specific type of cheese and Liege's syrup (a sweet flavor, made from fruits) and he loved it. I had a ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. This place is extremely close to the city center; it's really easy to walk there and back in no time. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel in a not so great part of the city. The rooms have everything you need, a nice bed and a luxurious shower. The restaurant/bar area is lively and the food is delicious. Especially the burgers are amazing. The breakfast has everything you need. If you skip the cleaning during a multi-night stay, you get vouchers for free drinks which is great! The parking garage is tiny, but the hotel can't help that. All in all we had a great stay, would recommend!

The rooms were cozy and clean, the bar/restaurant area has a great aesthetic, and the staff here were super friendly and helpful with great English skills. What really bothered us though was being surprised with a bill for parking. One reason we chose this hotel is when we called, they told us they had parking. It wasn’t even that close to the hotel and with the current construction work it was insane trying to get there.

I think this hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment you come in, the reception staff are very helpful, the environment is very warm and inviting. I tried almost everything, the bar and the selection of beers is excellent, the food at the restaurant more than average, the waiter(s) at dinner time so helpful. And a quiet room in a comfortable bed. I'm sure I'll be back and I recommend it.

I have been coming to the PENTA hotel, Liege, for some time now and I am saddened to see that over time there are little things that are being taken away inside the room itself. The old toiletry hamper was always very nice. This time, my stay had no hamper, also, the TV didnt work and I had a technician in my room until very late at night (20:00). He worked very very hard, but I had to tell him he should leave now, as I needed my privacy. Still, the TV was not working. Also, the airconditioning unit did not work - it just blew room temperature air and I was too warm. The fact that there is no phone anymore, is also a great inconvenience, even with your app... Overall, it seems that the little things that used to work, are now not working and I would likely next year, choose a different option - unless attention to these matters is provided and addressed. The staff however are super! All of them, from the cleaners to the reception to the restaurant staff - amazing, friendly and welcoming.

The hotel has a great lounge with restaurant, bar, and games. If you have bad luck with weather, you can spend time there. It doesn’t look like a hotel, more like a club. The room was good. The hotel is dog friendly. And they offer a free drink if you stay for 2 nights and don’t want room cleaning which is nice.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Liège. The lounge of the hotel is very appealing to have a drink and to play billiards and table football. The breakfast area is comfortable and quite varied, featuring foods that are not of animal origin. Also, the lounge invites you to have a drink there. The rooms are very comfortable and have an interesting design. The collaborators are very nice and always available to help.

Stayed for 4 nights for Belgian Grand Prix. Clean room and restaurant/ bar. We had a very pleasant stay Breakfast buffet was very good, I can recommend the scrambled egg. All staff were welcoming and friendly, but a big thank you to Adrian on reception and a dark haired girl who hunted up English breakfast tea bags ( sorry don’t know her name),who both went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable.

I asked for a quiet room and had a dog above us barking from 00u05 until 00u55. The reception did not know what to do. I took them until 00u45 to call the owner. And their excuse was "this never happened before".

Looks very old on the outside, but once you go in it is very modern. The rooms are good, but there is no information about activities or practical things like breakfasthours. The location is perfect to discover Luik. We had a lovely stay.

I stayed at the Pentahotel Liege for four days during the Belgian Grand Prix. The hotel is in a great location near a lot of restaurants and bars. It's a 25 minute walk to the Liege Guillemins train station (there's a bus stop and plenty of bike/scooter shares in front of the hotel for a faster trip) which will get to you to the shuttles at the Verviers station in 17 minutes (opt for the first class train tickets). The rooms at the hotel were pretty nice and reasonably priced. The service was outstanding as the employees were kind, patient, gave great advice/directions, and accommodating.

70's hotel that got resurfaced. Loud, and weak AC, poor sound proofing. Overall cheap, and you get what you pay for. Do not park next door, which is a dreadfully old parkade that should really be shut down. Make sure to park. At Central Park instead(the hotel has a deal with them, and is brand new) The staff was very accommodating though, good job on that part.

Great little spot in the middle of Liège. Very comfortable rooms with possibly the best blackout shades I've ever seen in a hotel!

Excellent accomodation, care and service. Amazing breakfests, games inside, gym, close to the city center, parking. High recommendation.

The hotel lounge is very cosy and comfortable, it has a feeling of a nice café more than a hotel reception. The restaurant area is nice, I liked the fact that it is not very visible from the entrance and it doesn't affect the lounge during serving hours. Breakfast was glorious. The rooms were very spacey, bed matresses were excellent, hot water was fast to run. I liked the ample desk and particularly the fact that the desk chair had wheels, which made sitting and working very comfortable. The overall aestetics were very pleasing and relaxing. The only thing weird is the purple light around the bar and the hotel façade, it looks liked it belonged to a previous/different decoration phase.

They offer a welcome beer and beer for not utilizing room service (plenty of towels & shampoo) which is a good deal. The rooms were clean and plenty of space. The AC was not as cold as I would like but not an issue. Friendly staff. Great location to walk for other activities.

Very trendy hotel with nice lobby and restaurant and beautiful large rooms. The location next to the city center made our stay very nice!

The room was decent with a comfy bed and space. The hand held shower head could do a bit of cleaning, but nothing too detrimental. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast; by far one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had in a long time! I definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to the city center and the metros!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff didn't explain the 25 euro deposit charge very well. We also had to push to get 10% off food and drink when we signed up for a promotion. That aside room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and top shower. Breakfast offers something for everyone.

We recently visited the hotel on a quick trip to Belgium. We chose Liege cause it sounded like a great city and believe us, it really was! It’s vibrant and full of life so we’ll definitely be back. From check-in to check-out, our stay was incredible, to say the least. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were as friendly and inviting as they could be. They made us feel safe and comfortable, especially regarding COVID protocols - there are plenty of covid safe procedures implemented. When it comes to the rooms, ours was incredible! The bed was super comfortable, there is a desk which was great for us since we work from our laptops and they’re spacious with ample storage spaces, not to mention that we were blown away by the design of the rooms and the hotel in general! Another score of 10/10 for the breakfast Top-notch from start to finish. Can't wait to be back!

Reasonanle hotel and maybe a 4* in Belgium, but not on par with 4*s in other parts of the world. Room was larger than normal with nice beds and a bathroom with a proper shower; the breakfast was good but it's not worth trying the inhouse restaurant, food was below average. To make up for this, the location is good, it has a parking garage just next door and there are a number of other restaurants in the vicinity.

We stayed here a while ago. The room was spotless and had all the little amenities you would expect from a hotel. From start to finish the staff were really professional, friendly and helpful. I could go on for ever but instead go see for yourself! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend to any of our friends and family.

When I checked in I made a full payment of €289.20. However when I checked out I was surprised to be told I had a full balance to pay. The lady on the desk explained that my initial payment was only a pre-authorisation and not a proper payment. Nevertheless the €289.20 was deducted from my account balance and the funds were unavailable to me. I was making the payment using a travel card, with a set allocated amount of money that I wanted to spend whilst in Belgium. Therefore after you taking the pre-authorisation amount, there were insufficient funds available on this card. I am well aware that hotels will often take a pre-authorisation, however they would then confirm the initial payment, not force me to essentially pay them twice. Reluctantly I made a second payment using my British credit card. I was told this would take 3 days to return to my account. I checked the payment everyday which stayed in pending stage. I sent an email after a week which was ignored, then sent a second email which was ignored. Shocking customer service! They eventually replied to me on day 16 when the money had returned to my account, only because the payment had expired. Such a shame as the hotel itself was fine, but I will not use Pentahotel again after this experience

Their parking is awfull with homeless that are sleeping in this parking lot. The hotel has a public bar at reception. Anybody can entrance to each living floor because the card reader in the elevator doesn't work. Too noisy. The breakfast wasn't impressive.

Very good located hotel. Parking is located next to the hotel, 17 euros per day. Rooms are nice and beds are big. There is however a very large queue for check in, waited 30 minutes.
