3/5 The Maher’s A. 8 months ago on Google
The
hotel
room
we
had
was
nice
and
spacious
with
a
nice
view
of
the
water,
hotel
facilities
are
kid
friendly,
the
hotel
has
a
swimming
pool,
jacuzzi,
sauna
to
relax
and
a
gym.
The
bar/restaurant
in
the
ground
floor
was
also
kid
friendly
and
has
a
nice
atmosphere,
also
good
to
go
after
a
long
day
for
a
drink.
However
the
2
receptionists,
young
girls,
have
made
our
stay
a
little
awkward
and
uncomfortable,
on
the
second
day
of
our
stay,
we
went
for
a
walk
around
11.30am
and
before
we
left
the
hotel
my
husband
asked
the
girl
with
brown
hair
if
it’s
possible
to
have
the
room
refreshed,
we
came
back
almost
at
5pm
and
all
I
wanted
was
to
take
a
pain
killer
and
lay
down
as
it
was
a
long
day
for
me
(having
a
6months
old
on
a
carrier
and
a
3
years
old
on
stroller
for
4h
of
walk),
we
went
to
the
room
and
it
was
not
refreshed,
so
we
came
back
down
to
the
lobby
and
told
the
blond
girl
that
we
have
asked
the
room
to
be
refreshed
at
11.30
she
then
asked
11.13
or
11.30?
(Which
I
think
does
not
even
matter
for
17min
of
difference),
proceeded
to
ask
the
room
number
and
sent
a
msg
I
believe
to
hk
of
the
floor
(they
are
provided
with
work
smartphones
to
communicate,
I
believe,
which
is
nice),
no
apology
for
the
inconvenience,
no
empathy
at
all.
We
sit
on
the
waiting
area,
at
that
point
I
was
really
exhausted
and
waited
for
like
15
min,
I
got
up
to
exactly
ask
the
same
blond
girl
“how
long
do
you
think
it
will
take
to
clean
the
room?”
The
blond
girl
made
a
smile
and
said
“I
don’t
know”,
can
you
check
please?
she
lifted
the
phone
and
I
asked
“are
you
just
gonna
ask
to
clean
the
room
just
now?”,
it
seemed
like
it
offended
the
both
of
them,
the
brown
hair
girl
interrupted
and
said
“excuse
me?”
“Don’t
talk
to
my
colleague
like
that”
with
a
laugh
I
replied
with
“like
what
exactly?”,
she
said
I’m
being
rude
(for
asking
a
simple
question
after
more
than
4h
almost
5
from
the
request),
they
both
said
if
I
wanted
to
see
the
message
they
have
sent,
I
honestly
didn’t
want,
but
I
wanted
to
see
the
room
clean
instead
of
the
message,
they
didn’t
show
anything
and
the
brown
hair
girl
kept
on
saying
things
like
I’m
being
rude
and
to
not
talk
like
that
to
them,
which
up
to
this
date
I
can’t
understand
what
was
wrong
with
my
question,
she
was
still
laughing
and
I
have
told
them
it’s
not
professional
to
laugh
in
front
of
a
guest
that
is
not
up
to
joke
around
with
them,
at
that
point
I
have
requested
to
speak
to
an
sv
or
manager,
explained
to
him
what
has
happened
and
how
I
have
felt,
they
told
us
the
“do
not
disturb”
sign
was
on
the
door,
but
we
made
sure
before
leaving
at
late
morning
that
it
was
on
“please
clean
my
room”
sign,
I
told
him
to
go
up
and
check
with
me,
he
agreed,
we
arrived
to
the
room
and
the
hk
did
not
even
start
cleaning
yet,
the
sign
“please
clean
my
room”
was
on,
he
apologized
for
what
has
happened
on
behalf
of
the
colleagues
too
and
he
made
sure
the
room
is
refreshed,
took
about
10
min
to
do.
(
they
could
have
handled
it
differently
by
apologizing
for
the
inconvenience,
and
by
following
up
with
their
colleagues
by
phone
for
a
better
understanding,
since
they
are
provided
with
good
tech
to
communicate),
I
also
want
to
add
that
they
seem
to
have
a
hk
on
every
floor
as
we
would
see
them
start
early
and
stay
on
the
same
floor
late
afternoon
(5pm),
special
mention
to
the
woman
who
seems
to
be
the
usual
of
the
floor,
which
I
wish
she
was
on
shift
that
day,
she
is
very
nice,
always
greeting
and
very
professional,
so
lack
of
staff
was
not
the
problem.
I
want
to
also
mention
that
it
seems
like
it
was
just
the
two
of
them
or
just
the
brown
hair
girl
who
interrupted
when
I
was
not
speaking
to
her,
her
intervention
was
not
needed,
who
have
a
different
core
values
and
no
sense
of
costumer
service
or
guest
relation,
the
gentleman
in
the
reception
went
over
the
expectation
with
his
costumer
service/problem
solving
skills,
when
we
have
asked
him
for
an
umbrella
and
there
was
none
left
as
it
was
pouring
rain,
he
lended
us
his
own
umbrella
from
his
car,
other
receptionists
were
really
nice
especially
the
woman
who
checked
us
out.
