management

future
guests,
If
you
think
about
going
to
this
hotel,
I
would
not
recommend
it!
Not
because
the
price
or
the
characteristics
of
the
hotel,
because
we
had
a
good
stay.
But
the
service
at
reception
and
back
office
is
terrible.
At
check-in
time
as
been
asked
us
a
deposit
of
100€
without
any
previous
advice
we
accept
and
he
left
100€
in
cash
as
they
told
us
that
we
don’t
need
to
leave
our
credit
card
as
guarantee.
Now
for
two
consecutive
months
I
been
calling
the
hotel
and
inclusive
sent
2
e-mails
which
was
not
answered
to
try
to
get
MY
MONEY
back.
6
weeks
after
I
received
95€
in
my
account,
I
called
back
again
the
reception
and
I
had
an
answer
that
I
don’t
know
you
need
to
call
after
4pm.
So
with
a
lot
of
paciente
I
called
back
and
the
lady
on
reception
tells
me
that
my
5€
missing
it
is
the
fees
to
transfer
the
money
and
it
is
like
that
for
everyone.
I
am
not
talking
or
writing
this
review
because
5€
but
yes
because
the
way
that
this
problem
was
been
deal
with
it!
I
think
is
very
unprofessional
the
way
that
you
deal
with
guests
and
on
top
of
this
the
miss
communication
for
your
guests
or
future
guests.
Imagine
that
I
will
not
have
100€
to
leave
as
deposit
or
even
a
credit
card,
how
I
would
stay
with
you?
Imagine
if
it
was
the
opposite,
you
tell
me
I
need
to
pay
100€
and
I
sent
you
just
95€
because
the
fees
would
you
accept?
So
again,
and
again
,
and
again
I
am
not
gonna
pay
5€
to
received
MY
money,
I
left
100€
I
want
my
100€
not
95€,
if
it
is
like
that
for
everyone
I
should
be
informed
previously
not
2
months
later.
When
you
borrow
money
to
someone
you
expect
to
received
back
the
some
amount,
it
is
the
same
situation
here.
Hopefully
I
hope
this
review
arrive
to
all
of
your
future
guest
like
that
they
can
be
previously
advice
to
leave
the
credit
card
in
reception
because
they
will
be
asked
for
it
and
if
they
leave
debit
or
money
they
will
lost
5€
for
a
stupid
reason.
