Zimmer eine KATASTROPHE, Schimmel im Bad , Fön defekt , TV defekt, u.s.w. Überall lange Haare im Bad, ekelhaft!! Nachdem wir Personal informiert haben, hat man uns stehen gelassen(sie seien voll) Hotel echt Central aber es macht alles nicht besser

The room was very dusty.The same was in the hallway, like the carpet was never vacuumed. No air conditioner. The fridge is very old and not working. The room insulation is very bed, so we could hear our neighbours and visitors of the restaurant. The only positive thing there, is the friendly staff working at the hotel. Anyhow I would recommend to find better hotel if you want to enjoy your stay.

Todella ankea hotelli. Huoneessa aivan hirveä tupakansavun haju, itse asiassa vuodevaatteet haisi aivan kuin ne olisi tuuletettu tupakkahuoneessa. Hotellin yleiset tilat oli sen näköiset kuin ei olisi siivooja käynyt siellä ööö...hmmm kuukauteen. Ainakin jos lian määrän suhteuttaa hotellin asiakasmäärään. Näytti, että hotellissa oli tasan 5 asiakasta yhteensä. Aamupalalla oli n. 10 pekonisiivua, 10 kirsikkatomaattia ja erittäin pieni vuoka 10x20cm uunnissa paistettua kananmunavuokaa kaikille jaettavaksi. Ja muutama sämpylä, voisarvi jaettavaksi. Ei tarvi ainakaan toista kertaa mennä samaan hotelliin enkä voi suositella muillekaan kyseistä hotellia.

Echte Katastrophe was die Zimmer angeht, das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten. Hat nichts mit den Bildern von Booking.com zutun. Zufällig konnten wir bei der Abreise in das Zimmer blicken, indem die Fotos aufgenommen wurden und welches einen deutlich anderen Standard vermittelt, als den, den man letztendlich bekommt.

Fünf Sterne für ein DreiSterneHotel? Nein, es ist nicht superchick oder mit übergroßen Zimmern. Aber man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Hingebungsvoll wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage genau zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt ist perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Worst service ever! I won’t write full story how I couldn’t come in already payed room and managers feels ok about it. Just never book this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your journey!

Very compliant service, though the room are quite dilapidated. The hostel is well situated near the Charlemagne bus stop.

Dear management and future guests, If you think about going to this hotel, I would not recommend it! Not because the price or the characteristics of the hotel, because we had a good stay. But the service at reception and back office is terrible. At check-in time as been asked us a deposit of 100€ without any previous advice we accept and he left 100€ in cash as they told us that we don’t need to leave our credit card as guarantee. Now for two consecutive months I been calling the hotel and inclusive sent 2 e-mails which was not answered to try to get MY MONEY back. 6 weeks after I received 95€ in my account, I called back again the reception and I had an answer that I don’t know you need to call after 4pm. So with a lot of paciente I called back and the lady on reception tells me that my 5€ missing it is the fees to transfer the money and it is like that for everyone. I am not talking or writing this review because 5€ but yes because the way that this problem was been deal with it! I think is very unprofessional the way that you deal with guests and on top of this the miss communication for your guests or future guests. Imagine that I will not have 100€ to leave as deposit or even a credit card, how I would stay with you? Imagine if it was the opposite, you tell me I need to pay 100€ and I sent you just 95€ because the fees would you accept? So again, and again , and again I am not gonna pay 5€ to received MY money, I left 100€ I want my 100€ not 95€, if it is like that for everyone I should be informed previously not 2 months later. When you borrow money to someone you expect to received back the some amount, it is the same situation here. Hopefully I hope this review arrive to all of your future guest like that they can be previously advice to leave the credit card in reception because they will be asked for it and if they leave debit or money they will lost 5€ for a stupid reason. Thank you!
