The room was modern and clean. We found the place and then found the apartment options. We booked the apartment but then found out that there was no ac and they changed it back to a room. The room ac was great. Big room. The curtains do not fully black out. The mattress was like a rock and pillows, too. Shower presure super limited, too. Despite that the price is great. And the apartments too if you dont come in hot weather. Public oarking nearby for 15 a day There is a big construction happening in front of the hotel, and it looks like it will take a while. So expect heavy noise from 8am. Windows does a great job blocking the noise, but still little gets in (especially if someone left one open and found out next morning, hahaha)

We stayed at their 2-bedroom apartment around 150m away on the other side of the block. Check-in at the hotel reception was quick and easy. Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great beds, excellent value for money for a city trip. The three apartments can only be reached with a (tiny) elevator. Probably not really wheelchair accessible, The little balcony (top floor apt only) was a nice bonus. Breakfast offered felt expensive even for Belgium (around 15-16€), but there's a larger supermarket 50m from the apt entrance. May 27: There's construction work going on on the house right outside of one of the bedrooms. The scaffold is literally half a meter away from the window, so this is probably not the best place for light sleepers for the next few weeks. Luckily we were there Fri>Sat, so it was quiet.

Avoid if you have a bike with you. Decent enough hotel but I can't believe a Belgium hotel doesn't allow bike in the room or have a dedicated secure bike storage room. Offered the choice of an outside courtyard, not even sure the door was locked overnight. Or storage in various places around the restaurant. Not good enough.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Einrichtung super modern. Ein Parkhaus, das St. Denis befindet sich direkt am Hotel und kostet 15€ pro 24h

Extremely comfort room and bed, very quiet. Had a good rest in this hotel. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but breakfast had various and tasty options.

Good location and room, but the shower is not isolated, so very visible to anyone sharing the room, as it faces the beds. Has a mini fridge.

Concerning the restaurant The place itself is very nice and modern, high ceilings with a warehouse-like look. Staff was nice, we drank a great wine for a very cheap price (the Malbec 2011). The meat was very good and the portions were great, you won't leave hungry ! All in all, a very nice place to go !

Wir hatten eine Apartment Wohnung gemietet. Wir waren der Meinung dass dieses Apartment zu den Zimmern Bad bzw extra Toilette hätte. Dem war nicht so! Es gab eines dort, relativ dunkel den Spiegel konnte man also weder zum Rasieren noch zum Schminken benutzen. Es beinhaltete eine Waschmaschine eine Dusche ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette. Ablagen für Utensilien gab es keine. Man konnte noch so vorsichtig duschen, danach war der ganze Bad Boden nass. Das ganze Apartment war relativ provisorisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nachttischlampen ect. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war ausrangiert vom Hotel durchgesessen das Tierfell unter dem Tisch war ohne Haare. Was uns auch nicht bekannt war, das Apartment war einige Strassenecken weiter wie das Hotel. Der Ausblick aus dem einen Schlafzimmer war direkt an eine Hauswand, beim anderen war es ein Baugerüst. Die angepriesene Schallisolierung war genauso wenig vorhanden. Das vielgepriesene Frühstück haben wir so erlebt : morgens 8.10 Uhrzeit war es ziemlich abgeräumt. Es wurde in der ganzen Zeit überhaupt nicht aufgefüllt. Die Bedienung hat sich da auch nicht zuständig gefühlt.. Es fehlten Teller und einige Platten waren fast leer. Die Frage ob man noch mal einen Kaffee möchte, wurde erst gar nicht gestellt. Das für stolze 19 Euro. Wir sind die nächsten Tage in die nahe gelegene Brasserie gegangen das war Klasse. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Aber das konnte das ganze auch nicht mehr aufwerten.

Great hotel, nice and friendly service and very nice room for a family

Hotel Location is a bit difficult to find. A parking garage is very close to the hotel. The hotel has a very nice bar/breakfast room! Unfortunately the shower is located in the hotel room directly and the drain wasn’t able to handle the amount of water. I tried to reduce the shower strength but the water flow out of the shower into to room and made the hole floor wet (this could also not be good for the material of the rooms floor). Breakfast start at 8:00 a.m. is much too late if you have appointments in the morning. And at 8:00 a.m. the breakfast is not completely build up, it took 15 more minutes until the waiters finished the breakfast buffet preparations.

We stayed at the apartments' building, and they are not in the same hotel building, but they are like just 1 minute walk from it. We booked 2 appartements, they were both clean and you can find everything you need to stay for a couple of days, like a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a dishwasher..etc The only missing thing, though, was the coffee mashine! Only we had a problem with the radiator in one of them, but we didn't ask for help because it was for only one night. You still have to go to the hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was good and had enough options. The location is perfect!! You can reach everything at a walking distance. And there is no parking at the hotel, but there is a private one just on 2 minutes' walk, and you pay only €14 per day! The staff was really friendly and helpful. My daughter lost one of her AirPods and we were allowed to go looking for it in the apartments after we checked out, and when we didn't find it there, they offer to send it per post to our adres if they found it. It was really nice of them.

About the restaurant: Argentinian inspiration. Nice menu, but the preparation is very unequal and seems to be degrading (been there half a dozen times). Self proclaimed "meat restaurant", which the manager used as justification for failed pasta dishes. As for the meat, it is good provided you are not picky about overcooking. Good (but small) selection of wines. No info about the hotel.

I rented a appartment here in mid-July, which was about 120 metres away form the reception. The flat was fine, spacious and clean. When booking (direct on the hotel website) I had asked (in writing) about the possibilities of parking a motorbike. When I arrived and asked about it, it turned out that I could use the various public car parks. I would have liked to have known that in advance, possibly I would have chosen another place to stay. The breakfast was good and everything was available in plenty.

The air-conditioning in the hotel room made the room nice and cool after a hot day. The room was clean and had nice beds. The staff is very friendly and was accommodating to our requests. They made sure we had a safe place to store our bicycles. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Any idea., the pet's is allowed at this hotel..?? Thanks for letting me know..!

Elegant and cosy hotel. Enough room, very quiet, with all amenities, fast wi-fi available at any moment of the day, comfortable bed and very friendly, discrete and helpful reception desk officers. Impeccable hygiene. A nook on a terrace for smokers. Did not taste the breakfast as I was leaving early but guess it was ok too.

Cozy room (204, O view but arrived at night and left. No issue), nice amenities friendly staff. Great breakfast in a lovely converted industrial hall.
