Overall a nice hotel located right at the centre of the city. Every touristic spot is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with a good view and the staffs are helpful. Locating the parking space of the hotel is a mess. Google map doesn’t help much. You park at the Opera parking lot basically. There is no electric charger for cars also. They need to seriously work on the parking. This photo is taken from our room in the hotel.

The hotel was a bit old but well-managed. Our room’s view was really great, so I was really satisfied. The location is great in the day, but was not okay for the night because there were so many homeless people nearby. But I know it’s not their fault at all.

It was the worst hotel experience (including my hostel visits when i was a student) ever. I woke up in the middle of the night suffocated due to insufficient level of oxygen. Honestly, it felt like the level of limited service was planned on purpose! How bad it can be? This is an objectively written review and please reconsider if you really need to stay at this facility. Location is really great, very central.

We spent a night in that Hotel. It is in the middle of Liege, which is great. Rooms are quite old fashioned, we stayed on floor 5 and changed the room from 502 to 503. This one had windows that could be opened, 502 was quite dark and a bit scary....

The bedroom was tiny considering the size of the bed. The duvet was damaged. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as there were no bedside tables or plugs near the bed, they provided us some help to solve this situation.

Location was good, but that's the only real selling point. The room was basic and outdated. No facilities like fridge of coffee essentials present. Beds were acceptable, but the lights on the wall weren't working and hanging crooked on the wall. The hotel was not accessable with wheelchairs or baby cars. Breakfast was okay.

I thought it was very clean and totally soundproof as I requested. It was right next to the Liege opera which I was attending. There were nice big towels too.I am very happy about my stay and will do it again soon!

First impression was not very well. At the front of the hotel a lot of people from the university and when you walk in the hotel it's not very clear where the reception is. After knowing this, is totally no issue to downgrade. Location is perfect, room is good, good breakfast in the hotel and the service at the reception is very friendly and good. We liked it very much to stay at this hotel.

Usual hotel. Wifi signal is strong, but connection speed to the internet through wifi is so slow, that it is almost unusable. There are rj45 sockets, but you cannot connect with the cable even if you bring some. I appreciate discounted parking for €10 per day. The place in front of the entrance is quite dirty sometimes with strange people occuring but that's the same with the rest of the city center.

Room smells very dusty. Too hot, windows can't open. Shower leaks. Bed not good. Well located next to the opera.

Beds good and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Room outdated, smelly/scruffy and lacked amenities like electric kettle/coffeemaker, locker or fridge.

Somewhat aged hotel in a great location. Compared to other Ibis hotels, this one is rather old and worn down. The rooms are ok for 1-2 nights. The bathroom was not very spacious and had an old, very high bathtub, which will make it difficult to impossible for unsporty people to get in and out of the shower without problems. The mattresses were very soft and worn as well. The room had no openable windows and was very overheated, so fresh air was an issue. You can open the inner window, but the outer window is fixed. However, the location right in the center of the city is very convenient, so if you stay there for only 1-2 nights and be in the room only for sleeping, it's ok.

The hotel could clearly do with some refurbishment and the lack of air conditioning or opening windows was a problem. But location is excellent and the staff were lovely.

The hotel is located in the very center of Liege. We spent lovely weekend in Liege. The staff is extremely friendly, hard working & very helpful people. We loved our panoramic view corner room! The breakfast was fine for a good start of the day. The rooms are slightly outdated but for a budget hotel they are really fine. The only disadvantages were: the whole center of Liege is under reconstruction this winter and it is a bit mess; also in the website of the hotel there is not enough info about the possibility to use the public parking garage underneath with discount for clients and there is direct access to from the hotel, but the friendly staff explained everything clear for us. All the center of Liege is under reconstruction and it is a bit hard to get by car to the parking and out.
