Benoit is defintely the kindest hotel manager I have ever met. The location of the hotel is excellent. My room was beautiful, very clean and modern, with an amazing view.

Great hotel located in the city center within walking distance to the central area where the most of restaurants are located. On Sunday there is a market at the riverside nearby where you can buy tasty cheese from local farmers.

Very nice and helpful owners. The bed was the soft. One of the most comfortable in Europe. The restaurant downstairs is very, very good. Highly recommend both if you are traveling through Liege.

Was in a Quiet room ( 3), but poor door insulation means you hear a lot of noises in the night. .Uncomfortable pillows too! . Very steep stairs to reception. Nice reception staff.

Sehr schönes und modernes Badezimmer, ein netter Empfang, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das Problem für uns war aber die Heizung: die war nachts leider so laut, sodass wir fast gar nicht schlafen konnten.

The rooms are small but clean. Quiet place with friendly staff! I stayed in room 4. Only disadvantage is the hotel entrance, which is a staircase that leads to the reception and rooms corridor. Hotel is close to the center of Liege and to the train station Saint Lambert. There are a few restaurants around to have dinner. Strongly recommend!

Worst hospitality I've ever experienced. Benoit was extremely rude and arrogant. He sent us a non working number to contact him when we arrived. We tried the bell and of course there was no response. We needed a code for the box to get our key and we had to wait there at the door until he finally called us with it. Then we heard a loud explosion on the street. He was not at all concerned even though it sounded like a bomb had just exploded. Then the hot water wasn't working. When we informed him he told us we were wrong. Then he told us you have to turn it to the cold side and leave it on for a while first. When I had missed calls from him he sarcastically told me thank you for answering my calls. When I asked if the water was free he rudely said I already told you this (false, he just mentioned the tea and coffee). This guy should not be working in hospitality.

Lovely, cozy and freaking charming. In the best spot in town. Near everything. It was a pity that we were there for only one night. Only the stairs were too steep, but they offered help.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day at work, once at the hotel there was no reception and the door was closed, After calling the owner and him doing some research he came to the conclusion that our room was given away to other guests! Other guests outside told us they were not asked for any documents at the check in, so it’s probably because of their messy organization things like this happen. First he said he would give us the money back and search for another hotel for us and would also pay for that room. At the second call the owner gave us the adress of another hotel with a more expensive room(+/- €30), but told us the prices of the other hotel were not his problem and that he would refund the price we paid for the room… Refund was 72,67 and we paid 82,51, but hey, thank you for the refund i guess. I would say dont take the risk, book your room at another hotel in Liege!

Well this hotel is a good bang for a buck. Rooms are small but clean. Prices are very reasonable for a hotel in the center.

Narrow and steep staircase would be a challenge for disabled persons. Service was good.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Steile enge Treppe, gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr zu empfehlen.
