hospitality
ever.
Incompetent
reception/waitresses/owner.
NO
HOT
WATER
THE
ENTIRE
STAY!
No
apologies,
no
offering
another
room.
Afterwards
you
get
blamed
that
you
didn't
inform
them
in
time.
I've
tried
to
phone
them
3
times,
no
answer.
I
went
to
the
bar
(they
call
it
reception)
no
proper
help.
But
hey,
my
next
stay
I'll
get
a
25%
discount??
In
what
sick
world
would
I
book
there
again?
BAD
BAD
EXPERIENCE
Contacted
Booking.com.
They've
tried
to
contact
the
accommodation.
No
answer.
However,
the
owner
had
emailed
that
he
would
unlock
my
deposit
within
7
til
9
working
days
and
that
I
am
lucky
to
get
it
back.
Ralph
from
Booking.com
said
that
this
is
not
done.
The
accommodation
should
release
the
deposit
within
48
hours.
So,
again,
the
person
who
runs
the
hotel
is
not
only
a
bad
hotel
owner,
he
is
also
fraudulent.
Booking.com
shall
escalate
again.
