Don't go here. Worst kind of hospitality ever. Incompetent reception/waitresses/owner. NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY! No apologies, no offering another room. Afterwards you get blamed that you didn't inform them in time. I've tried to phone them 3 times, no answer. I went to the bar (they call it reception) no proper help. But hey, my next stay I'll get a 25% discount?? In what sick world would I book there again? BAD BAD EXPERIENCE Contacted Booking.com. They've tried to contact the accommodation. No answer. However, the owner had emailed that he would unlock my deposit within 7 til 9 working days and that I am lucky to get it back. Ralph from Booking.com said that this is not done. The accommodation should release the deposit within 48 hours. So, again, the person who runs the hotel is not only a bad hotel owner, he is also fraudulent. Booking.com shall escalate again.

HORRIBLE! SCAM! check all the negative reviews first because they are true! Our neighbors had a party and they blamed us. After we left the apartment was clean but they randomly threw stuff on the floor themselves and kept the deposit. Make sure you make pics yourself when you leave this place, but again, don’t go here. If you want a decent explanation they just block you on Whatsapp, no respect! Check the pics. Also the location looks nice but parking is a hassle, the entrance is just a random door, no sign or whatsoever, the hallway is way to small and if you’re with a group, all the rooms are separate. EDIT: look at the reaction of the owner, ridiculous! Booking.com is also collecting evidence and watching them, one more scam and they are out! I’m an expert reviewer and always honest, you don’t want to be involved in his shady business!

They make you deposit 200€‎ upon check-in, which is their policy and we were completly fine with it, but one day after our check-out, they informed us via booking's customer service, that we allegedly caused these scratches on the cooktop as depected in the picture below and that is why they are going to keep our deposit money. We stayed there for just 2 nights and we did not use any kind of electric appliances, especially the kitchen supplies because we ate outside of course. Who goes on a two-day trip and freaking cooks? And even though we took pictures upon our check-out in order to avoid any kind of accusations, they blamed us for it and literally told us it's their word against ours! We tried our best in order to take our money back but this seems to be a very well organised crime. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Stay clear!!!. Please be careful, you may lose your deposit, 200€ that you have to give at arrival. I spent two days there and afterwards they told me a furniture was damaged during my stay, which furniture I didn’t use. I realized later that people are having the same issue as me. Do not book from here!!!

Place looks great, great position and view, rooms are big, only one room on the floor. Very clean and neat place, but they have various fees unmentioned until you check in. They dont advertise the fact that they require a 150 € deposit until you get there. If you're on a budget you need to be careful with this. A close parking lot, 15€/day for parking.

Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great Team. Very helpful and friendly. Especially Anthony did a perfect job. I forgot my wallet with passport and credit cards inside. He found it and sent it back to my place in Germany. Thanks a lot!

Upstanding hotel in the middle of the old centre.

A very noisy flat managed in unprofessional way. Flat is just in front of a discobar with very loud music till 7.a.m.!! Even when there is no music there are dozens of people drank and loud. Never again. Property managed by the restaurant with people not having a clue about hospitality.

Scam!!! Good location, nice city but nothing to do with the property owners. They are scammers. Avoid getting this property on your site as it is run as a scam scheme. Asking deposit without permitting fist the inspection of the property. How can you support your claim against theirs if no inspection is done prior of pay? The deposit is payed in a different business account and cannot be linked with the initial pay for the accommodation. Please avoid it.
