My
patience
just
finished
when
my
third
appointment
was
canceled
as
all
previous.
I
had
experience
with
dermatologists
and-cosmetologists
in
different
countries
for
different
procedures,
but
never
did
I
faced
such
a
challenge
unrespectful
attitude
towards
clients!
First
thing
that
has
to
be
done
-
is
to
hire
new
competent
secretary!
My
first
visit
was
a
nightmare.
I
was
waiting
for
several
weeks
and
it
was
very
tough
at
work
so
I
really
had
to
postpone
all
my
tasks
and
rush
to
appointment
with
doctor
and
when
I
came
we
were
just
told
that
there
is
another
person
at
the
same
time
and
they
don’t
know
anything.
That
is
it.
Should
I
say
something
after
this?
There
was
no
apology,
no
propose
to
fix
the
situation,
just
voila
and
bye
bye.
It
really
ruined
my
day.
I
canceled
important
meeting
at
work
and
hearing
this
stressed
me
out.
I
had
to
call
for
new
appointment.
It
was
made
in
more
than
month.
And
again
at
the
day
of
appointment
I
receive
2
different
massages
with
time
confirmation
that
was
different
in
both
and
different
from
what
was
planned!
We
tried
to
call
whole
day,
no
one
picked
up
the
phone.
We
didn’t
know
at
what
time
to
come.
So
we
had
to
through
all
our
work
and
rush
again
when
we
came
we
were
just
announced
that
time
was
changed.
My
third
appointment
was
with
the
same
time
management
issues.
My
forth
one
was
canceled
without
any
explanation
and
I
was
proposed
to
wait
another
month
or
two.
I
will
not
comment
doctors
professionalism.
I
find
her
rather
nice
as
a
person.
I
can
only
say
that
I
made
laser
cleaning
of
face
and
now
my
skin
looks
little
worse
than
before.
Another
procedure
didn’t
work
much
neither,
but
I
had
to
take
more
visits.
But
it
all
burns
out
when
you
understand
attitude,
absolute
un
professionalism
and
absolute
absence
of
any
respect
towards
clients
schedule
and
workload.
I
do
not
wish
to
come
anymore
and
will
recommend
to
avoid
any
visits
to
this
place
until
organisation
will
be
fixed
Very
sad
PS
I
just
saw
the
answer
and
it
is
very
sad
to
hear
about
such
situation
with
one
of
your
doctors..hopefully
it
will
get
better
with
your
coworker.
Though
I
am
sorry
but
I
do
not
see
how
this
corresponds
to
the
work
of
secretary?
He
should
communicate
with
your
patients
and
explain
what
is
going
on
when
cases
become
so
tough
instead
of
making
appointments
that
do
not
exists
and
not
answering
phone
for
days
after,
changing
time
without
notification
just
putting
people
in
front
of
fact,
the
behavior
from
all
other
coworkers
now
doesn’t
show
support
to
clients.
So
far
I
see
now
from
comments
here
that
issues
with
appointments
schedule
lasts
for
years.
Hope
for
better
for
you
and
your
team
in
this
time!
