Easy parking in the center and pleasant office. Fortunately, because when the ophthalmologist sees you more than an hour late after having obviously done his Christmas shopping...there's reason to get upset!

The ophthalmologist I had didn't listen to me at all and told me that everything was normal after a few basic exams, even though I had clearly explained my situation to him. Afterwards I went to see another ophthalmologist who did more in-depth examinations and was able to identify the problem and gave me appropriate treatment... 2 stars because on time and pleasant office.

I wonder about the lack of professionalism, conscience, of an ophthalmologist who saw me on 02/22/2023. - I come out of there with a prescription for progressive lenses and no diagnosis. I will consult another ophthalmologist on 04/19/2023 at the “Citadelle” in Laveu. They did tests on me, they suspected the beginnings of cataracts. They gave me an appointment again for more in-depth tests (Citadelle - St-Walburge)... and they had me take a blood test (diabetes). I have to go back to see the ophthalmologist in September to see the progress of the beginning of the cataract... a clear difference between the 2 ophthalmologists... don't you think?

Appointment with an ophthalmologist at this clinic. Following my visual examination, I order my lenses and new frames. After a few weeks, I found that my eyesight had deteriorated. I think my optician made a mistake with the lenses and am going to a new optician. I order glasses again. Same results, I don't see it clearly. I make an appointment with another optician who uses an “autorefractometer” (a device that allows the optical characteristics of the eye to be measured in a non-invasive and automated manner, in a few seconds) in addition to an eye exam. classic. The verdict is in, my prescription is wrong...I have glasses for much higher astigmatism. In short, I can throw my glasses in the trash. So I paid for a consultation with a “professional” and paid for glasses for nothing. In such a situation, I find that the doctor who made this wrong diagnosis should be held responsible and reimburse the costs inherent to his wrong diagnosis.

Three appointments to learn that the correction established during the first appointment was incorrect and a pair of glasses in the trash. Do not react to emails because ophthalmologists are independent. Scandalous. To flee.

“Fast food” appointment The doctor in a hurry rushed through the appointment without bothering to try other glasses even though I told her that it was still unclear.
