We got scammed. The hotel was overbooked, despite us having a prior reservation and paid ahead of time. We've been made to wait until almost midnight before a good soul working there drove us to a dirty Park Inn room at the outskirts of town (at his own expense, hotel didin't ever cover it). Throught the whole process the staff was super apologetic and ensured us a dozen of times that any extra costs and differences will be refunded. 2 months, 3 phone calls and 5 emails later we keep getting ghosted or told "we'll deal with it next week for sure". We had to pay for the taxi back to the city, we only had access to our room for 9 hours, we lost half a day of our trip waiting in a lobby and we've been scammed out of nearly a 100 bucks. The management here is out to scam you.

This place knows how to spoil your vacation. No hot water supply when you need it. And rude staff. Don’t expect a typical Radisson experience.

Improvement needed. No replacement of coffee-pods or kleenex in room. Room cleaning very late -after 1600 in afternoon. Hotel offers a glass of bubbles if you post a pic on Instagram - but when you do that > there is no bubbles in the bar when you ask for it. But when other customers ask for bubbles - suddenly a bottle appears. Check in - improvement needed. They dont know how to charge a room that has been booked with points and cash. And the welcome ….. ”You are too early” when arriving at 1400 - while Radisson Rewards members can check in early if the room is ready. I guess this is all flaws of a new hotel. I hope. But room was nice. Upgraded to a superior room with kitchenette.

This hotel gave me a really bad experience. I made a booking in November. The booking was confirmed shortly afterwards. Two months later (in January), the hotel writes that I have to cancel the booking due to a system error. Without offering me an alternative, apologising or anything else. I then complained to the hotel accordingly - and did not even receive any feedback! This shows what incompetent staff with 0 respect work there. The booking was also for the Formula 1 race. Today it is not possible to find a comparable room for the same price within a radius of 40 km (!!!!). What a mess.

Very clean and good Hotel, close the liege city center. My experience was for a worktrip and everything went smoothly and easy from booking till checkout. The breakfast buffet was nice with many choices.

Nice, fresh and quiet hotel, 5 min walk from the city centre. Right next to the city bus stop. I'm also impressed from the collaborative staff.

On November 25, I booked a room directly on Radisson Liege City Centre's website for a trip this summer. Now, over 5 months later, the hotel just cancelled my reservation with no reasoning nor justification, leaving me scrambling to find a hotel at a significantly higher rate just weeks before our trip. Do not book a room at this hotel unless you want to risk having your room cancelled for no reason.

Somebody forgot to put any wardrobe to the room, but the standard is good. Tasty breakfast and very helpful staff. No parking at the facility - guests can leave their cars at the remote Place Lambert parking - which is awful for longer vehicles (narrow alleys, high kerbs, sharp curves, where long cars can stuck). With this price for room, paying additionally for such poor parking option is ridiculous.

Clean rooms, great staff. Poor sleep quality, no one in our group could sleep well because of small square pillows and synthetic bed sheets.

Good value for money hotel. Early check-in possible. Close to city centre as well as located just next to public transportation (bus & train) stops.

Had a room with breakfast. There was no juice, and upon request they served juice in bottles that was spoiled and over its best before date. Uncool.

Newly built hotel. Beware the earliest check in time is 3pm and they reinforce it heavily. This has never happened to me anywhere in the world. You show up early on a not so busy day? Sure, c’mon in! Or, we’ll already put your luggage in your room when you come back. Nada. Concerning the new build of the hotel, it looks like the pictures, but of course it’s all build from the cheapest AliExpress materials. The bathroom appliances in our room were already falling apart.
