I visited the restaurant only. I have to say everything that we tried were so delicious and fresh. The service, staff behaviour and the ambience were so good. No complains. This resturant is very close to serampore railway station. The prices are average not too high not too low according their location. Wish they will maintain their service in future.

We recently booked three rooms and the banquet hall at Avenue Plaza for three days, hosting my sister's sangeet and Aiburobhat ceremonies. Our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel rooms provided a comfortable and spacious stay, with the air conditioning working seamlessly to alleviate our fatigue. The Avenue Banquet exceeded our expectations. The buffet was set up promptly, and the food was consistently served hot. While the ceiling height on the second floor was not optimal for dancing, we still managed to throw some dance steps and have a great time. The culinary offerings lived up to the high standards expected from the Samrat chain. The food was exceptional, garnering praise from all our guests and leaving us thrilled with the positive reviews about the taste. The hotel staff were exemplary, displaying politeness, humility, and a helpful and calm demeanor throughout our stay. A special acknowledgment goes to the Banquet manager, Mr. Ashiq, whose brilliance enhanced our overall experience. We extend our gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional service. In conclusion, Avenue Plaza Hotel and Restaurant provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay, contributing significantly to the success of our special events.

Be careful while booking to this hotel, staff demand for extra money at the time of check out apart from what u booked, rooms are v small and very unhygienic, staff is v noisy u can't sleep at night. FRAUD HOTEL

I was on a vacation to India with my husband for the purpose of brother’s wedding at Serampore .. We stayed at Avenue plaza for 4 days and I’d like to write a few lines about the extraordinary and heartfelt service each one of the hosts provided .. Specially would like to mention about Soutik, Mampi, and the amazing banquet managers and the great breakfast buffet that we enjoyed .. Each one of the members of Avenue plaza team went above and beyond to make sure we were eating well, had enough water, was getting proper room service and more and more and more .. But it doesn’t end there .. On the day of brother’s reception, I could not find a beautician and told Soutik at the 11th hr if something could be arranged .. Within 30 mins, Mampi arrived leaving her job duties aside to help me out .. Attaching a photo of how beautifully she dressed me up .. And if you’re thinking it was for a price, you’re taken wrong … They did it because they wanted to help a boarder out out of the sheer kindness of their heart and unbelievable hospitality .. My husband and I have been mesmerized by the level of hospitality that’s just not a dry duty, but full of domestic care, that is available here .. Excellent rooms, very nice suite, clean beautiful linen and all possible room amenities and 24x7 multiple security guards keep you feel safe and at home .. They even kept in touch to check on how we’re doing even weeks after we left .. Highly recommend a stay here .. 🙏🙏

Fantastic stay, wonderful experience, outstanding staff. Felt so comfortable here. All the eminities are good. Rooms are very specious, comfortable and washrooms are very neat and clean. The manager Soutik is gem of a person. So helpful and warm. Ms. Mampi was so warm and nice. Asit, Kostubh, Arvind, Prasannjeet, Sumona are great at cafe. A good hotel with polite behaviour from the staff and manager. The stay was seamless and the restaurant is also classy with great taste. We tried chicken omelette for breakfast and grilled fish sizzler was specifically awesome. The hotel room was quite tastefully decorated and had all amenities. Could be better with fast service. Rest all great.

Hotel rooms are spacious with well trained staff who keep the rooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast is awesome. Loved mutton biriyani for meal. It's a must try Hotel has a banquet hall which hosts wedding and other functions. Witnessed service in banquet hall, top class marriage decorations and food again is too good Mr. Mukherjee and his team Mr. Asif and others are very helpful.

Located in the commercial hub of Serampur Hooghly, the hotel is nice and the room service was extremely good. The rooms are provided with geyser , AC, wardrobe, intercom and LED TV. Premium suites are also available here. The dinning hall cum restaurant is good and the complimentary breakfast comprised of a wide array of food items like Puri, sabji, bread omlette, poha, masala idli, fresh fruits. The behaviour of the staffs was extremely good. Overall a very satisfying experience in this family friendly hotel. It is located near Samarat restaurant.

Well, It's been almost 2 years I am being told I will get a refund against the booking cancellation. I almost visited 20 times with proper paper, they continuously delayed. Now, from past few months I am not finding the paper, and now they have started drama saying "bring the paper, I will return the money immediately."

The Hotel is right at the prime location which was perfect for us. The staff and the manager was AMAZING. They were very courteous and helpful. They arranged a car for us to do sight-seeing. The food was really good. The rooms were very clean and nice but the size is a bit small but perfect for 2 people stay. Only one recommendation would be to give comforters instead of blankets. Bathroom was very clean and had geyser which provided hot hot water (our main requirement) in this cold weather. Over all a really pleasant stay. Thanks Avenue Plaza!
