They are total irresponsible. We bought ac in February. But there was a technical problem in my ac now. We tried to contact them consecutive days, also visited their store. But they kept saying that they would send a technician to solve the problem. It's over a week now and they are unable to do so. Fraud customer service. Also, very bad behaviour. When you are going to visit them for buying something, they would be very sugarcoated towards you. But after buying when you need any service or any problems occur with your product, they would be very rude to you, specially a worker named Suman. He is a very rude person and behaves very badly with his clients.

Hudge collection with good service, but employees should be more professional and skilled. Very often shop is very croudy. Need to seperation depertments . Just single entrance. Should be sefty exit option, it may have, but I haven't noticed it. One very plus point is that it is located just on the road side.

Prices are high compared to online or what it should be. This may vary by seasonal offers but most of the time you should check and compare online before buying. Last time I paid 4k extra for a laptop because I didn't check the pricing online before buying it from here so that's on me but I won't do the same mistake again.
