Exceptional experience. My partner and I opted in for the vegan and seafood tasting menus respectively and we both loved every course. To our surprise, there were also mini bites in between courses. They were also flexible when each of us asked to change the dessert in our menus to a preferred one from another menu. The bread before the menus start was warm and very soft, with 3 types of flavoured butter (blue cheese, parmesan, truffle). The reddish bread is a must try. Best value for money we had during our entire Bali trip and would definitely come back. Well deserved 5 stars. Huge compliments to the chef and staff!

This is hands down the best restaurant I have been to in Bali! Could not fault one thing. The service and food was excellent and we got various complementary dishes which were all amazing. There is so much effort put into everything, from the pretty food to the lovely staff( who are very attentive and caring). Overall a great experience, will definitely be coming back.

The perfect dinner, the perfect combination of the delicacy of the restaurant and the surrounding natural landscape, each meal was exciting and gave us a perfect experience, and the perfect service brought a romantic atmosphere to our dinner. I have to say it was the most perfect dinner we had in Bali.

What an excellent experience. I had the "the Sea" Set Menu and it was great from start to finish. In between the courses they even provided some additional small snacks. They also tried their best to make sure to care for my girlfriends food allergy. We can definitely recommend this to anyone who likes high quality food.

Came back after 5 years to this beautiful restaurant to celebrate our 13th Anniversary and they didn't disappoint!!! Their service and the way they celebrated with us was amazing and memorable! About the food, it was more than amazing! I have no doubt to say this that they are the best restaurant in Bali!

My wife and I decided to try out this place and it took us for a surprise. The chef was super accommodating to my vegan diet restrictions. Unlike most times I request for something off the usual menu, the Chef was eager to please, and boy did his dishes please! Service was prompt and we were happy to stumble upon this place. The jungle view was an excellent backdrop! As a matter of fact, we were so happy with this place, we decided to try out The Lair the following night, which we loved too! We'll be back the next time we visit Bali.

I ordered the fish and chips, which was good value for money. I eat slow, so by the time I ate it, the crispness was less than how I like my fish n chips. But I found the seasoning and the tartar sauce quite good. I like that they added side salad and portion is actually quite big. I couldn’t finish it. I also tried the mocha , which was lovely. And the complimentary dinner rolls with the truffle butter was perfect! Thank you for the complimentary dessert and welcome drink! This restaurant just loves giving! ❤️ I will go back soon and try the dinner menu! Ambience was lovely 🥰, quiet, and staff were very attentive. Definitely 5 stars. 🌟 Take your date there. 😗

Beautiful meal and experience thanks to the incredible staff here. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary! The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the food was exceptional. The view was amazing too. Highly recommend for a special meal in Ubud.

Amazing - highly recommended. We took Garden and Sea menus, and all Dishes were excellent ! In addition, we’ve never seen such a quality / price ratio. The view is very nice, the cocktails are fantastic as well. A MUST do !

My one wish is for EVERYONE to try Arcadia, the absolute best dining experience we’ve had all trip and even compared to back home in Perth. The service was incredible, all staff so friendly & attentive, they even recognised us when we came back a few nights later! The food; every single dish we ordered was amazing. We were mind blown with each bite and we tried many dishes over the 2 nights. It’s hard to choose what you want to eat but you just know whatever you choose is going to be perhaps the best you’ve ever had. Honestly can’t believe this level of food/service/ambience at this price point. We all agreed it was much better than Nobu and so much more affordable. Wish we went here every night!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner there. With the surprise birthday cake and the many amuse-bouches served in between the 5 course tasting menu, we were very full by the end. So the kind staff even gave us the last amuse-bouch packed in a little box to enjoy at home.

We were pretty much blown away when the hostess showed us our table. It is an open air restaurant but the backdrop is a view high over a jungle valley and river. Did not expect this walking into the restaurant. Aside from the dramatic location, the food is excellent. They offer set menus and a la carte. I had a five course seafood set and everything was cooked to perfection. This is fine dining and while I don't know much about it, I could still pick out the individual flavors in the deliciously constructed dishes. The service is also phenomenal. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They offered us complimentary "courses" in between the regular courses. We were also celebrating our anniversary so they prepared a special champagne drink with flower decorated glasses. Eating here is a culinary experience not to be missed!
