I visited this place a couple of months ago and had a great experience with their water sports. However, the management could use some improvement. They offer different pricing structures, and your ability to negotiate can lead to a better deal. Safety standards are average, so it's crucial to double-check safety measures before participating in activities. The shallow water reduces water-related risks. Additionally, there are restaurants at the waiting area that serve good drinks, but the food quality is average.

Water activity full enjoyment

We told you the service that we wanted, you named your price, we paid you the price you asked, and you gave us less than we paid for. We wouldn't mind paying more than your price as long as you deliver. It is the experience that we sought, the experience that we were willing to pay. But it was disappointing to say the least. It ruined our day. We didn't even take any photos of ourselves, cause we did not want to be reminded of the awful experience we had. The time we wasted with you guys was our hard earned precious holiday, and you didn't give a flip abt anything but the little money you scammed from us. What a waste of time and money. No wonder why the place looks deserted. Should've stayed in our villa and chill in the pool instead, more fun.

He took the pictures as well. all staff are nice and helpful. safety first. very nice experience! best time to come, 8.30 am or 3 pm as i was informed.

Perfect, very nice Place, the boats and the jetski (the one we had) was a little bit older but perfect for trying it for the first time, the staff are very friendly and was a great fun, can just recommend to you to try it if you near there

Overal a very poor experience of the service here. We negotiated a package of banana ride (15min) parasailing (5min) and snorkeling (1hr) for two. Once payment was completed the entire experience was extremely rushed to the point of being stressful. The banana ride was a lame straight line and shorter than the advertised duration. Parasailing was enjoyable. For the snorkeling, we were rushed into another boat with unfriendly staff, trying to sell additional services. Visibility around 2pm was poor (which annoyingly was not explained before) but the marine life and wreck was interesting. After 20 minutes of snorkeling the boat driver told us to get out. We refused and stayed another 10 minutes after they insisted and were brought back to land. Most infuriating was that the boat staff came to shore with us and relaxed on the patio after: were no new customers waiting to explain the hurry. They just didn't care about providing an enjoyable experience. Facilities were OK with showers, lockers and towels. If you decide to come make sure to keep a watch and check time to ensure you aren't cheated.

Another classic example of group of people organized to commit fraud. We paid 80 dollars for 2 persons for snorkeling. We got a 5 min boat trip to somewhere very dirty where you couldn’t see the bottom. Yes we saw a few fish. Go swim somewhere in the dirt. That will save you the money

Very poor experience, booked 30min of jet ski with no instructor and 30min of sea walking for 2 people. We got 15min each for jet ski with an instructor on the back as "due to accidents they don't let people drive the jet skis on their own anymore" which I understand, but we booked this only because it was advertised as no instructor sitting in the back. The instructor was constantly trying to steer for me, which was far from comfortable when he's hugging you from behind when trying to steer. When challenged that the activity was only 15min, the guy said it was 30min and that "he's no scammer" and we got what we paid for, when clearly we didn't. Next up was the 30min sea walking, which ended up being around 8min long, 5 meters under water, walking around in a circle in muddy water, not being able to see anything. Everything felt very rushed, we spent more time waiting between the 2 activities than on the activities themselves! Customer service non existent, the company thinks only about your money and once they're paid, you don't matter to them anymore. Nothing here feels professional, except for the non-English speaking driver whose job was only to drive - he successfully managed to deliver us from point A to point B and back, much wow. Bali Coral is a one big scam, avoid!
