Very good potential, but lack of good intentions and honesty: Liked · Overall, place is nice and well prepared,as others mentioned in comments and which I've followed. Disliked · HOWEVER, first thing first - there was a construction going on right in front of villa. On the property! So owner started construction of new villas, without informing about that - nor in an offer, nor by direct message. And when asked about it the staff, we've didn't heard even simple "sorry" at the beginning. So at 8am wake up was with drilling, and whole day angle grinders on full throttle, till 5pm. What if you want to sleep longer or enjoy breakfast or swimming pool? Finally manager proposed some form of compensation, but his first idea of giving us coconuts and prepare swimming-pool breakfast was derogatory - do you want to do it in construction noise going on 5 meters from us, on owner' property? I've agreed on final compensation which was another absurd, worth of maybe 5% price we've paid. Another thing - first breakfast was suprisingly cold. Coffee was once instant, once normal. And few pieces like that... definitely could be improved. One would say - you can always change a place. Answer - no, not always. You can have plans and you can expect what you paid for, and especially you can expect honesty.

Beautiful villa amidst village area. Good service and good breakfast. Kids loved the outdoor pool and the gazebo. Recommended for family stay. Easy to get grab food and grab car ❤️

Stayed 3 nights here, every night the AC will get shut down by itself. Managed to fix through the controller for 2 days. Here comes the 3rd day night at 1am the AC went gasless totally only plain air we could feel no chillness. When husband went to reception to get help as we didn't answer our call from room. No receptionist is available it seems. Only 1 guy called himself a guard to the villa came over & he failed rectify the AC & couldn't get through to contact the other staffs. He was helpless & keep saying need to wait till morning. How could we stay without AC in such congested room? Outdoor living has a ceiling fan we don't mind sleeping on sofa there but it was fully exposed to mosquitoes. Can't even bare to stand for a while out of the room. End up we told him to allow us to stay at other villa just for sleeping that night so morning we returned to our room & immediately check out the AC was still not functioning. He agreed after 1 hour wait with sweating. They called it private villa but so much noises on roof we could hear the cat running on roof right above in room. The villa is well maintained, beautiful, clean, but failed on the AC & unwanted animals crawling on roof every night. Otherwise the villa I would say it's beautiful. Location of the villa is quite inside. Nothing is nearby in walking distance.

This villa is beautiful and super clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful thanks Mr Dharma and team. I will recommend this villa to everyone. If they have to do something in the garden and you are not there, they will be asked nicely via the app. The breakfast is nice. 5 stars and we will definitely be back :-)

The team went above and beyond in delivering a birthday surprise, even though we only stayed for one night. Floating breakfast was lovely too, and the hospitality is extremely welcoming.
