Amazing!!! This resort was absolutely exceptional. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made it so special with the treats, rose petals in the bathtub, and red rose! The rooms are sooo pretty! We stayed in the lagoon villa and it was gorgeous! Quick walk to the beach from the villas which I loved! The service here is also excellent! Everyone so friendly and attentive. It really is a whole experience staying here! One of my favorite hotels and stays!!!

I wrote a same review on tripadvisor also but i wanna share my review with travelers here also, so here it is: The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!! All the way from entrance to the beach, every part if well designed. Strong balinese influenced theme. Rooms are spacious as every room is at least a Junior suite. Multiple dining options. A very relaxing hotel. Best part of the hotel is this massive lagoon which guests can swim in, it really feels like u r swimming in the middle of a jungle and encountering ancient ruins in the middle. A beautiful experience for sure. There is also another swimming pool near the beach, which is beautiful also, The beach is quiet but not deserted, its a very good hotel option for couple, although kids are welcomed too of course. Villas a beautiful if u like to spurge a little bit. Special thanks to the following staff who helped making my stay such a memorable one - Henry, Carlos, Sukeni, Mundri & Darmawan, u folks are awesome!

Massage and spa extremely over rated and priced - light fittings not installed correctly and hanging around the outdoor spa (which wasn’t correctly working, jets broken) and inside steam room (LEDs flickering) (aElectrical hazard?) - took 20 minutes to wait for a taxi after booking, when asking; staff were on their phones, when they actually chased it up they sent the taxi to the wrong pick up destination. For the money, you’d expect A LOT better.

I've always love their buffet whether it's brunch or special occasion. What I love the most how curated the menu is and how it's nicely presented. Don't expect your usual all food dumped buffet. Instead they present them in small portion which makes the food looks even more exquisite and alluring. They also serve them at a very right portion, small but not too small. Which I think this is very smart, as you don't get full easily and able to try all of the food serve in the buffet Staffs are always friendly and eager to help to ensured us a pleasant time. From all the hotel buffets, this is definitely my most favourite.

This is a great place, really, but as in most places they just smile and agree with you even when you say negative things, because they don’t understand what you mean. ‘I’m going to write a bad review’, ‘certainly, of course, thank you very much’. So the staff is polite but useless. I planned my day going at Nusa Dua beach and booked for the restaurant for dinner. ‘Of course you can use our beach beds and have cocktails before your dinner!’ ‘Of course you can use our shower before dinner’. Well, this was phone call only. In the real life, I was asked for my room number and said it was for guests only. I said there was absolutely no one and Id pay for the bed, but no way. I asked for the hotel bar, guests only (I reminded that I was a restaurant guest and that I’d be a good customer). It’s when they took me in the empty restaurant, being clueless about what to do with me, and asked all of the sudden if I wanted to go to the lobby. It was 2pm, the weather was nice, I had booked outside, of course no, I wanted to see the sea. I finally found a public beach where people were happy to take my orders and for way less money. I came back to a lot of empty seabeds and empty bar as I expected, sat on a rock waiting to be attended, and except the bar/beach waiters, everyone was adorable and the dinner was delicious,

Never have I ever had such a pleasant holiday. The resort is outstanding, the service is outstanding, the Food from the buffet is beyond outstanding, the staff is amazing everything about this hotel is beyond expectations. Even when we were leaving the place to the airport they made it wonderful, someone dropped us in a Vip car and then someone at the airport was waiting for us to help us with our luggages! If you are hesitating to stay, do not! Don't think twice. The facility was so safe for our baby girl. The beach was very private and agreeable, the water amazing, the service there as well...We will come to stay again FOR SURE.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The staff were wildly accommodating and kind (shout out to Parwati who was the best and always remembered us). Amazing food, fantastic facilities and great location.

Went for brunch on Sunday & it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Food was top tier, staff was hospitable & views were breathtaking. Went to the restroom & it was the best I've seen.

Amazing service. Amazing villas. As ambassador elite, we got upgraded to the strand villa from the lagoon villa. The sea view beachfront room was beautiful and there is a private lounging spot at the beach in front of our villa. The breakfast was really really good. Recommend The river lobster omelette and fried egg foie gras We came for a babymoon retreat and my wife was really happy with our stay here.

A dream hotel with nothing short of the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times but my last stay was for 3 weeks. Being a long staying guest I was shocked by how consistently this hotel is run. The staff made me feel right at home and and small issue I had was overcompensated by managers to make my stay the best in could be. Each butler had their own style and did things that showed they genuinely take an interest in each guests needs. A special mention to Arawa at the beach area for taking care of me each day. Pralad in the gym for being helpful whenever I visited. There are too many great staff members to mention. If you have the opportunity to stay here don't even think twice. It is categorically the best hotel in Bali without a doubt. That is coming from someone who has stayed at over 20 different hotels in Bali. I will be back early next year for another stay!

Best resort so far my family has ever stayed. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staffs. Food at restaurant Boneka is the best so far we have tried in Bali. Very clean and comfortable. Very worth the price we paid. Environment is very kids friendly too. They provide complimentary drop off and pick up to and for airport this season. Highly recommended. Created many beautiful memories in this resort :)

This hotel is beautiful! It has massive lagoon the guests can swimming around with nature view surrounding. The service also excellent! Short walk to the beach.

What a luxury place. If you want to be pampered by luxury, then choose st.regis. we got upgrade to garden villa from our suite and it was exceptional. Rooms and private pool, cabanas are no word to describe. Thanks a lot for manager Andy. All restaurants were excellent and beach is so private and clean. Dulang restaurant experience was so unique and enjoyed traditional Balinese food and dance. We will come back again.

St. Regis Bali sets a very high standard. This was my second family visit to St. Regis Bali. This resort sets a very high standard in so many ways. The extensive salt-water lagoon which is directly accessible by the villas is wonderful. The grounds are lush, tropical and so nicely landscaped. The beach is also very nice and clean, although not many water activities. The villas are excellent – spacious, everything in good working order, and just comfortable. I slept very well each night. The service is impeccable. The staff are all extremely friendly and engaging, well-trained and responsive to whatever he needed or whatever we were doing. The 4 restaurants are excellent, and great service: the buffet (Boneka), the beachfront (Kayuputi), the Balinese restaurant (Dulang) and the deli (Gourmand). Great attention to detail and food quality. I enjoyed them all and I certainly over-ate on this trip. The wine selection was also excellent, although I wish they had a selection of craft beers on the menus. Overall I highly recommend St. Regis Bali and strongly welcome any opportunity to return here.

This resort gives really interesting experiences. The strategic place make it really easy to find. You will get a sunset of nusa dua beach there. Don't ask the room. It has many choice for the spacious room you can choose. Moreover they have a villa with pretty pool view. Really good to be there👍

St Regis Bali Review From the moment I stepped into the St. Regis Bali, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, especially Darma Puspita at the Dulang restaurant and Sudana at the gourmet restaurant, provided excellent service. Sudana's attentiveness and skill in preparing a delightful coffee while I worked were particularly impressive. The butler service was a highlight of my stay. Tin, Ms. Ayun, and Mr. Agus were outstanding in their roles, offering efficient and polite service that ranged from organizing pillows to ironing clothes and cleaning the room, adding a luxurious touch to my stay. The gym facilities were top-notch, complemented by delicious protein shakes and friendly staff, including Gita, who made my gym experience enjoyable. The spa, sauna, and steam room were fantastic, contributing to an overall sense of wellness. Breakfast at the St. Regis Bali was a culinary journey. The steak and eggs accompanied by fresh lobster were extraordinary. Awan, along with the entire breakfast team, was well-trained and professional, making it a memorable meal. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic and reasonably priced. The butler service, bringing freshly baked cookies and chamomile tea nightly, showcased their attention to detail. In summary, my stay at the St. Regis Bali was outstanding. The hotel is a standout in Bali, providing a great environment for getting work done. The staff, particularly at the restaurants, is the reason I'll be coming back repeatedly. The St. Regis Bali is not just one of the best properties globally for its facilities but also for its exceptional staff and service. I already miss a lot about it and highly recommend it. 10 out of 10

Super exquisite location, service, and breakfast! Our room was upgraded two levels up to a beach front Villa, where we have our own beach seats and straight to the beach! The room and the atmosphere was incredible! Will definitely come back again :)

So much love for this place. Despite the old-traditional Bali style rooms, the hotel is very well maintained. Not to mention their exceptional service, the foods are excellent. Breakfast was great, in house dinner was good too. Best service so far I had in Bali.

This is the kind of luxury you can keep falling in love with. The huge open space when you enter is aesthetically appealing and gives such a calm feel. Its very welcoming, comforting and relaxing. The staff is extraordinary and very helpful. If you want to splurge on a good resort property in Bali, this is the one you should opt for. I found this better than W, Bali. They have the sunset and sunrise view. Special thanx to the person who have us the room tour, I forgot his name ( Mahmud, may be). Its the best resort to relax and soak in the luxury. Rooms are beyond words beautiful and presidential suite is absolutely luxurious and out of the world. .

The staff and the hospitality are superb. They work so hard to make the property nice and clean. Thank you everyone at St Regis Bali for making our stay so comfortable with all your accommodations. The beach villas are beautiful and it’s so nice to be able to walk on the beach whenever the rain stops. A few information to correct on Google: 1. The airport shuttle is not complimentary, there are two levels of cars but both inexpensive and definitely a service very convenient to use. 2. There is no outdoor children’s playground as shown on one of the photos on Google, there is just a very small yard inside of the children’s learning center and its setting is not the same or as nice as showing on that photo, a little bit disappointed, but I suppose the beach and private pool are enough fun for kids.

Five stars all around: The rooms, restaurants, pools, the grounds, easy beach access. What really takes this resort over the top is the staff. Shout out to our butler Andi and also Sopan at the Boneka restaurant. Everyone is so kind and greets you anytime you walk past them. We can’t wait to go back!

We had one of the most beautifull stay at St. Regis Bali Resort. We stayed in one of their rooms and it was clean and smells great. Their room service was the very kind and helpfull for us. It's wonderful to be able to spend time in this place. Starting with its very polite and wonderful hospitality, the staff are great, comfortable and clean hotel rooms, a lot of options for food and beverages, the scenery and environtments design of the accommodation are breathtaking. Also they have access to the private beach, so you can enjoy you time here. I strongly recommend this place to stay. Keep it up for the good work.

This was our second time staying at St. Regis Bali and it blew us away once again! The luxury villas are a dream, the staff are fabulous, breakfast is amazing, and the spa treatments provide some of the best massages in Bali. But what trumps it all is the gigantic 3.6 square Kilometer saltwater lagoon pool, along with its swim-up bar and easy access to the beach. This place is pure luxury, and while certainly not cheap, you'll never want to leave.

We had one of the most remarkable stay at St. Regis. Their level of hospitality is on another level, it was exceptional and immaculate. I feel like the photos in online platfroms did not do any justice of how amazing this place is. 9 hectare property with a variety of activities and facilities to see and experience. Absolutely fabulous! We stayed in a two bedroom lagoon villa in 2022 and it was so good we are going back for a few days again this year. There's nothing bad to say, it's worth every penny. Every staff member knows you by name, the pool is gorgeous, the gardens are beautifully maintained and the beach area is impeccable. We had the best room service meal ever, it was perfect and absolutely top notch. One of the best massages ever, one of the best swim-up bars ever. If you are fortunate enough to visit this resort, you will never want to leave!
