Beji Ayu Homestay is the wonderful hidden gem for budget travellers. The best part about this homestay is the kind service and hospitality. The 'consierge' Mr. Ketut, is very kind and helpful. I stayed in high season, I've had trouble with the electricity of my room, and mr. Ketut did very well to give solution to this by transferring me to other rooms. They also offer bike rental at absolutely worthy price! The room was spacey and more than worthy for the price. Thankyou Beji Ayu Homestay, for helped making my holiday a great one.

The TV was very big. Everything else was very good, and affordable at 210k IDR during the busy season. The owner was very helpful. The smelly trash heap overlooking the terraces almost ruined the stay. Luckily, it did not get very hot, so the smell did not enter the room. I would not return with my wife due to the risk of this trash becoming smellier, but I may take the risk if I'm on my own.

Absolutely nice owner. The location is great if you have a scooter. The rooms are clean and nice. We only had some issues with the wifi inside of our room.

Great spot and no more than a 20 minute walk to all major locations. The room was very clean and had all amenities you would want. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

definitely one of my favorite stay in Bali as it's very well located and convenient if you ride a scooter. close to Kuta, Canggu, seminyak, Petitenget and Denpasar, easy to get to the airport and Ketut the owner, is simply fantastic.

We left early. It is expensive for the standard. The rooms are very outdated and not clean, the bedding had burn holes in it and the side boards and other material items were all stained. The doors all have gaps in them. The air con isn’t great. The bathroom is very very old. The road outside is VERY loud. It is out of town just off a main road so you can’t walk anywhere. Not a good location. Had the worst 2 nights sleep so left before our last night. The staff were nice however and they made the bed daily but I wouldn’t recommend.

Great location, rooms and staff. The owner is great! My new fav place to visit when in Seminyak. On my second visit now, and great as per last time.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an amazing place to stay. Rooms are spacious and the staff are super accommodating. The drinks on offer are also super cheap. After we checked out we were allowed to leave our bags at the Homestay whilst we went and had a mooch elsewhere as we were killing time for a flight. The ac works very well, just need to angle it right. The only quarrels we had with this place is that staff made up the rooms regardless of whether you wanted it or not (would be nice to have a do not disturb sign to put on the door as we don’t like our room being cleaned whilst we stay there). Also there were some slight stains on the top of the bed sheets but nothing too serious. Furthermore the power cuts out daily, but just ask the staff and they can reset the breaker for you. The location is right next to the main road which makes it easy to get transportation but you can also walk anywhere from here. Overall, lovely place to stay, staff are super nice and helpful and the rooms are good for the cost

Seriously this place is my favorite from all I stayed in places in Bali … the room is clean, bed is comfortable, ac works well, shower also working good, the water presure running well, cleaning everyday, good location, close to the sunset road but quite area, price also affordable, the staff n owner are super welcome and helpful ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ saddly they are not accepting monthly stay!

Nice owner, stayed for two nights. Room was standard. Pretty safe, there'll be someone at reception most the time. Defo rent a scooter if you know how to ride one. Youll be around 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go to eat.

Good location, very good rooms if you consider the budget and a very helpful host. The only drawback I felt was that only 2 small bottles of water per day is never sufficient. Otherwise everything else was really good.

A budget friendly accommodation in Seminyak. I stayed here for a few nights while I completed my Scuba diving course. Great host! He is always welcoming and has a warm personality. On the first night, I stayed in a room on the first floor. The room was okay. I moved to a room on the ground floor on my second night and this room was much better! The AC and WIFI worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom was good. There was sufficient light in the room. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a small seating area outside the room; wear mosquito repellent while sitting out. On the last two days, the bathroom started to smell so would recommend checking the sewage system and pipes. The homestay is located near the main road and is quite some distance from the beach or city centre. It’s hard to find good food spot closeby. But let’s remember it is a budget-friendly accommodation and expectations should be set accordingly.

Nice and recommended for backpacker or just transit from airport or you want to go another place in bali.

The room was good and not expensive, they can rent you a scooter here but the icing on the cake is the owner, he's such a kind person and can give you advice about everything, all you need to do is ask. My phone broke and he even took it to a repair shop for me. The service there alone is why I would book here again.

Owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Clean room, comfortable bed. Bit of a walk to the beach but you can take a Grab for less than $2. Overall a great hotel at an even better price.

Absolutely loved this place. Great value for money. Good location, comfortable room, great bed and sheets. The rooms are very clean, they have a private balcony and A/C. the owner is just lovely, very attentive to detail. You can hire a motorbike right there. I gave it 4 starts because it doesn’t have breakfast, but the rooms have a fridge and kettle with complimentary coffee and water.
