Dušan is my favorite hairstylist in the world so I followed him, naturally, to his new place at Belgrade Waterfront - The Hairlovers Institute. The staff is amazingly kind, professional as always and the whole experience feels luxurious and relaxing. What can I say? I love being pampered! Being that I use to hate having my hair done, this is a breath of fresh (h)air.

Dunja is the best barber i’ve ever gone to. No joke. She’s very patient, listens to you, great communication, attention to detail is out of this world. Seriously if you’re visiting ask for her, i’ll be definitely coming back 👏🏻🎉👏🏻

Very disappointed with today's visit. I was booked for coloring airtouch , the master does not know this technique at all, I even provided all the numbering of the formulas of the dyes how they painted me, but the woman decided to do the usual coloring for me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ When painting, they don’t wear disposable aprons, the master distributes the paint along the length with his bare hands, most likely there is no concept of gloves. I generally keep quiet about offering a client tea or coffee. I never wrote bad reviews, but I want to write here so that the girls can draw conclusions.

I paid 2500 rsd for a blowdry and it looks terrible as if I just woke up. I have a photo session today and I’m really upset. The hairdresser was rude when I didn’t like this mess.
