I recently purchased a tour with this company only for the supposed 10 hour tour to last only 7 hours. When this issue was raised on the way back to Belgrade the tour operator exclaimed "it is what it is". Not only this, but the photos they exibit to advertise the Iron Gate Gorge are professionally and deliberately decieving. They do not take you to the gorge point of the Danube river as advertised. We only saw the river from the Golubac Fortress. Having traveled a lot, I've never experienced such a truly dispicable tour operator. When they were contacted afterwards to explain the situation. Responsibility or any crumb of professionalism was totally absent. Most shockingly, a few days after my request for a refund - refused - the photos have been changed. My advice, avoid this lot at all costs!!

We took a whole day tour around Belgrade with Victor Tours on the 26th of August 2023. Our guide was Jovan. Communication with the tour company was good throughout. Even when the tour had to start with a bit of delay due to vehicle problems, we were kept informed throughout. That grants them the second star of my review. That’s as far as I can say positively about the experience. While Jovan did spend all day with us driving us around and ticking all the the boxes from the advertised itinerary, I’m afraid he wasn’t an engaging guide. He gave us tons of dates and names in a rather haphazard way. He seemed more interested in proving that he knows his stuff, rather than in conjuring in our minds a complete image of Serbian culture and identity. There was no common thread weaving his explanations. This made the whole experience rather disjoint, which means one ends the day with actually very little idea of what makes Belgrade and Serbia what they are. It was also quite disappointing to see how he got very defensive, and almost angry, when I asked questions about Serbia’s recent past. He said he didn’t want to talk about that as he was trying to show us what Serbia has to offer today, rather than dwelling on the past. That was an interesting retort, considering that throughout the day he said very little positive about the current times in Serbia. I said I asked those questions precisely because that’s a recent past he must’ve lived through, so I’m much more interested in personal lived experience than in a bunch of facts and figures I could get from Wikipedia within two clicks. He didn’t take this well and it created an awkward tension in the group. All in all, although the price of the tour was reasonable for all that it packed in, it was a rather poor experience. It’s a pity since it was the only full day of sightseeing we had time for in Belgrade. I wouldn’t do it again.

I did 2 yours with Victor Tours and both of them were great. I did the full day Big Budapest Tour with Aleksandar and it was great. Fascinating tour. I also did the Novi Sad and Northern Serbia tour. another fantastic Tour. I cannot say enough good things about Victor Tours

I did the Northern Serbia: Sremski Karlovci and Novi Sad Full-Day Tour from Belgrade with Victor Tours. This was a great tour with a diverse set of sights and activities and enough free time to explore. What really made the trip, however, was our excellent guide Dragana. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the stops on the tour and had lots of great history and stories to share. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are in Belgrade.

I absolutely loved our tour with Jelica, who was an absolutely amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable, witty, and fun. One of the best tours (top two) I've had over my time (1.5 months) here in Europe. Jelica accompanied us on a day tour of Belgrade and Novi Sad, where we encountered a great deal of history, and some absolutely stunning views. Jelica was on top of everything; making sure that everyone in my group of 13 was absolutely comfortable and aware of what was going on, and in terms of food, what was being consumed, and it's place in Serbian history and culture.

Recently I visited Serbia. They had arranged private and shared trips for me. I am extremely happy with their service as the guides & drivers were always on time and very supportive also. Keep up the good work!

I went on an all day tour to Palic Lake, Subotica and Sombor Konstantin was the guide. Where do i begin? Firstly, he went above and beyond in every regard. If i was to tag him the ‘sincerest gentleman’ i would be not paying him due regard. He is an Individual that made it more a life experience rather than a mere tour. So clever and defined empathy. Simply amazing! We decided on the 10 Day Private Tour because of the itinerary and the great value in terms of price. High quality of hotels, excellent service, warm welcome, knowledgeable guide, and clockwork transfers. It was really a first class trip. Serbia is incredibly diverse; from central European cityscapes to isolated Serbo-Byzantine monasteries the differences couldn't be greater. We were taken to medieval fortresses and mountain villages, through lush national parks and steep gorges, all with very hearty meals and, of course, the national drink 'rakija' in between. The tour gave us a taste of it all. It was a great introduction to this fascinating and beautiful country.

I had a lovely, informative time with Jelica our guide! We packed a lot in from a gorgeous river ride, a wine tasting, and, of course, a tour of Belgrade! Throughout it all Jelica was well informed, engaging, friendly, and caring! She told us about Serbian culture, history, and examples from her own life. I can’t emphasize enough how strongly I recommend this tour company!

We had an excellent experience with Uroš and Jovan. Uroš was an expert in explaining the historical significance of the Golubac Fortress and Lepinski Vir. With an abundance of local knowledge, Uroš made the tour comfortable and enjoyable for all guests. The lunch stop at the nearby ethno village was delicious and provided a truly authentic Serbian experince for those visiting the region for the first time. Equally, Jovan was an excellent guide in showing us the gems of Eastern Serbia (Veliki Buk, Manasija and Ravanica Monastery, Rešava Cave) and educating guests about the significant religious roots of Serbia, it’s Kings and historic battles for freedom. My friends and I booked a tour to Golubac and Eastern Serbia ending in a Ethno Dining Experience and view of the Gorge from a wonderful view. Bana our driver and our tour guide Jelica were professional, kind and she was extremely knowledgeable about the history and area. I truly recommend the experience if you have a group of people.

I went on the tour to Novi Sad. Our guide Aleksander was excellent, well informed, and added personal stories to the tour. It was well worth it.
