Half complete airport. Toilets are not clean and jn some cases, certain urinals and toilets out of order. At least they had soap in every toilet I’ve been to. I had a 6hr flight delay - there was no info point available to speak to anyone. The flight transfer desk said they deal with Air Serbia only and didn’t issue us food/drink vouchers. And the only sandwich shop in the terminal would not sell us food/drinks - would only give a sandwich if we had vouchers. Half of the airport is closed off “for construction” though it appears nothing is being completed. In terms of a first impression for Serbia, sadly it’s really bad. For a European capital airport, it’s sub-par. Serbia itself is beautiful, people welcoming, the nature is pristine, prices are affordable. I hope the Serbian government intervenes and sorts out the airport soon. The country deserves a top-notch airport!

The most confusing and random airport I’ve ever seen in my entire life of travelling. Ridiculous layout, missing signage, bare-bones amenities, lackadaisical staff. The rental car offices are unseemly shacks and the parking garage looks post-apocalyptic. The security check was quick mostly because there were hardly any passengers. No wonder.

Easy airport to use. Is very old fashion but they are renovating the airport and expanding. This airport is easy and friendly to do departures and landing. You only need your boarding pass and you are inside them you pass passport control . At the boarding gate they do security. The duty free is very small. Toilets are ok not that clean, there’s is not many places to eat. You can arrive to the airport by bus , taxi or private car.

The airport lacks clear signage for gates, terrible queues due to poor planning and inadequate space. During the high season, the line for passport control after check-in is remarkably long

I love this airport. When travailing to Eastern European I love flying into this airport. They speak English and if you have a layover there is so much to do. Serbs are one of the most friendly people in the world. Make the most of your business trip by engaging with the local population. Love this airport and the people

As airports go this one isn’t great. It’s not the worst I’ve been to but it’s really not great. The signage is not the greatest and there are buckets everywhere catching leaks from the ceiling! Very bizarre! The airport could do with a make over to make it more modern and appealing and tourist friendly. Most of the staff I encountered at the airport were friendly I have to say though. Just needs major improvements in the building itself and functionality.

I can not give more stars than this. Flaming: I especially want to comment on the smokers rooms which had windows that weren't openable xd. The "fog" was so dense u could cut it xd For whatever reason serbians were putting their cigs off in the outlet. (Pic included) There were exactly 3 waiting seats before the gate and they were taken by 1 person xd. The flight display monitor was 1 and wasn't showing all the flights. Växjö was mispelled so badly (VAXYO) that swedes didn't believe it is this city xd Our gate was changed without notification. The checkin staff was rude and did not speak English. Good side: It had internet (not everywhere tho). You could pay in RSD and EUR in the coffeeshops. There were exchange machines. The duty free shops offered a lot of different stuff. The boarding pass check ladies were nice.

Small but nice clean and comfortable airport. The small size meant that it was not a hassle to walk from the check in counter to the boarding gate. Free wifi is available throughout the airport and the speed is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Duty free area is also adequate. Well connected to the city via bus service.

The airport it’s huge. I appreciated the clean toilets and the big coaches to sit and relax (or lie and sleep!). The check-in, security control and boarding experiences went smoothly. The staff is overall kind and available.

Transited here, from Budapest en route to New York JFK. The airport is one large building which is preferable to giant sprawling multi-terminal hubs. Could use more food options ... and it does look like BEG is expanding rapidly.

Quite small well organized airport. Queues keep to be in a management length. Great handling times Interestingly, they have no centralized security check, but checks in front of the gate. The pathways are well signed. Business Lounges are acceptable Free Wifi works reliable and coffee machines are reachable at almost any spot.

I'm really puzzled how to rate this airport. I just arrived and still progressing in my head what really is wrong and right with the airport. First time, I think I felt like absolutely lost, there is no information anywhere on anything for tourists. How and where to buy bus ticket, where to buy SIM card, etc. I know that airport is under working renovation process but will be nice for something what explains what to do. Thanks God, I was lucky in the bus (72) and met young man who explained me in English how this works.... But stop on transport let's get back to the airport itself. First time I think I was struggle to find the toilet!!! From place where we were dropped by bus until first available toilet it was quite substantial walk and I felt very uncomfortable. On the arrival side there are some coffee machine and taxi info and few cash machines but that's it. Belgrad Airport, I know you can do better! I have next flight on the evening, we will se how departure looks like and will amend the review accordingly... Ok, time for the departure - it was easy, quick show here there security and in business lounge. This will review separately:)

I did not expect too much of Belgrade airport, but overall, I felt it is a really nice and convenient travel hub. The services are efficient, people are friendly and the airport is amazingly clear. I also liked the business lounge stay. Especially for smokers, shopping at Belgrade Airport is a nice way to distract yourself. Overall, flying to / from Belgrade was an absolutely enjoyable experience.

Nice airport. Nothing over the top but functional. Taxis have a special drop off and you do need to walk (easy) to the terminal. It is well marked and a pedestrian only path. Areas to include bathrooms were clean.

The biggest airport in Serbia.. It's close to Belgrade... You can come there with your own car, taxi and you travel about 20min.... city bus which is the cheapest option travel about 45-50min or with A1 mini bus from Slavija square and travel last about 30min...On airport you have many shops and restaurants to buy or eat something... There is also big duty-free shop... The security control work very fast... Now they build new part of airport and it look very nice and modern in the future... Toilets are little dirty it must be better clean... People who work there is so kind and helpful... Smoking area is outside... The problem is transport at night from airport, you have only taxi which is expensive at night... They must arrange that... All recommendations to fly from Serbian airport

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is fairly convenient for transits with Air Serbia, however walking distances are a bit too large for such a small airport, as airport authorities guide you through customs, where you will have an additional screening. Walking and screening would take you between 10-20 minutes, so keep in mind, when you have connection (have at least 1 hour, one time I disembarked just 30 minutes before the next departure and had 15 minutes to make to the next gate, had to run). If you feel you are too late, at the end of the arrival corridor there is the Air Serbia transit desk which can assist you. Prices are slightly higher than in the town but noticeably lower than in many other European airports. Airport is very clean and feels well maintained.

Nice airport as they are expanding the building. Love the black design on the new wing, it looks slick and modern. However, while they are expanding the building, there's confusion in some areas as some entrances are inaccessible. I hope it will be resolved soon and looking forward to arrive in this airport again someday.

Although a very secure and safe airport, the staff and security personnel are very welcoming and friendly. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at passport control. I felt like an honoured guest. The first impressions are very important as they set the mood for the rest of the trip. Thanks Serbia for your hospitality.

The airport is quite big and all covid protocols were very well managed. Wifi available, sim cards can be purchased here but its expensive compared to outside, well connected by bus, you can also get private taxis outside but make sure to bargain really well. Follow all the baggage and weight rules as per airlines. Many dutyfree shops inside to shop. Theres a pcr test and a mouth swab taken for all passenger (inclu kids under 12) for a niminal fees of Aed 350 pp at the post office inside the airport and the results were available within 50 mins and that was pretty quick. Vat return- special devices placed near the immigration so make sure to carry all your receipts. There are not many options for dining especially nothing veg or halal. Most of coffee chops were closed, i couldn't find crossoints and muffins and as per the staff they kept very limited stock due to covid. So keep yourself prepped with some sandwiches if you are travelling long distance. There was one cafe named the kapital near the departure gate where we could finally find a veg pizza (no salt, ketchup, tabasco) and coffee (no crossoints or muffins or cheesecakes available).

Under renovation, so very inconvenient for passengers to bring their luggage to check-in area. They can at least make some temporary provision until the construction is completed. No trolleys available at departure. Management needs to find a way to make it easy for passengers. Inside the airport, the terminal is fairly well spread out. The staff is friendly and helpful at most times.

It’s a small yet impressive airport, which gets the job done very quickly. The arrivals was smooth and the immigration and customs was a swift pass. The departures is also quick and efficient, even tough the airport is small there are couple of good places to eat both airside and landslide. The Dutyfree is sizable and has a good selection of regular products, some boutique stores are well there. You have free essential speed Wifi across the airport. SIM cards are expensive at the airport in the city I paid 399 Dinars ot approx €3.50 for 5GB data for 30 days, most small stores called “Traffic” carry them and it’s all activated over the telephone by self service. The taxis please be vary - to either sit in a fixed price format or there is a taxi app called CARgo. I was personally cheated by a taxi guy where is meter was tampered and shot up approx €10 in a few seconds. So please take care here, most taxis negotiate and accept a fixed fee format. The Belgrade city center is approx 20kms and without heavy traffic hours it’s approx a 25 minute drive to there.

Belgrade Nikola Tesla International airport is a good airport for both transit as well as departure and arrival. Signage is correct and clear. Friendly staff. Toilets are not always perfectly clean. The airport is currently (2022) under renovation/construction. Walking routes to and from the parking lot are therefore not always clear and a bit rough (expect walking on raw concrete). Once inside the airport everything is what you'd expect from an international airport. Announcement boards show departure and arrival times in both Latin and Cyrillic language. Walking distances are reasonable. Please like this review if found useful. Thank you.

This was very small airport, and after covid the huge renovation and totally new terminal has been builded. Great thing that the security check has been moved before the passport control like in every normal airport. I hope it will be more choices of Cafe and restaurants. At the moment exit is the total mess and cannot say anything good it's an active construction. What has to be back is an electronic gates for faster check and get in the country at lest for the citizens.

So the airport itself looks very basic and there's nothing much in the airport. However, it's going under renovation. For arrivals side, The immigration process is moves fast and very smooth. But as soon as you enter the luggage and the exit you will see how disastrous the exit is. Feels like an open market. For the Arrivals, Check-in is smooth and fast too. You won't have any issues. But the look of the area is very old. Once checked-in at the airport the duty-free area is tiny but you can find the things you want. There are only restaurants, with similar sandwiches. One of the restaurants sells pasta and pizza. Overall, the airport is ok and looking forward once the renovation is done.

Good little airport, terminal is not very big so easy to find where you are. Some areas are still under construction so a bit messy but doest really bother you much. We took the bus #72 from the main street to the airport. Very convenient and straightforward with almost no hassle. We paid 150 in local currency so very cheap and very convenient that dropped you off by the airport

There is still construction going on but things are looking so much better now. Pick up and drop off area is easier to access. There is also big carpark area close by. Things are always changing here due to construction so might be different again in a few weeks. Bus stop is right outside departure entrance and the bus takes you direct to city. Landside still looks the same, with one cafe down stairs and one upstairs. The big changes we saw was on airside. Going through immigration and security was easy, with no long queues, and lots of space everywhere. After going pass the renovated duty free shop, there are some really nice comfy lounges for you to sit and relax (very good if in transit). Quite a few new shops and nice cafes on airside. The thing we liked the most was there are many seats that do not have arm rest, so if it is not crowded, you can stretch and lie down on the seats. There are also charging points near seats for your devices. It seems like they have put a lot of thought and effort to make this a great airport for customers. A really nice airport and we look forward to see it being finished soon :)

The airport is big, modern, clean and equipped with the necessary disinfectants and signs for distance. All the personnel for air Serbia Check in is very polite. There are some duty free shops, however some were closed becaus of COVID and they're the variety was limited. The most well known brands were available and all of the traditional Serbian products ( rakija, slatko and ajvar). The bookstore of the airport is a must stop. The person who worked there(maybe the owner) was very helpful and the shop had many books and beautiful notebooks in Serbian and English. Also some titles of books to get to know Serbia better and some nice memorabilia.

We had a layover here for about 4/5 hours. The signs for connecting flights are not up to date, hit a few locked doors and eventually we asked an airline crew member. The terminal is very hot, well over 20 degrees. The chocolate in the duty free shop was melted, 😅 But there were a few food court places where you could pay with a credit card, but no English signs or any other currency than Servia. Also there were a lot of visible security personnel, which gave me a safe feeling. Hygienic conditions were terrible 😞. We found that the lounges are to expensive for the limited time you can use them and walking by them did not urge us to change our minds. Note: the gates are a bit far away, so go to your gate on time. 2) after gate A7 it was a lot cooler than in the rest of the terminal. Liked this review? Please let me know and click the 👍 button.

Awful airport. Despite announcements about mask-wearing, immigration officers don't wear masks. Plus, I saw one of them shout at a passenger. Check-in staff are rude, too: I spoke to two of them, and both interrupted me. Social distancing is impossible at this airport: gate areas are small, and all the passengers are crammed into this tiny space. Sockets are virtually non-existent, and all USB charging ports are broken (see the picture). There are no drinking water dispensers, and cafés are overpriced: up to 3 times what you would pay at a normal café in the city. Knowing that it was a Vinci airport, I thought it would be a decent one, but it turned out to be terrible.

Tečne proizvode iz kofera uzimaju za sebe pa sve moramo da kupujemo novo! Jako grozan aerodrom ali nazalost nemamo drugi u Beogradu!

(Translated by Google) Lots of space! The staff is rude and unkind! They can behave much better but they won't! They will take every liquid in the suitcase and share it with each other! There is of course a lot waiting! The planes are good! Stores are so very expensive! But I can't help but recommend it because we don't have another Airport in Belgrade so we have to use this one! Yet all those who work there do us a great service! But they still need to work on kindness! (Original) Veliko prostrano! Osoblje je nekulturno i neljubazno! Mogu oni mnogo bolje da se ponašaju ali neće! Svaku tečnost u koferu uzeće i podeliće međusobno!
