The choice is wine is outstanding with some really good Serbian wine available to pair with your meal. The food is delicious and made with such care and attention which can be tasted through the flavours. The whole experience and this isn’t just a meal it’s an amazing experience. One you need to try. First of a kind with a concept like this in Novi Sad. From a moment you enter here, you are totally charmed. And obsessed. It just feels right. Everybody working here are amazing, smiling, hospitable and warm. And Jasmina, with her presence is pure joy and emotion. Everything we have been served was just right. Nothing to add and nothing to subtract. Amuse bouche was a extraterrestrial creation. So many things happened. A mousse of beetroot with some shaved pecorino cheese, aged aceto balsamico and house made cracker. Cold starter was light and rounded up combo of nuts, goat cheese mousse and cracker with shalot jam. Hot starter was a combo of, again, house made tagliatelle cooked in scream sauce. And the grand finale. Duck breasts with demiglace sauce and cellery pure. Absolute best duck i had. For a dessert they served really nice combination of two different textures of mousse with dried figs. All in all, this was superb experience, unique and unforgettable. Come and see for yourself.

Jasmin a Maslina is an amazing restaurant that serves delicious and creative dishes and is one the best fine dining restaurants in Novi Sad. The dishes feature locally sourced ingredients that taste, smell and look as anything you would find in Paris or New York. A good wine list and we tried and really liked the wine pairings Finding the restaurant can be tricky. You have to go inside the apartment building and climb to the first floor. If there was signage we didn’t see it

Best cuisine you can find in Novi Sad. The constantly evolving micro seasonal menu showcases food from Vojvodina beautifuly prepared using best ingridients and giving them Mediterranean touch. Here, everything is about balance which is art that chef Jasmina carefuly presents in her homelike kitchen. The atmosphere is another story and the sense of local community is so strong here that everybody feels part of it. Do not miss this place if you are in Novi Sad.
