I had bought my weddings ring here. The service was good More to one to one with customer. Just that I wanted to suggest some things that can improve for their customer. Waiting out of the shop was very direct to sunlight maybe can do something for this and offer a bottle of water at least. And there is no table mirror for customer to have a look of their ring. Hope things can be better because most of customer visit your shop will buy definitely.

Didn't expect the ring to arrive so fast! Supposedly to be 5 weeks but I'm glad it arrived early. There was a staff who greeted me on the night I went there couldn't get her name she was short and has a lot of pimples on her face and since it was like 15 mins to close the shop she said something unprofessional to me. Very unlikely to buy ring from her. However your one staff named Mira politely attended me, absolutely professional, I keep apologizing to her for us being late during closing. She kindly said its okay. Highly recommended her to anyone who wants to buy rings from her! My five star rating goes to staff named Mira
