The service is not bad at all. The nurses are polite and helpful. But I think the waiting area need to be improved a bit, change the colour of the wall, hahaha. Looks dull to me. But overall, I'm satisfied! Kudos to Dahlia!

Went to this clinic today. Entering the clinic at 2pm but the front staff said that they are change their work shift & the registeration will be started at 3pm. I’m waiting in the clinic until 3pm and wanted to register to meet the doctor. The staff told that the registeration will started on 3.30pm. What the hell is that means? The staff also not friendly with sour face.

Call clinic, they say doc will rest started 2pm, come with my child on 12.48pm then they say doc after 4 patient will rest... ridiculous.. we not coming from selayang, we come quite far from here. And most important we ALREADY CALL BEFORE COMING. Low professionalism and bad human sense..stupid.. my wife already having this kind of experience several time.. no way we will come again

pricey, bad service , staff rude. can just say politely , no need to be rude. Dr tak check properly , probably a locum Dr, i even give her my own diagnosis. check up less than 5 mins dah suruh keluar . prescribe medication not enough dose. i need to see another specialist for proper treatment.

Being a "Family" clinic for my family since we moved to Selayang. Doctors and staffs are very friendly & helpful. The services that I received is excellent. This clinic also applying new technology (e.g. patients queue system / digital patient medical records). I would have no qualms in recommending this clinic to families and friends.

Good clinic.. but too slow!! Like goverment hospital.. not suggest if u have critical illness or urgwnt matter.. waiting almost an hour for filtering only. Patient about 8-10 infront of me..😰

went here two times already but still the same. first i went for ear syringing and the female doc (cant remember her name) was really rough. my left ear bleed after the treatment, the doc said it's just the blood came from the 'skin' inside my ear, thank God it's not my eardrum! the latest one was about my mom for allergic reaction. after receiving injection and medicine from the clinic, her condition worsen and i've to bring her to the gov hospital. please take this matter seriously as you deal with human lives and dont repeat it again

So bad bad service,I bring my kids to there around 9.50 pm and state at door clinique close 10.30 pm but the staff didn’t want to take patients and when I ask is it suppose u close at 10:30 pm,since she said close at 10 pm suddenly swing answer said need to close system what the hack man!so lazy staff not friendly at all

Very unprofessional staff. Registration took a long time and when it was finally my turn, they didn’t even bother to check panel card but kept on saying I need to register through app which I don’t have to. When I asked for help they kept on saying the same thing without checking my card. Not even an effort to check what was wrong. Needless to say just left the premise without registering after wasting my time for almost half an hour trying to ‘register’ without any help.

Use to be one of the best clinics here last time. But for the past few years the service has been horrendous. The clinic staff is unfriendly and rules change quite a lot (lunch breaks, dinner breaks). The doctors are nice. The wait is at least 2 hours long. For this year, everytime i am treated badly while i was registering, i will just go and reregister in the other clinics nearby. This is like the 7th time they lost me to their competitor.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Go to another clinic nearby which is better. Imagine there are 5 people but wait 1 hour! Lost royal clinic. The staff was not helpful and very annoying.

Unwelcoming and ill-mannered receptionist. No clue on how to treat PAYING customers. Recommend to seek other neighbouring clinics first before coming here.

If you are under panel, pls look for other clinics. If you are paying with your own monies, then lagi lah dont come here. The service is bad and Doctor also not very considerate. Staff yg buat saringan pun tak friendly and stress je. It is totally understood if this happened dkt govt clinic/hspital, but as private clinic, this such attitude is a turn off for me. Waiting period is also long. Tunggu sejam, jumpa tak sampai 2min pun. And it happened more than once to me already. Hopefully ada imrpovmnt one day with this clinic.

Good clinic. A lot of improvement. Friendly & experience doctor, waiting period also not so long and the medicine is good. Definitely recommended! Keep up the good work! 💪🏻
