Jurassic Research Centre

Indoor playground

👍 A family-centric place to learn about dinosaurs. Especially useful to be visited by children who are fascinated by this animal that has gone extinct. The interactive 4D video is something different too, but it can be scary for young children. People often mention dinosaurs, dinosaur, Jurassic,

A visit if you have not much else to do. The centre is quite small and can be done in 20 mins or less. Adult price is RM38. Kids under 90cm is free. Dinosaur size, quality and effects (movement & sound) is applaudable but the staff were having a bad day I guess. None of them were smiling (you're working in a theme park hello pls), and when I asked the price etc. The staff was so reluctant. Other than that, if your kids love dinosaurs, can give it a go.

RM25 entrance fees for each adults. It's not a very big place. Basically got 3 sections, dinosaur that move and roar, dinosaur bones & skeleton and Jurassic research lab. The dinosaurs are realistica and it might be scary for younger children, because the atmosphere is quite real.

It is very educational, informative and fun for kids and adults. We requested for one of the worker there to follow us around to get more information regarding dinosaurs and archeology related. He's very insightful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend it.

Jurassic Research Center is all about prehistoric animals; mostly dinosaurs.. Most of the specimens displayed are copies but of very good quality.. A Jurassic world movie set and a small 4D feature film also there.. Worth the time and money..

We enjoyed our time there! Bought the tickets on Klook, a bit cheaper than walk-in price. No queue & waiting time. The indoor centre is quite huge, took us some time to finish all the sections. Lots of life sized dinosaurs can be found moving & making sounds. The best spot for us is the ruined lab centre with lots of Velociraptors around, it’s quite interactive as you can find your own way out by opening the safety doors yourself. The largest dinosaur statue that can be found near the exit is amazing. It’s enormous & it’s moving! A pretty good experience overall. Kids would definitely love this place.

*The low rating is due to unbelievable ridicule ticket claiming Get combo tickets for indoor theme park and Ripley adventure land… book with app, instruction is to just scan frm the turnstile, but been asking to go places… frm zombieland - ripley tix counter - indoor theme park tix counter - back to zombieland - again ripley tix counter -only FINALLY able to access to zombieland, and YET the access take a while due to their tablet not able to load the page and after minutes only ask to refer manual hard copy readme then only can access the zombie land. Jurassic research center itself actually pretty awesome. Having low expectations the dinos is quite alive! Breathing and moving! Then the dinos bones, and fossil is quite a look. And the surprise experience at the end too. Could have been better tho, but it's definitely a surprise.

Activity that I recommend, the dinosaurs are ultra realistic, there are staged attacks. Dinosaurs move their heads, tails, make sounds. At the turn of the vegetation you come face to face with the terrible tyrannosaurus. In the lab, you will feel like you are in the middle of a Jurassic Park movie. In a room you discover the vestiges of the past thanks to the skeletons of fossilized dinosaurs. We had a great time despite some scares for the kids.

Worth it until i wished they can open up to a bigger scale!! (Best deal if you could buy together with other Ripley's attractions) A rare opportunity where you can get up REALLY REALLY close to the dinosaurs here, especially with their moving expressions! Might look too real so please ask your kids first before entering 😂 The fences are missing here, they are on the loose!! Note : For the sake of maintaining the beautiful look of the dinosaurs, please REFRAIN from touching them!
