I had bad experience . Staff are not friendly and no ethic and courtsey on customer request. Counter staff are rude and everything we ask they told us nothing available . The kiosk is not clean and there were flies around. 😳 Please do take note the coleslaw was stale no doubt the counter girl change still it was not fresh. First time very bad experience in Texas Gombak.

The Mexicana wrap was very spicy. Couldn't finish it. I think they should improve the recipe. Just too spicy!!!

as a new comer to this restaurant i believe this restaurant can be one of topten the best in malaysia.. great food i tried ones fried chicken wowww the fried hot is a bit crunch i like it so good.. no wonder a lot of customer keep entering this restaurant so do i.,others great food porridge,glazzed tender,mexicana burger or wrap.. so delicious .. please come and visit 😊😋😋

The place is dirty and badly maintained and the air-condition temperature is always either too cold or too hot, the height of the tables to the chair is just so wrong and that just makes it hard for people to enjoy their meal staff attitude ok but the manager was rude. I got served half a cup of Sundae and was told that its the right portion... Its not worth RM 3.30, I might as well go to Mc Donald's and get a full cup of sundae and also a RM 0.10 change. I'll not go back to this branch again.

I would like to give my heartiest compliments to a Sri Gombak branch staff name Kala. We arrived around 10.30pm to the branch but the branch was already preparing for closing. However we had vouchers that expires on that day and were desperate to use it as tomorrow it will expired. Staff Kala worked extra mile in serving us & given us options on what items that are still available as they have already preparing for closing. We truly appreciate Kala's effort & are very happy with the outcome and dedication she had put in her work. Keep up the good work Kala!

Classic feel. Simple quick fast food

Not a very busy outlet.. Clean and tidy.. Staffs are good.. A bit noisy when they commute each other to prepare the right orders for customers... Which is good because they don't create communication barriers each other... Texas is always better than KFC

I visited this restaurant last Saturday for a discussion with a friend. The restaurant was very quiet in the morning, with no dine-in customers and only some food delivery service guys picking up orders. The restaurant started to get crowded during lunch hours. As I had already had my breakfast elsewhere, I only ordered a free-flow drink, which was refreshing and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I did not go to the washrooms, so I cannot comment on their condition. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to have a chat or a meal.

This first time I was so mad at Texas chicken for giving me all six zero inti jalapenos, the most favorite thing I love eating at Texas. I couldn't believe got scammed by that, I need a refund! I'am so disappointed, I thought it's only one but all of them are the same!

Got there close to closing time but staff were still very nice. Food was great and we were allowed to use our free refills and bring it home. Some of the best fast food fried chicken I've had yet! Didn't manage to get the honey bread (thanks Rose) but everything went well. Place was clean too.

Did not get all what i order. Try calling them to inquiry about this. But no one is answering. Mybe they just too busy to close. But u should call me if the honey butter biscut is not available.

Food was ok, waiting time a bit long because there’s only one staff preparing the food. The drinks i took sprite and it tasted like plain soda water!

I rarely hanging out at texas. So i just barely knows that Texas offers unlimited refill for drinks. Among drinks offered are carbonated drinks, minute maid, 100 plus. And the meals are also quite tempting.

Is a good place to hang out. Recently, I've preferred Texas Chicken compared to other fast food chains. The parking is kind of limited and packed, considering that it is situated at the shoplot areas, but for some unexplained reason, I always get the parking. I don't know why, but I love to get the sweet tea to every texas chicken that I've been to. It's comforting and has a light taste to it. Overall, I would come here again

The set options here are different from the more popular KFC & MCD. Their basic version is already spicy n the chicken is tender. Good point of dining in is the drinks are limitless

The original texas chicken when it opened in Malaysia. Compared to the first time I ate here and now the quality and taste has gone down considerably. There is nothing unique about it now, when it first opened the taste was unique and quality was top notch. The best texas chicken I had recently was in dataran pahlawan melaka, the same original taste

For me Texas Chicken piece is 100% better than KFC...this outlet is not very busy..u can get your orders in 10 to 15 minutes time...not long queue sometimes..

Ordered 8lado fried chicken combo, pretty good with large portion chicken parts. The only problem is space. They supposed to have 2 floors dining area but for unknown reason, they closed the 2nd floor (only accessible for staff). On weekend, it will be too crowded for dine in

Menu all nice to eat especially the fries. Also the front staff very efficient. They will ask whether you need any fizzy drinks even though if it comes in a package. If you dont want they can reduce the price without it. I find this excellent service. I dont take fizzy drinks.
