It
is
a
yearly
ritual
for
my
family
to
come
here
for
dinner
during
CNY!
Love
the
Roasted
char
siew
and
Xio
bak
is
a
constant
reordering
menu
we
would
have.
Staffs
are
constantly
changing
the
plates
for
us
as
well
to
make
sure
we
have
clean
plates.
The
Roasted
Charsiew
is
very
caramelised
and
sticky
like
taffy.
The
burnt
bits
are
the
best!
The
xio
bak
has
a
very
crispy
top
layer
and
very
flavourful.
Even
though
its
very
good,
cant
help
but
feel
the
standard
dropped.

The
tofu
dish
was
really
tender
and
savory
too.
Surprised
how
the
tofu
can
be
so
soft
!
Goes
really
well
with
rice
too
the
gravy.

The
Lou
Hei
is
pretty
pricey.
But
for
the
quality
of
ingredients,
it's
a
good
cny
dish
to
order!

The
fried
rice
is
a
hot
favourite
as
well
with
charsirw
bits
and
long
beans.
It's
very
flavourful
and
the
wok
hei
really
comes
through.
Rice
is
pearly
and
evenly
coated
with
the
seasonings.
Simply
amazing!

The
hor
fun
was
surprisingly
amazing
too!
Slippery
wok
hei
fried
flat
rice
noodles,
evenly
coated
with
the
flavourful
starch
slurry.
Even
the
ingredients
that
goes
into
this
simple
dish
is
not
shortchanged.

Fried
Ee
mian
is
not
very
good
for
sharing
cause
of
the
crayfish.
But
noodles
were
very
crispy
and
gravy
was
very
flavourful
with
aromatics
too!
The
sauce
has
a
powerful
seafood
aroma
too.
