👍 Had to try the London duck since it's their signature. It didn't disappoint. Overall food was good. Service was good too. Just on the pricey side, so be prepared to pay at Singapore prices. But it's Genting, a tourism spot after all. So everything is on a premium. About Rm1.1k for 7 course. People often mention good, duck, service, rice, restaurant, pork, Service, Genting, nice,

Would never visit again. Pineapple sweet n sour pork rib(菠萝古老骨🍍)with no pineapple at all, not same as the picture shown on the menu and it charged RM55. The London duck is tasty but the portion quite small. Overpriced for a pot of tea which charged RM32.50, RM6.50 per person. Boiled rice is RM4 is acceptable, but how come a tea expensive than the rice? In the end, the bill was overcharged again, ordered 5 boiled rice and add on 1 rice total 6, but the bill came 7 rice. The waiter who gave back us change looked extremely impatient.

There are few Grand Imperial restaurants on the same row. We asked and were told all having the same menu. So we went into the one with no crowd. We visited twice, one dimsum breakfast and one dinner. We were happy and satisfactory with the food, all tasted good and fresh. Serving was adequate for our family size and was fast and service was attentive. We also tried the lobster, fresh and the cooking of the noodle was perfect to match it. Too bad they didn't offer Peking duck, only London roasted duck which was good too. Nitpick was price on high side but it's Grand Imperial in Genting. They addressed that with quality of food and service.

Good dim sum and roasted duck! Love the crispy duck skin and juicy meat 👍🏻 We enjoyed our breakfast but service could be improved / more attentive. Hence the 4 star rating instead of 5.

Signature London duck was really delicious. Ginger chicken was also very interesting. The chicken was fried as if they were prawn balls. We also like the pork. the eggplant dish and the rest. Portion was on the smaller side but I can’t blame the restaurant as we get to try more things.

It’s a lunch set. Pretty good value for money. Service is really good too. Personally I enjoy the individual serving method. Will come back.

Had the best meal in 3 days here! The Dim sum breakfast was very good, especially the roast pork, Siew Mai and the fried char Siew bao! Skip the char Siew, just go for the roast pork. The skin is crispy!

Open at 9am sharp. Food was decent & served fast. Plenty of service staff. And the manageress was very attentive and managed the crowded restaurant well.

Food is great and nice. Service could be better though. Can see only a few are attentive and the rest are like brushing you off. Overall still a great experience.

This is quite a decent Chinese restaurant in Genting Highlands. While there a myriad of new eating places that have sprung up, nothing beats eating in some of the more traditional places that stood the test of time. You can bring wine here which is free of corkage. It’s the perfect place to dine and wine. And thanks to the very friendly staff too.

Revisit the place as it was near the hotel and my parents were just tired of walking too far. Overall decent food at a high price. Service was good for me. I can see many workers around. Roast pork was nice. The restaurant was giving a promotion for lobster noodles at 208rm. I found the lobster small (500g) and decided to skip it this time.

Grand Imperial is a fancy restaurant with lots of highly priced items, yet when I order spring rolls it never did actually arrived which I just have to assume the waiter got massive diahrrea before he could tell the chefs. Jokes aside the food was actually not bad and the service was professional, I could tell the waiters knew what they were doing, atmosphere was what you would expect though nothing special from fancy chinese place. With all of this, this place is great for a large dinner with friends and family, maybe just update your equipment to use technology so you don’t forget stuff that can get loss in the busy hours.

The lao sha pao appears white unlike yellowish in other restaurants, but the filling tastes so good! Don't judge the Pao by its outer layer! Chinese tea here is smooth, sweet and easy to the throat, great accompaniment to the dishes served. Didn't quite like the siew mai because I think the filling has a bit too much of fatty side of pork. The woo kok has a crispy outer layer, tender melting yam layer and a good mix of char siew, which I think is a tad too sweet. Service is good, but be prepared to pay an additional 10% service charge and 6% tax. Overall good breakfast experience and we repeated our visit the next morning. Pricing a bit premium but for the quality of food and service, is well worth it

So far Grand Imperial restaurants have always kept their standards well. Generally it's quite impressive throughout all other outlets as well and this outlet here has its standards kept at par but environment is slightly not appealing. Aside from that, food is good especially the London Roast Duck and the Roast Meat and service is definitely A+.

Food was terrible, the speed of serving is terrible, would not want to come again and won't recommend to anyone else. The only 1 star is for their signature star which done pretty well, but the others dishes is even worst than road side store.

The food had hit and miss. - Soup was just salty soup. - The crab dish… let’s not talk about it… ugh… - Roast duck was ok but too fatty. - Fish wasn’t too special but the tanghoon was too salty. - Fried rice was alright but lack of wok hey. - Dessert was the only saving grace There was a huge experience gap between the experienced service crew and ones who were new. But would have expected the staff to be more knowledgeable in the serving dish for such a high tier restaurant. Whole meal was pricey, not a place I would go back.

The location is extremely pleasant. The cuisine is superb, although the portions are small. However, it's worth noting that the prices are on the higher end, so it's advisable to take that into account before deciding to go in.

Visit just to try the london duck. Try on half bird. The duck skin is crispy, duck meat is juicy and tasty. Sauce given matched with the duck meat. Best try with dipping of sauce. The homemade beancurd braised with dry seafood is good, have a mixed combination of beancurd, seafood and vegetable. The coconut is fresh, the flesh is soft and nice.

Quality food and good service. We love all the dishes we ordered! There's only 1 seafood fried rice available during our visit but it's totally fine cause the fried rice is good and it has the "wok hei". I personally love the fried prawn with lemon sauce. The prawn is fresh and firm, lemon juice does a good job balancing the sweetness and nuts enhanced the texture. The waitress is good at explaining and recommending. It's abit pricy but it's considered fair for a restaurant in Genting.
