Customer service very rude. Busy talking each other and not follow SOP pkpp for some customer coming because that customer their friend. For another customer they just ignoring to serve. . Services send water to room also very slow until 2 time need to go to counter to asked them when want sent my drink. I asked them to call supervisor also they just ignore. Seriously this place bad services. She think I can't understand malay ,that why she call me stupid. Really rude and bad .

Quite dark for a family KTV. Their washroom are abysmal. Worst of all, the karaoke room have a lil too much echo. They did not care much about the acoustic, really could hurt your eardrum at the end of your karaoke session. But they deserve an extra star for excellent software.

Very strong cigarette smell. The songs here are ok not too up to date but still ok. The price is very reasonable. I come here once in awhile

Place is good but only provide 2 microphone...not very friendly

The receiptionist is not friendly and rude. When asked question didn't wanna answer it. Then, they serve us grape juice using a liquor brand cup and jug. So, at that point, i was fed up to go and meet the receiptionist to complaint about it.

Awesome and speaker was nice. More awesome when u bought 2hours u get 1hour free plus u got 1jug water if u spend 2hour with fire zone

i really enjoy karaoke. Got a new songs at there... Always update their systems. The sound was good

During covid not many costumer go in..but now management change already..rm45/hrs

Sing your heart out! Selection of songs are better than Superstar Karaoke. No offence! Hahahaha.
