At first, we were a little disappointed when we arrived because we saw crowded visitors, dirty bathroom, and an unattractive place. However, we tried to go up a bit by car. We saw a hidden gem! With a travel time of only 40 minutes from KL, I highly recommend this place for a weekend. Fresh water, cool place, and a good environment. Come in the morning to get your best spot. And don't forget to take your trash back home.

Be very careful when you swim near the waterfall. The water depth is more than 2 meter and very slippery. Many had accident here. Do not get too close to the waterfall. The other areas near the bridge is safer to play water. Water is cold and clean. Lots of monkeys and they might snatch your food.

Presently surprised by this place, my first time here though I have been to Serendah countless times. Heard this place is managed by the 'orang asli' here. Nice serene surroundings, partly shaded with trees. The waterfalls are rather low but the water was swift and powerful. There is a pool below the waterfalls, looked deep and rather inviting for a swim. The water was clear and clean but not that cold. There are several man made pools for children as well as adults to play in them. Toilets facilities are available but you have to pay to use them. There are several pavilions which are good for shade and picnic areas.

This beautiful waterfall is close to KL & you can drive your vehicle very close to it. There is a good parking area very near the fall. Wash room & toilets are provided close to the waterfall. You can easily reach the waterfall without trekking or climbing.

I was thinking of exploring the waterfall during a public holiday, so had a chance to go during Merdeka Day. The place is quite deep and there is no mobile data inside the waterfall area. The waterfall area is quite small, it's not maintained by anyone. It's pretty run down. So many people smoke everywhere and litter everywhere. It's dirty too. Will just visit this place once and won't come back.

Come on weekdays. Almost no crowd at all. Drive thru an orang Asal village on the way to this beautiful relaxation site just 1 hour from shah alam. Take the Guthrie highway, enter altar highway and make sure you take the scenic Serendah ByPass

There are at least 3 tiers of falls here. First is easily accessible to all. Second requires 5-10 minutes walking. And the final bit probably takes 10-15 minutes. All are really amazing but you get peace the deeper you go.

Loved the easy access to the waterfall. Curated for parents bringing their child to experience waterfall without the arduous hike like most other waterfalls. Disappointed with.. 1.Facility: Route for car-single lane. (Messy during high turnover) 2.Facility: Toilet-poorly maintained, abhorred that such filthy facility charged at rm1 per use. What about sewage discharge? 3. People -visitor:BBQ in a jungle? -visitor:shampoo and soap? at the waterfall base with the bubbles seen a few distance from where they're standing?come on. Cant comprehend how does people relate venturing into nature with using all these stuffs. -sellers: stalls with tons of single use plastic packaging. -local govt: solid waste management for high turnover rate place? I guess to protect the place: make it a must to park before orang asli settlement area and walk for 2km for those who is really keen on exploring this place. For decent people that's totally doable. Even a stroll in a decent mall should sum up to that total amount of foot steps: no excuse for parents right? Local people are benefiting economically from these eco-tourism but does nature has to pay for it?

A great place to enjoy the nature with fresh water from the waterfall. This place is just one hour drive from the city. Along the way you shall pass by orang asli village. This place can be crowded during the weekends and public holidays. Great for kids too.

A very good place for group activities like picnic and short getaway from city. It’s location not far from town and easy access to the waterfall. It charged rm2 to enter the parking. The water is clean and clear and the view is good. The washroom was not well maintained and none of the door had lock. There is no light in there and the floor is full of mud and dirt. Washroom aside, everything is good.

Actually after a terrific experience only now I come over here and see the reviews. Today I almost die. Time God one of my family members saved me. Please don't go near to the waterfall. It literally push you inside the water. And no sand to stand at that point. If you swim well you can go with your own risk.

Quite far inside the rural area. No/very little cellular signal. Entry fee is rm3. They have canopy rental for RM35, which is quite expensive. So better bring your own tent. Shallow water for regular area, suitable for children. Parking space quite tight so park outside after drop-off if you can't find any more space. Sometimes do have vendors selling various thing but better bring your own drinks and food. Toilet facility doesn't look very good, though usable. Avoid weekend if you hate crowd.

Excellent place to enjoy the waterfall in a not so deep pool of water. There are not only a waterfall that make the place attractive. If you drive deeper into the forest, there are a few spots of the river water that least crowded on but still you can enjoy the beautiful natural scene in it. There waterfall area is well maintained, just that during weekend, many local people come to have picnic and tend to have rubbish leftover.

Very accessible waterfall. However careful drive required as the road passing the orang asli village on the way is narrow. Waterfall lower stream area fairly safe for children. Good proper parking a short distance away. RM2 parking collected at entrance. Crowded during the holidays.

Clean and calm. However you have to come very early to secure a good parking spot and and place for you to camp. Some of the river area belongs to a private owner so make sure to double check the area before you want to jump in the river.

Big things come in small packages. I kept my expectations low after looking at the pictures in Google. But after my experience with the waterfalls it has exceeded my expectation. The PROs I see are it is family friendly, easily accessible - park your vehicle and you directly see the waterfalls from there, activity friendly. Do's 1) Enjoy a dip in the water first. Few places are deeper and few are shallow. 2) Buy a tube and float along the water at least for 100 m. You can go as further as you wish. 3) The waterfalls wont be accessible if you try to walk there. The force is will be heavy and it will be deeper near the waterfalls. Use the tube to go around the waterfalls, along the rocks and enjoy the waterfalls. 4) There are shadowy places where you can rest or even bring your tent.

A beautiful waterfall, easily accessible, safe and suitable for children and a good picnic spot. To come here, you have to drive through a narrow road via orang asli village. It is quite crowded during weekend. Entrance fee is RM2 per car. There is a carpark nearby the waterfall. There are toilets and changing room facilities, but rather dirty and not well-maintained. There are also stalls selling foods and camping tent for rent here. The stream here is suitable for children, it is shallow and the water current is not too fast and strong. It is worth a visit if you are at Serendah. Sekeping Serendah is nearby, there is also a public fish pond for anglers nearby the waterfall.

Water is clean and clear. Cooling. Entrance RM 2 for car park only. Toilet available but no water. Best for day trip. Not recommended for overnight. Worth the trip traveled here. Seems like it is the nearest waterfall to kl. Road to this place getting more narrow as you entered from the main road. Drive slow and steady. Along the stream you can do picnic. Come and enjoy. During raining season be more careful as all the water from mountain will flow to here.

Nice waterfall for those who don't want to hike, but because it's so easily accessible it's crowded. Go on a weekday to avoid crowds. Toilet entry fee is RM1. Plenty of people selling snacks, drinks, ice cream, tents etc at the entrance.
