I
recently
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
at
Fitness
First
IOI
Mall
Puchong,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
thoughts.
I
am
a
loyal
member
who
pays
almost
RM300
for
my
membership,
and
I
couldn't
believe
the
level
of
service
I
received
during
my
last
visit.
Firstly,
I
was
not
feeling
well
that
day
and
decided
to
grab
a
juice
at
the
juice
bar.
I
ordered
a
lemon
juice,
but
as
I
was
drinking
it,
I
suddenly
had
a
coughing
fit.
It
was
pretty
severe,
and
I
even
felt
like
I
was
choking.
What
shocked
me
the
most
was
that
both
the
personal
trainer
and
the
front-of-house
staff
saw
what
was
happening,
yet
they
acted
as
if
they
hadn't
noticed.
I
expected
some
basic
level
of
concern
and
assistance
from
the
staff,
especially
considering
that
I
was
clearly
in
distress.
Instead,
they
completely
ignored
my
situation
while
I
was
sitting
there,
coughing
and
struggling
to
catch
my
breath.
It
made
me
feel
neglected
and
unimportant.
However,
I
would
like
to
give
credit
to
one
personal
trainer
who,
after
finishing
with
his
client,
took
the
time
to
ask
me
how
I
was
feeling.
His
gesture
showed
genuine
concern
and
empathy,
and
I
truly
appreciate
that
he
took
the
time
to
check
on
me.
Perhaps
he
is
an
example
of
the
kind
of
staff
you
should
prioritize
and
recognize
for
their
excellent
customer
service.
I
would
also
like
to
acknowledge
a
fellow
customer
who
noticed
my
distress
and
offered
assistance
by
encouraging
me
to
breathe.
It's
disappointing
that
a
fellow
gym-goer
had
to
step
in
when
the
staff
should
have
been
more
attentive
to
my
situation.
Fitness
First,
this
level
of
service
is
unacceptable,
especially
considering
the
premium
membership
fees
we
are
paying.
This
is
not
just
any
shop
lot
gym;
members
are
investing
almost
RM300
monthly
into
this
facility.
I
hope
you
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
work
on
improving
the
customer
experience
so
that
no
member
has
to
endure
such
a
disappointing
incident
in
the
future.
In
addition,
why
everyone(Except
the
young
boy
at
FOH
and
the
personal
trainer
who
asked
how
am
I
)
here
looking
at
you
like
you
borrowed
money
from
them???
Maybe
it's
time
for
the
management
to
train
the
staff
and
make
them
understand
what
a
RM300
service
looks
like.
Are
you
guys
hitting
club
budget
with
this
kind
of
attitude,
I
wonder
....
Let's
see
the
follow
up
from
your
management
on
this
and
what
action
will
be
taken?
Thank
you
