Pros first: lift to first and second floor Cons : Shades are not light proof. Morning sun will wake you early at the family room. Rooms are not well sound proofed, quite noisy at daytime. No dressing table in room, just a mirror at toilet. Management should try to improve further.

Not a suitable place to rest due to noisy roadside and downstairs' pub. The room is not clean door lock problem and the floor are sticky.

This is really a budget hotel comes with good basic facilities such air condition, heather & tv (in the room); clothing iron & cold/hot water (sharing facilities). The water pressure in the toilet is so good. I really enjoy the shower! Unfortunatelye, the tv in my room is not functioning.

The room has basic needs which include air-conditioner, tv with antennae and hot showers. However, the room lacks of water kettle, prayer mat and qiblat. Wireless internet connection may flunctuate to good to no connection.

WORST EXPERIENCE !! , The bed have stain, suspected did not change, toilet is dirty, and the room have a very stale smell. Avoid this hotel at all cost! Terrible.

I have book for deluxe room 1month earlier,i also do remind that i will check in that day but when the time to check in,i have been given standard room.surely got problem with booking management.please improve your system
