Mom been warded here from Sunway Hospital more than a month before passed away which truly experienced by myself....thank you so-so much to all the nurses and doctors in ICU ward department. For me, it is one of the best general hospital - is simple layout, easily to find, unlike PPUM except far away from my house.

Waiting list so long! Poor service by the doctor. No parking. They need to expand the hospital, take as many doctor as they can. I saw there are many doctor in a room do nothing. They should do their work, not chatting and walking around. I have been to more than 10 hospital and this is one of the worst. Not updated system as other hospital. They need to have better technology as swasta hospital. Need to have a computer/apps to measure the bending of the spine as in orthopedic clinic, but there are none. A lot of people waiting for their number to be called but the number are called randomly. My appoiment at 8 a. m. I come a little bit late, but even 12 p. m. My number has not yet called? If a doctor being a doctor but not helping the citizen, so what is their work actually? A doctor should treat the patient as many as they can. They should be responsible. If I have a heart attack, should I wait the queue till I die? If I broke my leg, should I wait till my surgery operation can be done? Is this what government hospital should be called? 10 years ago and now, there are no improvement at all.

during the time my dad admitted here for 2 months+, i have witnessed many lies from doctors, negligence from medical team. and please bear in mind, if your family is very sick, they will GIVE UP you/them. so be prepare, severe sickness admitted here almost guarantee you will die unless you have really good luck. you might want to know why they do not allow to take photo of patients records as well- to prevent any evidences collected for any litigation case toward them. selyang hospital was famous with that among lawyer

I am fine with the doctors, nurses and other medical assistants etc. I still can tolerate eventhough some of them are not friendly and professional. The most person that I can't tolerate is the security guard at level 8 who works for day shifts. My father who is warded here for more than a week is very elderly and weak. We take turns to visit him and assist in changing his clothes & diapers and other matters as the nurses always remind us that family members should do all these for the patient instead of them. As a results, we always over stay there. We understand that he is doing his job by chasing us out when the visiting hours is over but there was one day we had arguments and he scolded me rudely by saying "awak tak ada otak", " awak ingat ini pasar?" & "saya benci perangai awak" . Meanwhile he also approached me as if he wanted to punch me. Oh my god, is this how a security guard should act and talk in a government hospital ? I really hope that KKM could look into such staffs' attitude, in order to improve the public impression towards government hospitals.

Took 4.5 hours for a person with appendicitis to see a doctor. I won't blame the doctors, since they are overwhelm. But the person who determine what number we get is very unprofessional. He laugh at the doctor letter I brought with his friend due to unreadable handwriting, and disregard that my wife is in terrible pain and need to admit to emergency. He didn't even read the letter and gave us a normal number which resulted 4.5 hours wait. I tried to explain but was brush away. Both personal was wearing white uniform guy name Andrew and the other was Alif. I hope the management can upgrade their staff. At least to read the doctors recommendation letter before determine the seriousness of the patient I'll.

This is the first time I have seen the worst service. 1. The service of the registrar at the emergency desk was very bad. While asking them a question, they got a look from the staff who looked down on the people. =Because in this day and age, every person is equal, no matter what their profession and age, whether they are male or female. 2. in zon E&F at the same time, just from 5.27pm until now is still not my turn number. I saw a bunch of different families there, but I just couldn't get my number! = hopefully will improve 3. Please ask the hospital staff not to treat us people with discriminatory glasses. And please don't be discriminatory in providing us with the services we need. =In such an open era, I believe that people have the teaching and knowledge of higher education institutions. Especially doctors and nurses. 4. please doctors don't push patients around like a ball to get more time to chat. And then tell me, "I don't know this! I don't know about that! It's not my business! Go find the doctor next door!" "The same thing happened in zonE&F = I just waited until all the other patients went home, the clinic was empty but the number stayed the same, and the doctor didn't call the patient's name. Just knocked on the door and asked the doctor politely. I didn't expect the doctor to cut me off before I finished my question! ‼️ Please trouble yourselves, for the sake of the country and the people. Please greatly improve your service attitude to patients. Ask for nothing, just ask that you can improve your attitude towards the patients and the people. I wish you success. Go for it! ‼️

Overall experience at ER : the MOs are impatient & not compassionate at all. Poorly managed, if you ask me. The MO could not trace my record about my blood test done 2 weeks ago. His reply : 'it is very hard to trace' and told me to get it done again. The whole time, he avoided eye contact. His body language was telling me, he was unhappy to serve. Yeah, it is weekend, I should apologise for causing you not able to leave work on time, perhaps ? I was suppose to get my blood test ( yes, for second time because there was no record in the system abt the result or that I already had it done 2 weeks ago )but decided not to proceed further. I was supposed to be admitted but I left because I feel I don't deserve your harsh attitude at this 'Hospital Satu Ringgit'. This was my second encounter with a rude MO. My previous experience at this ER, was a MO who talked emotionlessly & did not care to explain your condition to you in detail. In short, pls avoid ER at this hospital. My experiences with the Klinik Pakar were pleasant, I must say. The Drs were nice & nurses were patient & kind. To the MOs at the ER, you guys are good at making patients feel worthless. I hope one day, when it is your turn to get medical attention, you will get to experience what the kind of treatments you gave to your patients. May you forever stay as being MOs. Cheers ! 27th Feb 2024 - Opthalmology Had a pleasant experience. Accompanied my mom for her eye injection ( room 11 ). Dr Lim is very patient and helpful. Patiently explaining the treatment to us. Wishing Dr Lim a successful career ahead.

I totally understand, emergency department is always busy. But i think the way they work, dividing the queue numbers randomly to 3 different rooms is just so so so unfair to many patients. Some waited 6 hours number didn't get to call, while if you are lucky get the number which the Dr does exist in the room, then you get fast queue and number get called. Can't your dept have have a common place to queue all the files? Whoever came first, is put in the front n those came later at the back so Dr to pick up file from the front. Waited 5 hours, when Dr called enter the room not even 2 minutes asked you go blood test n x ray. After blood test n x ray another 2 hours wait. Dr and nurses r not friendly n polite. Brush u off very rude. If u have decided to become a Dr or nurse, serve the people with your heart. Otherwise don't become a Dr or nurse. U have make a vow when u decided to become Dr n nurse, so honored it. Treat your patients with patience n care. You don't even deserve to have 1 star.

The nurse in the ward 6D has no good working attitude at all. You asked her to help deal with the filth of the patient. She said that you can also help change it there! My friend just had a waist operation, and we didn't dare to move at all! What kind of service attitude is this? Don't say that if you have a good service attitude, you can pay to go to a private hospital by yourself. We are Malaysian citizens, and we have the right to choose our medical facilities. Since you have chosen this job as a medical staff, why do you still have an unhappy attitude towards each of our patients? It seems that we owe you millions of generals? And my injured friend also said that he asked the nurse to help move his feet wrapped in plaster, and then the nurse threw his feet back to bed very rudely! Excuse me, is this your attitude of serving the people?!!

Extremely bad and inefficient. How can you wait for more than 8 hours for blood test results? Waited from 2.30pm until 12 midnight, still no results. And this is just the emergency green zone. How can patients be treated so badly in the emergency service? 😫 what's the point of going to emergency when you need to wait for almost a day for blood test results.

A modern Government hospital assigned as a Hepathology specialist center ( treatment of liver diseases) with the foremost specialist in Malaysia, I was referred here by Pantai Medical "specialist" doctor.Modern fully computerised n up to date facilities. Between Sg Buluh and Selayang hospital this one has excellent outpatient clinic service and space better pharmacy unit too.Sg. Buluh although newer, have a smaller ER and Pharmacy. Wear n tear over the years are not immediately rectified(done in 3-4Q 2020)Has been visiting this hospital monthly for the past 19 years. The most pressing complain is the lack of car park space. Not advisable to drive n expect to find a parking space, drop n pickup only. There is just no parking space, even if you came in at 6 in the morning! According to the hospital bulletin update, they are providing hourly schedule shuttle from 2 shopping complexes across the road to ease the parking woes, but so far I have NOT seen the shuttle vans or buses. Govt hospital now will give the private hospital a run for the money. The only difference is not the services but one is ridiculously expensive the other is down to earth affordable. In 2018 the Govt made the announcement Govt Hospital are to provide Hepatitis "C" treatment at a nominal sum of RM1.00 per visit whereas a normal treatment would cost you upto RM50,000 the launch by the Health Minister himself was at this hospital.

Registered at A&E around 0910pm. Waited for 3 hours, still unable to get any doctors to attend for my mum’s case. She is at age of 78 yo to wait for 3 hours. And, don’t know how long more to be waited. How come no special lane for senior citizens?

Worst hospital ever. Impatient MO , doctors. My father was suffering with asthma. MO question to my father, whether he tried to use pump or not at home. My father was having wheezing by that time , he could not answer properly to that question. MO was quite rude to my father. I almost felt want cry. People not visit hospital for fun, they are visiting cause illness. Hospital management really need to train their staff well on how to communicate politely with patients . It is gov hospital , gov fund for the hospital. Not those MO, doctors using their pocket money to mistreat poor patients.

Overall poor! 1. Room availability. Admitted 2pm in emergency and was waiting till 11pm only have room available. Understand full room but at least let us know an estimation time than keep us waiting! 2. Communication gap. Hospital called at 12pm and said need to see direct family and expect us to arrive and meet doctor at 1pm. We staying at least 1hour far away from the hospital and arrived there, security not allowed us to go the ward as the patient name is not in the list! When we got there, they asked us to wait.. again! Rushed to be there and reached there and asked to wait!! 3. Lot of doctors, nurses are rude and unhelpful! Hope this can be improved.

My first visit here and very awful. The staffs were pretty rude.. one of the Drs. calling patients' name macam nak marah, hempas pintu and buat muka annoyed. All the staffs are very slow and doesn't seem to care about the patients who are waiting for their turn with serious injury/health issue. Chit chat dlm bilik. Literally waited more than 8 hours to be served! Came here at 10-11 something PM and my name was only called at 6AM. How crazy... Went to other government hospital but not as long as this.

good govn hospital- provided if you fully trust whatever doctor say here, or else you gonna find out at least 70% or above i have met has no doctor ethics and very used to let patient family give up resuscitation on patient with lies, just for the sake of close case and free up a bed asap. my father was literally killed by doctor here in the orders of the consultant level doctor who has instructed all the nurses remove life support devices and not allowed to help . it is a government hospital, you are here becos u aren't rich so no one cares so good luck to everyone and try not to know anything if your family admittd here.

Bad experience with this Hospital. I had a bad itching on my whole body and felt very uncomfortable and initiated. So I called up the Hospital to aske if I could come over for treatment. They said yes and aske me to come to the emergency but when I arrived there the emergency attendant refused to have treatment at the hospital. He asked me where am I staying and why did come here. Asked me to go to the KK near my house. But I have explained to him that I work nearby and came from work but still refuses to give me treatment πŸ™ƒ

Experienced at counter 7 level 4 specialist clinic section, The que time at the counter is SUPER Slow. You can see the staff scrolling the phone and not dedicated their working time to handle customers in front of time waiting for their name to be call. When asked when the estimate time name to be call. They said just have to wait. Other than that. As the usuals. Parking are limited.

The ophthomology dept in Hospital Selayang does have good doctors. We are grateful for them. However Hospital Selayang need a massive revamp of their administrative system eg making appointments, facilities for the elderly...It is very challenging to contact the hospital and try making appointments. Are they understaffed or just not efficient or productive?

Saying the service is slow sounds like a compliment since it's worst than that. The whole service is just disappointing. Their ways in sorting out patients are so inefficient. I was baffled with the service and the time it took. Im just sad that this hospital performance is horrible.

No one picks up calls. Tried to help a friend who is in her 80's call to reschedule her appointment (after her many attempts of calling) and request to send her medication which is running low. She needs her medication which is usually sent to her by Poslaju. The one time I managed to get through to them, they say she needs to physically go to the hospital to sort out her meds or send a representative. She is alone with no immediate family members. No one nearby! We are under a pandemic. The least they can do is answer the phone. Especially if the reason for them wanting her to go there is because she missed her appointment. She had tried to call them to reschedule in the first place.

This is the worst goverment hospital i have ever visited. We brought a 3 year old kid as she was having high fever. Went there at 7am and took blood test. Untill 10pm, the result wasnt out and the child specialist did not turn up. Worst service by the nurse and doctors. Really really bad. Never gonna come here again. I also will advise people to not go here especially when there is an emergency case. Useless doctors and nurses!!!!!! Nurses are very very rude. Doctors even worst. KKM must visit this hospital and take action towards all this reckless medical staffs.

On 16aug23 I took my mum to the Hospital Selayang emergency ward. The place does not look organized. Appear to be noisy & messy. Yet I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. I’m thankful to Dr Shavina & the Palliative care medical officer & their team of staff. They had their hands full but manage to give the necessary attention to each patients albeit the long wait. Please do something about the noisy equipments. I thought it was some kind of warning devices but no one seems to be attending to it. Thank you Dr Shavina for your explanation about my mum. You patiently explained to all our questions and did not hesitate to be blunt when necessary. Mentally you prepared me for the worse. Thank you to the palliative care medical officer, a pleasant Malay lady (I can’t remember her name), for making us feel comfortable. I appreciate you & your team effort to make my mum’s last day comfortably. Thanks to the ambulance team also for making us feel comfortable & the quick response. We are thankful to to the Doctors & their team, their services outshine whatever defects we saw. Keep up the good work πŸ™πŸ».

Sent my father to A&E, very long waiting time. Medical staff here work slowly. After i have returned from dinner and realized that they have moved my father's bed (which is ok). I just do not understand why the medical staff making fun of it when I was checking with them my father's location and he asked me to look for my father by myself. A&E is a playground for him...?

I'm sharing facts based on experience here several times. Nurses: Rude! The fact that they are happy being rude to a patient shows how pathetic they are. Every time they open their mouth, always sarcastic! Service: Extremely inefficient. Patients who are required to fast before the procedure have to wait for hours to get their name registered. Some patients may suffer from gastric yet have to wait, which worsens their condition, and God knows, they didn't care. To them, it is just another job that they have to do for a living. I hope somebody in the management does something to improve the whole system. I'm so disappointed and its demotivating to come here for help because what we get is not help but another sickness.

This hospital was not entitled any star!! Bad service and not friend nurses! As well the stupid indon cleaner! When I visited my brother at this hospital, found out table for meal was skew! Nicely asked a male nurse to change. Before that I asked indon lady if have extra table, but she behave like evil, tell you cannot simply take table because nurses want to use! And the male nurse answer me rudely and unhelpful at all.. he said to me all table using by other patient. Sorry! Well I was looking at right away end bed was empty! I walk to the indon cleaner was cleaning the bed and ask her, is this bed got patient? Another table was lefted at the end corner! She panicking and told me to take!! HELLO KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN PLEASE TAKE NOTE!! YOU HAVE YARTLY BUDGET FOR HOSPITAL FACILITIES! CHANGE ALL SKEW TABLE, BED LIKE BESI BURUK!! Don't treat your rakyat like rubbish! Without rakyat, you are nothings!!

Arrived around 7am++ today and waited for a long time to see the doctor. X-ray was really fast but RTK test's waiting time was really long. Left the hospital around 1pm++. Giving five stars anyway. The medical personnel who work here are definitely working hard. The work load is no joke. Too many patients to treat everyday. RM 1 for all these consultations, tests and medications. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much πŸ™

My grandmother has been in ward 6c for the past 2 weeks some nurses are very nice, but some nurses are the worst ever. I am a staff nurse myself, I never treated my patients like this. I hope we can increase the quality of the nurses. It’s painful to see this. Everyday I come here, her drips will always be dry, everytime I am the one tell them and they can tell me wait wait and wait. Some of your housemens are also bad, what kind of drs are you’ll hiring ???? We want to improve our medical system or make it worst ? Pls improve it lahhh… her hand is swollen, bruised, infiltrated… what is this!!!! If can I would give this negative… I want Malaysia to have the best health care system, but I’m sorry to say WITH THIS KIND OF STAFFS AND ALL OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WILL GET WORST…

Firstly, I get work is stressful for all members of staff, from doctors to nurses, admin to security, especially in the ER. I get that they don't allow the patients' family to crowd ard the patient in the ER registration ward (which btw was not the case). But I DO NOT appreciate me or mine to be touched unnecessary, even IF we are both women. Security, please train your guards to keep their hands OFF people unless situation calls for it! A lady guard was unnecessarily rude to my mum when she was checking up on my grandma who was in the ER waiting ward, and passing some necessities as it was likely my grandma would stay the night in the hospital. The lady guard came up to my mum and tapped her ROUGHLY twice and was told to leave. She obviously has a working mouth, there was no need to get her hands involved. None of us did anything to garner that sort of treatment.

Thumbs up for the medical team, they deserve a round of applause! Understood the high volume of patients, hence the long waiting. My dependent rather wait than going to the private. Other than the medical team, other services in the hospital could have more room for improvements, but overall it was a good gov hospital. Thank you!

Dr Navin, a name that we will never forget. Thank you! Not many would consider a hospital visit to be a pleasant experience, especially when your loved one is ill. Moreover, it is a government hospital, in a covid era when resources are greatly strained. The reason we came to hospital selayang is, our mum is diagnosed with cancer. We are lucky to meet Dr Navin, not only treated our mum, but provided the family members a clear communication that relieved us and had our expectations well managed, each times (we had 4-5 visits) with patience, efficiency and professionalism. Okay, that's our new impression about hospital selayang now, because of Dr Navin. Thank you, Madam lee and her family

Parking is a bit of a challenge here. If only for 2-3hrs, can park at the open air car park near the emergency department or at the hospital compound (now chargeable, cashless). If u are going to stay more than 3hrs, better to use their valet parking, which at this moment charged at RM14 per entry. It is located near to the lobi pelawat and klinik pakar.

Do you really want to be a nurse or a counter guard, do you have to be sour with people? Be sure to talk like people don't want to talk. I understand, not everyone is an expert in this hospital and knows everything, ask for information that makes it easier for the public. Near the table is written "Stop violence against hospital staff", how can people not insist, if it hurts

Rude attitude those medical assistants. Patience and politeness important for a medical staff. Almost twice went there, experienced the same.

The cafeteria here serves a huge variety of food. Flavourful, tasty! However, the parking spots are extremely limited. An advice that will save you a lot of headaches : Be here before 7:30am, or else... good luck.

Took my elderly mother, leg badly swollen, with a referral to the hospital to be admitted immediately and waited at the emergency area for 5 hours and no service at all. Had to approach the nurse few times for attention. What kind of service is this. Health ministers please look into this type of issues. Pls pay surprise visit.

Extremely bad! Extremely inefficient! I brought my mom for an endoscopic procedure and in the appointment card stated @8am. Fasting from midnight 12 am. We reached the hospital at 7:50 am, waited there until 9.30 am only to get the name registered. Once registered, another queue has to wait for the procedure. My mom suffers from gastric and this is absolutely worsen her condition. I told the reception that my mom's appointment is 8am, and she said "haah.. semua org pukul 8 am (yes, everybody has a meeting at 8 am) The issue here is, why gave everybody an appointment at 8 am when you can only meet the patient 2-3 hours after that? Why make them fast for more than 10 hours? Crazy!!!!!! Stupid!!!!

23/1/9th: Selayang hospital now need to pay for parking. However, there wasn't available parking. So many areas we used to park are now allocated for staff only. So how do we go for appointments then? Some of us drive quite a distance just to turn back, very frustrated with the system . And to make it worse, calling the number given but not answered, only add to the stress we patients have.

This 1 star for the green zone (bilik darah staff Malay male) I want to complain about his job. Yes, we are understand here have lots of patience everyday but u should do your job not to be lazy. The things you should do but ask patient to do than the pharmacy says where is the staff they are the person suppose to do not patients. I was getting mad. We wait for 5pm till 12am. We give respect and patient to your job. You as Frontliner should respect others not to put others in trouble. The doctor is nice I will respect but the green zone blood staff really no respect at all.

I went to admit ward 5A, the nurse didn't like the instructions of the ward specialist doc. I had to stay in the ward for almost 1 month and it was really stressful, the doc told me to come in but the nurse said I couldn't, the doc said I could see you but the nurse said there was no staff. so the nurse is still a big head from the expert doc. The expert docs, the docs are very good, cheerful. Indian nurses and 1,2 malay nurses are ok, they are good. some of the nurses are angry with other staff in front of the patient. my last pregnant experience. hope things I don't get close to other patients. We value these nurses, but some of these nurses don't value the patient. It's like this patient is a mush. The real patient is a trust in the work of a nurse. You who choose to become a nurse should work sincerely for God's sake.

My sister ( local ) and I,(currently an Austraian) attended the OPD for an appointment with the Geriatrician ( my brotherin law , who has Dementia and extension of Strokes). Very trying and difficult time of Nursing and caring for him at home The appointment was with Dr Reena and I apologise or not remembering the name of the RN n duty. The care, dedication, warmth and session with Dr Reena was exceptional. So reassuring and comforting to have met Dr Reena. She had such an exceptional knowledge and provided us with such comforting words. She even took time to have a telehealth conversation with my niece who as a young lady( who is doing such a brilliant job of caring for her father and her mother ( who is a Cancer survivor herself). Thank you Dr Reena and the RN. We certainly need more staff like this. Please continue yourselves. Greatly appreciated your session. Most miserable hospital ever. I wonder what the hospital board does with its budget. The place is dirty and lacks proper facilities for both patients and medical staff. Service is slow and it takes around 3-7 waiting hours for a patient to get a few minutes meeting with the doctor. They should have created a lane for the elderly and those with serious health problems that require immediate attention. There is no board installed outside to call up patient's number, instead the medical staff announces patient's name (yes, name not number despite being given numbers at the registration unit) through a single mic from inside the small stuffy waiting room which can only be filled by 12 people at one time, and sometimes the staff's voice cannot be heard clearly because they are mumbling or their voice is drowned by its own echo. There is only one portable speaker being placed at the waiting room door. How would a deaf person know when they should go in to see the doctor if they waited outside? There are not enough doctors around to cater for every patient. Some of the doctors are polite, some do not have good manners but possibly due to incompetent administration that these doctors are getting frustrated. Their HOs are rude and annoying, I hope they pass their housemanship and get stuck at this hospital forever. Some benches where patients have to wait for their name being called outside the building are broken and collapsing. The wheelchairs are not maintained and left unsanitized. The waiting area is terribly crowded and noisy, and there seems to be no proper SOP being followed especially when it comes to social distancing - there is no way Covid-19 cannot easily spread in such pasar malam condition.

I come here frequently for pregnancy checked. Just for your info, if u want to set date for appointment with klinik pakar level 3 and 4, u don't have to register and take number at the front desk. Just go straight to counter and ask for appointment date. Government hospital often full especially morning time. While waiting, you can eat at the cafe. There are also shops provide basic necessities if you are warded and not prepared. Parking is hard to find. You can park at selayang capitol, opposite to the hopsital or road side under the flyover. I still recommend using taxi or Grab.

I've been here almost 15 years already. As a reference hospital for Malaysia Health care provider. Is seam quite possible to resize it facilities to provide more significant Healthcare service. Even my self have been treated here for the new syndrome detection on 10 years ago. That time that syndrome was not yet officially announced by the Health Ministry. Have been selected as an individual promising patients. By my self is very highly classified motivated person to cure and have a better life. Now and in the future will have to help the hospital for any improvement their needs. Thanks to the Teams of Doctors and the hospital support team, I'm in debt to the both of them. Respect. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The worst experience we encountered in Selayang Hospital in late August, 2023. I believe many Doctors are on engaged on contract basis & patients care attention is the least bothered with concern. The Government has not given adequate attention to the utmost necessity to the needy & poor patients. The Hospital heads do not go to the ground to actually see on the happenings around the hospital. Kementerian Kesihatan Minister ought to resign for not giving constructive ideas for the betterment of the patients & Doctors

A doctor doesn't know what bronchitis is? My mother (whom had a fractured ankle) had to explain it to him. Furthermore, whenever we requested something from the staff, they just look at us then walk away as if we've asked for nothing. My mother had to wait for 6 hours in pain just only to get some painkillers instead of her ankle being casted. Hope this would improve soon.

Went to visit my dad who had a massive heart attack at the zone merah then later transferred to zone kuning emergency ward one afternoon on February 7, 2024, with my cousin and was stopped by this one security guard male, probably in his thirties who has a rough girlish voice who.told us only one person can go..so I said oh ok..I apologise and I went in first. He was diplomatic at first though his voice was rough..i didn't care much as i understand he must be tired..it's not easy right. being a guard in one of the best Government hospitals. So much of work right.. You are the main frontiiners. The thing is please don't embarrass the visitors who are already in distress dealing with their sick family members. In this case the fault is yours Mr Handsome security guard. He let my cousin in later. So I thought I better go out.. .why you let my cousin in when you already saw me going in first. Then later as I was walking out as my cousin is already there in with my dad , he yelled at me saying " I sudah nampak you tak payah nak lari lagi" ..There were people around and i was already very disheartened .It may be a small incident but please lah don't do this.especially when the fault is yours. You could have told me nicely we are not dogs .I really wish he would have spoken to.me in a more polite manner otherwise I won't be here. I followed your instructions .I went in alone..You made the mistake by letting my cousin in Then you yelled at me so rudely??. I wanted to argue with him but I thought nevermind I will do it some other way. So here I am..

Was rushed to red zone ED after i fainted at my home. As soon as i arrived drs, nurses & MAs did their best to stabilize me and sent me for ct scan. Eventhough i spend 2 days in ED, they already treat me with blood thinning medication after they managed to diagnose my condition. Thank you so much for the close monitoring in ICU, i know its not easy to get a bed for me. Even the Drs & nurses in ICU took really good care of me, they never complain everytime i requested something. Millions thanks to nurses & Drs of 10B too for giving their best and alhamdulillah I was discharged after 2 days in ICU & 2 days in 10B. I am so thankful with their services, may their effort will be rewarded. The only thing that is lacking is the pricey parling bill. The company is not under kkm or hopsital so they charge as if its a mall. I already emailed them but no reply received until now.

His attitude, tone, and speech are really extremely bad. He is simply making people quarrel. But not all doctors and nurses are the same. It is limited to the kind of medical staff with an unsympathetic attitude. I want to ask you, you have no medical ethics, please. Just don't be a medical staff. It's not that the family members have a bad tone, it's your attitude and communication methods that are problematic. Let's review it.

I am a psychiatric patient. This morning, I was not called into the psychiatric doctor's room, but was called to the front counter by a doctor, who asked me about my problem. How can I be honest? Left and right there are assistants who work together. Behind me there are many patients sitting, standing and passing by. As a doctor, he should understand the problems of people with mental illness. Psychiatrist, right? It should be known that people like us do not want our illness to be known by anyone. I don't have a fever or a cough or a cold for me to tell the counter. Because of this doctor's actions, I am very disturbed. If a doctor's family member or the doctor's own children have a mental illness, they want to keep it a secret from people's knowledge as much as possible, right? It's like me.
