    Rude receptionist who picked up my call I called private specialist centre and asked for general uitm general number. I told her that general number no one picked up my call, 2 times tried. With very unprofessional etiquette, She gave me an answer plus with her a lil bit high voice and said "itu saya Tak tahu, tu kena call number Sana" Speechless with the etiquette from UITM staff. UITM private specialist centre allowed staff to respond like this???. Based on my experience, as a receptionist we are not allowed to say"I don't know, saya Tak tahu".. that's totally wrong as a frontline of the company. We supposedly to have manners and have professional answer to cover or back up your company tho'! I'm so disappointed. I never call hospital for no reason ya! if I don't have emergency issue, I don't want to call hospital. Only I have issue then only I call hospital. UITM private specialist centre please provide training to all Frontline staff especially receptionist. Provide them very good training to represent company. They have to deal with clients every single day tho'.. plus We pay for the service, not going there for free....

    Had a not so good experience for my health screening test. Made an appointment, at early at the morning, yet still come like a walk in experience. waited for long. Booked for different test, but the receptionist made the wrong remarks to the test and end up waited for a wrong test. Already waited for it, then when it came to my turn, they told the machine is broke down. there goes my time. no backup at all. 1 machine for one specialist centre? Went to billing, giving different price quotation, compared to the appointment i made. No communication from the marketing team i guess. so, what's the point of making appointment? Also, i booked for additional test, they confirmed the price all. Suddenly two days after, they said they gave a wrong information. so frustrated with the services. so much problem. Please do improve! as alumni, i felt ashamed. This is not a SPECIALIST CENTRE.

    Please give a memo to your hospital staffs regarding SOP’s before giving out to the visitors because it’s really very disappointed when each ppl give us the different instructions. One person said 1/2 visitors can come during visiting hours. Another person said only one person can come and visit during both afternoon and evening visiting hours meanwhile another one said only one person can come either afternoon or evening. PENING!!!!!!!!! I know this is Covid time and we need to follow the SOP but Please give us the proper info and don’t treat us like fool. Besides, why don’t you teach your staffs to be more polite whenever it comes to customer service. Remember we’re not here to have party to be treated such. It’s really hard to go through this whenever we’re not in a good state of mind. Lastly, you’re not giving us free services and treatments! I’m paying you nearly 10k!!! Worst experience so far and really disappointed.

    2nd dose of Sinovac, 26 July 2021, parked around 1:20pm. Completed sooner than 1st dose injection received 1:42pm & left UPSC 2:07pm. Not much people getting vaccinated within a few minutes of reaching the vaccination area was able to get the vaccine injection. Got 1st dose of Sinovac (Pharmaniaga), 5 July 2021, 1st day UPSC PPV. Parked around 1:20pm, injection around 2:10pm. Many signs showing the way to the PPV, stickers on the floor, banners standing at the corners or other high visibility areas & cards on the wall. Unfortunately no signs clearly showing where to go after completed & gotten the goody bag. Removed rating by 1 star because difficult to get internet signal even in the multistory car parking.

    Will not come again. Day before i got a call to confirm my appointment. The staff said “appointment @9:30am. First come first serve. Better datang cepat sebab doctor ada appointment dekat Puncak Alam”. So i register at the regisration @9:25. I thought when they said “ First come First serve appointment @9:30” the first served start @9:30am maybe +-15minutes. BTW i dapat no giliran pertama. 10.20am the doctor just come & call me @10:30am. So 1 hour after! Really lemas tunggu & I nampak patient lain pun sama tak gerak dari tempat duduk & waiting! The carpark is also not convinient

    Not recommended due to wrong diagnosed. I almost got surgery for that unrelated diagnosed with my illness.Dissapointed! Please provide the experienced doctor and decide procedure or treatment properly..not just guessing my illness based on my simptom. Doing x-ray etc for nothing! Not properly decission have been made. Really feels like experimental materials.. *Supposed no star will be given!

    Last week, I’d accompanied my mum at jade ward, level 5. Unluckily, because of single rooms were fulled, we we placed to double room. We were ok for that. But, the question was, why did we need open the door all day? Everytime we asked to close the door, the nurses didn’t allow. But at the same time, they were making noise, laughing, speak louder..the patients couldnt rest well.

    Went for health screening today & it was such a seamless experience. Very smooth, efficient from the start, friendly nurses and quick billing. The Dr who did my ultrasound is very good and informative. Same goes to the Dr who did my general check up, she was very attentive & did a painless pap smear procedure.. Alhamdulillah a very nice experience, finished around 2hr. They are having health screening promos for August 2023. Do check out. The private hospital is in 2nd floor. When u enter the lobby, you will see a lot of people waiting for their turns but that is the university public hospital. Just take the elevator to 2nd floor.

    Had a not so good experience appt. I buat health screening tapi, the Dr x explain or advise on the body composition, bmi, fat and management of diet. Dr not fully use all the diagnostic test for weight management issue. First 2 follow up ok, then being cancel last minute, meet another Dr, the Dr advice just follow up with previous Dr for any medicince adjustment. Then, esok nak jumpa Dr, appointment cancel. Cancel macam tu je, x de respect people time. 😑Please do improve and respect other people time. Whatsapp pun kadang x de respond.

    Been here 4 months since my brother has admitted here. Cicu nurse were so kind and generous. Make us feel like family. And also the doctors especially mr Abid and the late dr Izham they are so loving and always took care of my brother. They always come to see my brother even they off. Ward 2 was quite good and the nurses were quite efficient but ward 1 was so bad. The nurses not that efficient and they are a bit slow. Please improve pls. And ask them to smile a bit

    Bad experience. On Tuesday 5/12 morning, got confirmation to review my result for health screening on Wednesday 6/12, but suddenly on tuesday afternoon 6.00 pm received another message from upsc said cancel that appt change to Thursday 7/12, reason doctor on medical leave. Oo please la, where the replacement doctor. I take my AL to attend that appointment but noting. Today i re ask the hospital for confirmation, no feedback. Confirm or not i not sure, the doctor still on leave or not still no feedback. UPSC please appreciate people time, waste my AL for something not confirm.

    Very worst private hospital service ever! Came at 3.15am for emergency medical and i have to walk for help ( polis bantuan) because no one at emergency department after i ring bell 3 time almost 10 minutes waiting. I want a medical report from the Dr and hospital just say i have to wait until the Dr come after 8 days the report still not ready. Pelik hospital tak simpan medical record. Thomsoon hospital & ara damansara good and more efficient service.

    One of the better semi-private hospitals I've experienced. Service was excellent with friendly staffs around. Love the lounge chairs in the waiting room. It makes the wait bearable.

    bad experience. We waited for 2 hours with no information whatsoever. suppose to be specialist centre but the operation is like outpatient. Luckily i havent paid anything but wasted 2 hours..

    Had a not so good experience appt. Made an appointment today 15sep to get my results. was reschedule back after friday prayer. Then, received another call to reschedule back to another day 😑Please do improve and respect other people times

    Lousy, uneducated, unmannerly, L2 registration counter staff! Should Go back to kindergarten or work at gov. hospital if don't understand English! Talk in Bahasa then! The angioplasty surgery overcharged thousands +++ as informed by the insurance company, not following the Ministry of Health regulations! Billing is slower than a turtle👎👎👎🤭 Of course, some of the nurses are polite! Patients were not crowded but took several hours of waiting 😌

    I went for my women's lifestyle health screening today at UPSC. The promo price is very worth it as it covers so many tests. Also the staff is very friendly and polite and got me some warm drinks and water in between waiting for the different tests. There is also a quiet snacks area with tidbits you can purchase while waiting. A pleasant experience.

    - service slow sikit in ED, need to wait 7 hours for GL to approve (maybe insurance lambat, but lab pun release results lambat, jadi admin apply GL lambat sikit🥲). Since we wait there 7 hours, we missed the dinner in ward, need to buy outside sobs. But ED is convenient, not too busy. - food in the ward : tasty, portion best, apply suku suku separuh👏 - cleanliness : clean. Cleaner pun cepat clean up upon request. - amenities : dpt free tumbler, towel, mini toiletries. Room is good and spacious for us anak beranak - my baby was admitted there 3 days. Ada sejadah, kiblat, baby cot, coway so free flow drinking water, TV ada Slippers not provided. - overall quality : okla 3-4 stars like hotel❤️

    We had the best experience from ED to ward. Staffs are skillful and respectful. Particularly loved the food! I didn't have to buy food from outside as they were plenty and delicious. Cleaners are also very efficient to clean the room upon request. My child felt like he was on a vacation so it was definitely worth more than the price I paid. Highly recommended!
