    Poor service, go for emergency, Doctor do nothing, ask us move to another hospital. Treat the patient like a ball (they just want money, and pick up the low risk patient), then still need to charge high price. Not responsible, not professional. And the doctor attitude not nice, can't give professional suggestion. Don't waste time on this kind of hospital. They are not treat the patient through their mind.

    Over the past months, my wife and I have had multiple interactions with Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, and each visit has reaffirmed our trust in their healthcare services. **March 8, 2024:** Today, both my wife and I had appointments with the esteemed Dr. CK Lim. Opting for the convenience of driving, we navigated effortlessly with Waze. My wife attended her follow-up appointment, while I embarked on the cardio screen package. The service was impeccable, with each step unfolding seamlessly. **December 8, 2023:** An early morning Grab ride brought us to the hospital well before the scheduled time for my wife's lab tests, associated with her follow-up consultation. The promptness and efficiency of the staff ensured a smooth start to our day. **September 3, 2023:** We returned at dawn to proceed with the diagnostic tests for the cardio package. The process of collecting a queue number for blood tests was straightforward, and we enjoyed a pleasant breakfast at the hospital canteen while waiting. **September 2, 2023:** Accompanied by our niece, we visited Dr. Lim Kien Chien, a physician who has provided excellent care to several of our relatives. Post-consultation, Dr. Lim recommended a series of diagnostic tests, guiding us through the initial steps with ease. **September 22, 2023:** Our visit to the hospital was to see my wife's eldest brother, who had been admitted for acute symptoms. The hospital's cleanliness and the well-equipped wards matched the high standards we've experienced in the Klang Valley. Adherence to strict safety protocols, including mask-wearing and regulated visiting times, underscored the hospital's commitment to patient and visitor well-being.     I was admitted to the Surgical ward on 3rd floor of Block B. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and attendants at the male surgical ward for providing absolutely excellent care during my stay. Special thanks to Dr. Shankar Gunarasa, colorectal surgeon for everything. He was professional, he provided personalized care for me and was compassionate in doing his job. Also a big thank you for the wound care team, especially Neo who has been encouraging me during my recovery period. Will definitely visit here again if it's necessary again. The hospital itself has been upgraded with a new multi storey car park, a eatery zone at the car park block (block D) and other modernized facilities. Staff here are dedicated and friendly, something important if you're seeking for care.

    I gave birth to my 1st child here and the doc is not so friendly even after a few review saying how friendly she is. Is she the pilih bulu kind? Idk. The nurse complained I frequently went to the toilet, when I was being given a laxative before labor. Most of the nurses wasn't so helpful and don't expect friendly services here. Just now we went for x ray for my 3 year old, where she had a tantrum and refused to do the x ray, the assistant gave us an annoying face and keep on giving me a dirty look. She asked me questions in a stern way, with no smile as if I was the one giving her the hard time. I was about to gave up and wanted to do x ray with other clinic until they changed the shift with other assistant which treated us better and managed to get the x ray for my child. This is my last time here after so many bad experience.

    My best friend did heart by pass and follow up check up every time but nothing did improve his heart and the doctor there keep saying nothing happen. When he went to mahkota medical centre to check, the doctor said the previous hospital never do the by pass properly and causing he feel his heart pain sometimes. This is first case My mother in law has problem with her period and blood keep flowing non stop during her period time and we suspect something went wrong. We keep on follow up, and keep on checking, but the doctor there keep telling us nothing wrong and unable to check what is exactly happen. Almost a year, we never get any answer which they keep changing different doctor to give different answer. And at last, we went to mahkota medical centre, and they checked that it is Endometrial thickening, which the worst case is she need to do operation, and take off the endometrium. We feel disappointed with this famous and rich hospital in Melaka, and my suggestion to everyone that have medical card, which really want to live longer, THINK TWICE

    Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh is very nice and convenient hospital in Melaka. The hospital newly renovated recent years, looks more confident and professional. Not just the appearance, but the professionalism from doctors, nurses and staffs too. Parking lots easy to access although limited parking lots.

    Poor service and lack of professionalism. Do not have well trained nurses. My mum was a dialysis patient there and she has to bear with the pain many times because some nurses have always made the wrong injection for her and caused her hand full of bruises! Pls look into the matter the CEO. It is a shame that your nurses couldnt perform the basic duties!

    Bad health care. Dad discharged but his hip joint relocation. Nurse never help him to transfer bed after surgery. Ask him to move to another bed without helping him. Horrible!

    Disappointed with the SOP My father (age 82) was admitted on 21 Feb to the HDU Ward in Pantai Hospital Air Keroh. Reason for admission are blur speech, not stable in movements & difficulty breathing. First, there was no proper patient’s details board hanging by the bedside. My father & we family members were also not advised on proper diet information for him. Therefore, my father choked on food (sandwiches, rice & vegetables) on two occasions, both on 22 Feb afternoon. These choking incidents were not recorded in the patient’s daily observation report. My father’s breathing condition deteriorated on Friday night and continued to worsen till Saturday morning. His CO2 level was abnormal, he became unconscious & his hands turned blue due to lack of oxygen at 10.30am on Saturday 23 Feb. But his family members were not contacted via the Emergency contact numbers clearly stated in the patient’s registration form. When questioned, the nurse answered that she did not know which number to call. When multiple numbers are provided, shouldn’t the nurse try all of them? How can the procedure be to call none of them? Is this the correct procedure in a HDU ward of a reputable private hospital? As the result of the choking episode, my father was diagnosed & treated for lung infection. The lung specialist, Dr Lai had to carry out a detailed interview with the family members to get to know about the choking incidents. Part of my father’s lung collapsed and his lung function decreased. His CO2 level was as high as 119 and intubation was needed immediately. Perhaps these could have been avoided if more attention had been given to his choking. How to trust a reputable private hospital with such levels of service.

    Was admitted for dengue and stayed here for a week.  Thanks to the nurses who helped to take good care of me.  Being a dengue patient I suffered from high fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, body ache, joint pain, chilled but somehow felt I was in good hands with the care of those nurses. Facility wise the water heater in room 322 didn't seem to work well despite complaints being raised.  My world had suddenly become quiet and calm after I was moved to two bedded room.  So my advice please ensure you check in to two bedded room if possible, else the noise from your neighbors will really make you go nuts. Big thanks to all the friendly and caring nurses once again, as well as Dr. Ma .  I am glad that I walked out as a healthy person after one full week.

    Efficiency at X-ray Department is very bad. The number of Radiologist is not enough to support very high patient awaiting for X-ray, MAMOGRAM, Ultrasonic and MRI. Terrible waiting time and the counter nurse has bad attitude . No projection of waiting time. Everybody is waiting like a fool. No management staffs come and monitor the situation.

    "Super wonderful" service from Pantai. Quick with payment but extremely slow with service. Even when promised to give a report a week ago, but still tell me to wait tomorrow. Been hearing this for a month now, I think Pantai hospital really doesn't care about after services and their clients. Either the emergency department or medical report is too busy, that not a simple report can be made after a month.

    I've been admitted on 17th of April 2022 as for my accident earlier. Staff were helpful and really friendly. Even though there is some hiccups here and there. But the most delighted day to give a review today is because of the convenient store inside this facility. Dove and leaf. They're just made my day today. As I'm standing with my foods and getting hard to hold it, they offered me the bags to hold all of it. Forgot to mention that I'm with crutches and I'm not buying the food earlier from his shop. Touched with the kind hearted person.

    Everything was perfect. Warm and welcome environment with friendly and helpful staff. I have a pleasant stay for the past 4 days at 320-B and 313-A. Thank you so much to my awesome doctor, Brig Gen (R) Datuk Dr Muhammad Fuad Bin Daud for treating me well with his excellent expertise, consultation and special care. Thank you to my anaesthetist Dr Yew and the staff in OT room. Thank you also to all the staff nurses and physiotherapist who helping me. May Allah swt bless you all. Overall i am satisfied, the foods was good and the room is clean and comfortable. The best hospital facilities and service in Melaka.

    Dr Toh Tsun Haw is a very rude and arrogant doctor. My parent was admitted into A&E but he scolded both my parent and the family member for being ignorant to what medicine the patient was taking. This young doctor was very impatient and seemingly just rushing to finish shift. I quoted his remarks to us “ Can you not do this to me at 1AM”. What a total disgrace for a person who had sworn in front of the Hippocratic Oath. Please show empathy and respect towards the dignity of patients. Update: This hospital is a joke. My family member condition worsened after being discharged by Pantai Hospital. We have no more faith in this clown hospital and went to another hospital A&E. The patient received a much better care and recovered.

    I brought my friend suffering from stroke to be admitted July 15. The procedures and the treatment was done in the most professional way and I’d like to thank Dr Sani and the staff especially the ward staff at 319B and 331C recovery wards. They are the most friendly staff you can ever hope for. Thank you guys for the great effort. Keep up the good work.

    Hi, I’m not satisfied with your hospital management arrangement on 1/1/2024. It is not a good new year to me!! I only satisfied with Emergency doctor Nabilah who trying to help me with my symptoms however was being rejected by the higher management level. People will sick and will have emergency things happened during weekend and holidays. Your specialist doctor ( Dr Dharmindra) rejected for me to admit hospital because of the specialist doctor was on leave during 1/1/2024 and ask me come back on 2/1/2024 to visit her at her clinic, if my case is not emergency I will not even go to hospital and the specialist doctor ask me to visit on 2 days after…This is ridiculous.. You doesn’t even know my condition and refuse for me to admit to hospital, please be professional if you are a specialist doctor! I will not recommend any of my relatives or friends to Pantai Hospital. Kindly take note on this Pantai Ayer Keroh!

    I give 5 star for the maternal department. But I put up 3 stars and there is clear reason This is good hospital to give birth. Total fee paid abt RM3k++ Dr.Chia is great. He is skillful and experienced doctor. He dont recommend unnecessary test or diagnosis which eat up money only. I uploaded some of the maternal ward pictures. There are 4pax, double and single room. I used 4pax room alone though..:p confinement food is soso.. Anyway... 2 stars deducted because of pead department. Don't want to talk long abt this but service was terrible. And the price they charge is expensive. Pantai = Expensive hospital (not all departments worth the money) Ps. Oh yeah. Right after the delivery, as I shed alot of blood I feel dizzy and exhausted. So asked for the fluid but instead nurse recommend me to drink Hot Milo. And funnily it was useful 😅

    The receptionist should aware if the specialist is available. Ive been suggested twice by customer service and both docs were not available due to on leave and attendjng major operations. We need to go down to the customer service if the doc is not available. 😑😑

    This was my first time entered to private hospital. The service very impressive and most of the nurses (Ward C511) are well trained and detail-oriented when explaining the medication. The nurses are helpful and trying their best to accommodate the patients' needs. I would like to thanks to Dr Choo Gim Sun who are very particular and explain in detail before and after procedure. Surprisingly, Dr Choo Gim Sun coming to my ward twice per day to keep update about my condition. Quite worried about his health due to his commitment, hope he take a good rest. Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh has proven for giving quality medical attention and a caring nursing service to their patients. Thank you to all the frontliner 🤍💙

    Have a pleasant stay for the past 3 days.friendly and helpful staff in ward S1 not to forget daily morning warm greeting by customer relations madam sharon. Special thanks to Dr Rengsen (spine surgeon) for his kindness and excellent treatment on me.they served tasty food with plenty of choices.     Recently,my mother went to visit one of the ENT at this hospital,is pioneer ENT at this hospital. We had bad experience with this dr. The Dr wasnt friendly and very inpatient, he get annoyed when we ask more questions. As a patient we have the right to ask question and Dr should answer us in a polite way, it should be a mutual respect gained from each other. Hopefully the hospital can do something on it, understand that Dr might have many patient and don't have time to answer our questions but this shouldn't be a reason why our questions been neglected.

    Satisfied with the services, my mom admitted under Dr. Ahmad Riaz (very friendly and explained well on the procedure), thanks to the anesthesia that taking care my mom too (very caring and friendly). We were at ward 5C, nurses on duty is friendly and very caring. Checking and monitoring with efficiency. Thank you to the Dr's and the nursed on duties at ward 5C. Highly recommended.

    Waiting time was not on schedule. System was not organised. Reached hospital at about 12pm. Told to come back at 2pm. Staff go on break at 2.30pm due to overwhelmed. At 3.45pm, docter was away due to ‘walk around’.

    Ridiculuos things happened : 1)Both on-call emergency doctor and on-call specialist agreed to take out the chest scan for my dad the day before because not necessary, but next day the nurse still perform chest scan without follow doc'instruction, end up billing department have to refund to me after i made complaint. 2)Arrived the emergency clinic counter, no one in the admision counter for more than few mins , i am just standing looking wonder who is the PIC for registration. 3) My dad also vomit very seriously when admit, the nurse still give him to eat watermelon as dinner, end up my dad vomit even seriously after the dinner, and you can't differentiate whether that is blood or colour of watermelon. 4)Emergency Doctor on-call instruct us to discharge after did blood test, there are obviously bacteria infectia which may cause by food poisioning or just backteria, but she rushing to ask us discharge at night right after 5 mins blood test report out. It is clearly stated my dad's Neutrophills,Lymphocytes are above the healthy range, the doctor just simply said it is ok and can discharge , ,she even shown not interest to look at my dad's previous healthcheck report until i ask her so. 5) Nurses on duty in ward forgot to turn the A/C from hot mode to cold mode, only after i noticed it din't turn on the air at 3am, my dad slept in the hot room for more than 3 hours, the nurse simply joking to me she doesn't notice it because it is dark in room. But actually she seems like doesn't know there is a cold mode that need to be turn on, else no cold air from the A/C release. 6) Nurses on duty in ward forgot to bring in both cold water and warm drinking catle water to the room until 4am 7) Final bill also show unnessary charge for test report that only release few days later not on toda when we discharge.Means we have to pay for the report that we wont get it. Staffs also never inform there are such test report pending.They cannot simply do a test and never make appt with us last night. 8)Nurse in ward initiatlly don't want to pass me the ECG scan copy as she said doctor want to keep. That is my properties that i paid for it. After complaint,they finally give it back to me. 9) One night food poisoning in patient charge close to RM3000 , this is crazily expensive and with such quality and chaos.

    The staffs in emergency department doesn't even want to care about patients...it has been too long that the patient (one of my family member)was going through the pain.But the staffs in emergency department didn't even care..We called the staffs so many times ..I guess so GH is more better...Y'all bringing up lot of shops n restaurants plans inside..but the way the emergency department staffs treating patients is too awful...sorry to say I used to love Pantai hospital bfore ..but now I must think twice if I want to come onot for emergency..

    The hospital was good everything was okay but there is one LADY SECURITY GUARD at the icu unit was extremely RUDE from the way she talk to us all we ask is the name of the patient .management of Pantai hospital Melaka please do check with your security guard thanks

    Ayer Keroh Beach Hospital Commentary I spent five days in the ward with my wife taking care of my two children. Alhamdulillah was placed in a room for both of them where both were taken care of. I take care of the eldest child and my wife takes care of the second (youngest) child. Here are my comments: PRO 1) I do not deny that the staff of doctors and nurses and others are very dedicated and do their job well. Check the temperature gauge and so on. 2) Access in and out is also very good and as a caretaker is also very good. 3) The cleanliness of the room is also very good and well maintained. Cleaned regularly. 4) The food for patients is also awake and of good quality. CONS 1) I recommend that every food served gets HALAL JAKIM certification or from Halal bodies around the world recognized by JAKIM. This is because we got an egg tart cake that is not believed to be halal because there is no logo and based on our search for the company. The company is not on JAKIM's HALAL list. As a leading hospital, it is very appropriate to ensure that every meal given to patients and caregivers as well as staff and people who buy at the hospital is Halal Jakim certified, including ingredients used in the hospital's kitchen. This greatly touches the sensitivity of Muslims in Malaysia. Please take appropriate action. 2) It is recommended that every caregiver who accompanies the patient. Maybe use the pass in your hand like the patient to make it easier to identify which visitors and caregivers are taking care of the patient. 3) Make an (automatic) announcement by placing a speaker in each room to let visitors know the time is up, and announce that security guards will be patrolling shortly to ensure that only guards are allowed. So if there is an announcement, visitors will be aware that the visiting time is over and the guards will not stay long. Guards find it difficult to identify visitors or guardians because there is no tag or sign to mark a person as a visitor or guardian. With the presence of a tag system also for caregivers who care for patients, this greatly helps hospital staff or guards to identify who is the official caregiver for the patient. Visitors are given visitor passes. 4) Put in the room a list of Do and Donts. For example: a) It is not allowed to hang towels on the window b) Not allowed etc etc Stick it on the wall and with things like this, people will be more alert.

    Dr Fabian neurosurgeon Dr Patrick and Dr leong , Nurses in HDU/ICU team not to forget physiotherapists here are super kind and very helpful. They all are highly trained and very professional. I was impressed with the compassion they showed me when i first admitted till my last stay. Thank you very much angels in disguise.

    Very poor service, A&E staff are very rude, talk to elderly no manners, no self respect at all, customer has right to choose their doctor, not you to decide. Not professional at all. Don't be in the medical line if you don't deserve it. Use harsh words while talking to patients ! They are sick! Not healthy! It's your responsibility to attend patient nicely!

    I had a great stay in this hospital! The doctors and nurses are very caring, helpful and informative. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to be treated by each one of them. The services provided are excellent! They really took a great care of me and their positive vibes had a great influence to my recovery. Recovering from severe pancreatitis is a really painful and long journey but being in a great hospital like Pantai makes all the difference.     Surgical 1: 307 The ward nurses are friendly, experienced and efficient. Dr Yang and Dr Tay are competent and well experienced in their fields. Although they are busy they took time to explain all procedures and patiently answered our questions. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Cleanliness of room is maintained throughout while the shower room n toilet cleaned and sanitized regularly. Food was of good standard and served still hot. My father is satisfied and discharged a happy patient.

    Great experience here with the surgical ward 2A. The nurses are well trained. They explained the medication & reminds you to call them if anything. Dr shaharuddin is a great doctor too. He explains the procedures that he will do & make sure that you understands it. He is skillful in his field I can say. Dr Tan who is in charge for the anesthetic also explained everything very well & makes you aware the procedure he will do in the OT. Thanks to everyone here who helped me around for my 4 days stay in the ward. I'm really in a good hands here. 😊

    Dr Leong CK is a remarkable surgeon. He is meticulous and caring. He explains in detail before the procedure. I would recommend Dr Leong for any general surgery. Dr Tan , the anesthesia specialist is excellent as well. He makes sure I have a comfortable and pain free surgery. The nurses are helpful and they try their best to accommodate the patients' needs. Ms Sharon , the customer service is a helpful and friendly lady. She makes sure everything was going well during the admission and discharge. I never like hospital food but the food here is more than edible, it's tasty but healthy. However, the ward could be more peaceful and tranquil if some of the staff converse more softly especially during the evenings and nights. Pantai Hospital Air Keroh has proven for giving quality medical attention and a caring nursing service to its patients Thank you to all the staff .

    Sorry I just couldn't anywhere to lodge a complaint on your official website. Dr. Tan Geok Kee. Talkative and conservative doctor. For the first consultation, it's stick to normal, even though I feel a bit offended by her wording sometime. They said the result will come out within few days. In the passed two weeks, I had call 3 times for asking my test result. The 1st time(3 days after the consultation), the result haven't come out. 2nd time, the doctor's assistant said "the result haven't reach the doctor, will call you back." The 3rd time (14days after the consultation) The assistant say,“I am very buzy for these day, and the doctor already inform you if the test result is normal, we won't call you back.” How I get to know whether the test result is delay or the result is normal. My problem haven't solve yet with sending so much day for waiting. Thankyou for your poor care.

    We went to the Emergency hospital of Pantai Medical Center Ayer Keroh for emergency treatment for my family. We were attended by this doctor ( Dr Kasmida bte Mohd Kassim) in the emergency. Very minimal history was taken and poor examination skills was perfomed. We requested for referral to specific doctor for further evaluation. However due to some misunderstanding and confusion, we requested back from Dr Kasmida to change our referral doctor. We truly apologise to her in a nice way for the change of referral doctor due to confusion. ( we request change within 20mins only ). Unfortunately, she handled the situation in a very bad manner. She literally scolded us rudely. She accused us for causing trouble. She used words such as “you’ll menyusahkan people”. She even threatened us by telling what are you all going to do midnight, where you all going to go if my doctors reject you and said we are annoying people. We did apologise again but she just told us to get out from the room. This is very unacceptable as it is private center, we are charged so high payment from the emergency, ward and hospital and we get treated like this. We are medical doctors ourself thus we are aware of the ethics of a medical professionalism and communication skills which was taught during our medical career and how we are suppose to act as a doctor in this kind situation. Unfortunately this doctor ( Dr Kasmida, medical officer in Emergency department) has breached all the ethics as her words has affected us badly especially during our critical time in the emergency. We have to quote her name for actions to be taken and hope no other patients get treated in this way. Every person deserves to be treated nicely even in any kind of situation.

    If you ever need medical attention, come here! Everyone is fluent in English and they provide excellent medical care, the facilities are modern and very clean. The doctors really care and are ready to answer any questions, they will provide help really quickly.

    All is OK but take too long time for discharge. 4 hour waiting also cannot settle. Still want to get the approval from the doctor for total cost after 4 hours waiting. I want go back to Johor. The time is important to us. Now already 4:50pm.

    I rate Hospital Pantai Melaka as top hospital in Melaka. I received excellent treatment from Ortho Dr Ahmad Riaz, Wound Care specialist Sr Aslindah, Sn Lammia & Sn New every week for the past 5 months. Not forget Emergency Unit which help me every week. Good Job Hospital Pantai Melaka

    This was my first time entering to a private hospital. From the day 1 I was at the emergency counter, everything was going smoothly. No need to wait for a long time. Then, after my pcr result was confirmed negative, straight away I was moved to my ward. Besides, all the staff there was very friendly including the nurse, Dr and also the customer service which is Mrs.Sharon, always looking for a feedback from patient in order for them to improve their services. Thank you so much! I would recommend to go here ❤️

    Dr Ahmad Riaz is incredible. One of the best orthopedic surgeons in Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh. Also, I would like to appreciate Wound Care specialist Lammia & New. They are very friendly and professional.

    Admission👍🏻 Nurse at emergency 👍🏻 Doctor at emergency department 👍🏻 Ward Doctor👍🏻 My son waerded from 24/12 - 25/12/2023 , i just want to share my experience with Pantai hospital. *** There is a nurse on duty in the children's ward. She is so temper. When i asked, she spoke in rude language. I'm not a good person if you want to talk rudely. If you're tired, talk nicely. One more thing, we are discharged in the evening at 6.00 pm, please prepare the staff on duty to complete the final insurance bill. Pantai hospital just wasting our time to come again to check the bill. The discharged management/department of Pantai hospital too bad than other private hospital. Pantai Hospital can learn how to manage Discharged patient who used insurance with KPJ. I Don’t care Public holiday or what, but make sure you put one or two staff to work during public holidays for patient that discharged after 1.00 pm. Not all patient know the t&c for pantai hospital. Till now im still not received my final bill for my insurance. Weird system and management.

    I want to say a million thanks to Dr. Baqlish who treated my father very well.. not forgetting also to Dr. Nadzirah who facilitated my father's transfer from Hosp Jempol to Pantai, the staff Mr. Saiful and Ms. Haiza.. not forgetting the ICU staff too. took good care of my father (icu i) as long as my father was warded... Good job 👍🏻👍🏻

    A 2-month-old baby was admitted to the hospital and was waiting to see a dermatologist, but he was told to wait until the doctor had seen all the patients in the clinic before he could see the hospitalized baby. Oh my God! Shouldn't the hospitalized baby be seen first before seeing the clinic? Otherwise, why would I go to the emergency room?
