Walked in to the reception and saw the hospital received Most Trusted Hospital Award for 2022. Felt a bit relief as my son was having severe abdominal pain. The receptionist told us that pediatric ward was full and gave us an option which was to let the doctor check first then if there's a need to be admitted, they will refer as to other hospital. Of course given the dire situation, we would accept the option. Filled in all the forms and paid deposit. After a while, we were called in to the emergency room and waited for a good 15 minutes before an assistant came in and told us to go to another hospital that has a pediatric surgeon. I asked if he could refer us to any hospitals and he told us that it would be the same even if he called the hospitals. He said that the other hospitals would say no as well. Most trusted hospital? Come on. A hospital without compassion, I think it won't go too far. Truly disappointed with the service from this hospital. If you're in pain or urgent matter, don't ever come to this hospital.

Should I say this is my “staycation” although i was sick with their I was admitted for 2 nights and being treated well from the Emergency Team, to Dr. Julina who treated me well and explained my condition in detailed and also goes to the nurses who treated me very gentle. And not to forget Ms Uma ( Customer Service) who always make sure I stayed comfortably here at Columbia Asia. Satisfied with the meal prepared by them as well. Thank you all!

My 3 yr old son admitted due to cough and flu. Received treatment from Dr. Cheok and he's getting better now. The doctor explain in detail and proposes the suitable treatment for the baby, so he is speedy recovery compared to just bring him to the GP clinic. Nurses and other staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the services! Ward is clean and nice ambience. Got the single room for my baby. Just need to wait a bit longer to admit due to waiting for GL approval. Overall is ok and satisfied! Keep it up! I will recommend this hospital to my other friends. Everythings is top service here, from my registration, triage, ER service, the Male nurse at ER was very kind and helpful in attending me, The waiting time for me to get a bed in the ward was like 12hours, I had to wait in ER, the nurse working night shift I guess her name Ain was not professional, unethical for a private hospital. Dr Jurina is very passionate and kind in treating all her patients. May Allah bless her, and make her the best physician. Dr Megat is very friendly, welcoming and did a very gentle procedures for my ear nose and throat. The nurses, student nurse, all staff in the ward (room 85) are all friendly, kind, cheerful and treat me well. Columbia Asia Puchong always be my family first choice 💯

my family and i are loyal customers here. The emergency team is the worst today 19/4/2022 between 8.30am to 10am. Last week my husband came to the emergency at 4am for his condition and it was bad too. Previously it was great. You need to educate your emergency team that private hospital business is patient pay and you make money out of not having health care professionals /MO/Nurses with government hospital mindset. We paid, didn't even use insurance. Better buck up and improve. You guys just lost my family as your loyal patrons. I was attended warmly by the nurses here throughout my 5 days admission. I want to say thank you to Dr Ng who did my CTScan and carefully explained how are my internal organs operating in the body. I highly recommend Dr Megat who had served me for my ENT overall check... I was surprised to know that I have acid reflux developing and fortunate enough he had discovered that... and I will definitely change my pattern of diet and as well as the timing of my food intake as per advice.. ☺... also my not-so-well breathing flow through nose, I am now breathe better with the help of Nasal Spray use as it was not that serious... Last but not least I would like to say a BIG thank you to Dr Jurina who had treated me and my mother for our post covid lung check with thorough checks and overall she managed to explain in details and made us understand our body better while battling with traumas and anxiety in this time of pandemic.. especially being the Covid-19 delta survivors in the family.. yes, I highly recommend Dr Jurina she is the best Pulmonologist around 👍🤗

My son admitted due to lung infection. The nurse here very kind, helpful and so friendly with my son while he was in hospital, my son very happy with all the nurse here. Customer service also very helpful, everyday drop by morning to ask everything ok, if you have something not happy can inform them. Doc Ting also very helpful person, he will explain to you all the questions you dun understand, and also thanks to him my son can recover fast. Hands-down the most effective and efficient doctors (Dr. Afiq & Dr. Jurina) Friendly, helpful nurses as well. Was hoping for one bedded room, sadly all full. But the main thing is to get better ASAP. Great hospital, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

I has such a pleasant experience with this hospital. Though, The outpatient service + counter a bit slow only few patients but the waiting time was long enough. But other than that everything was great. Dr cheong was attentive and gentle in treating me. Staff nurses were friendly nice and gentle.

Hat off to Dr Priya. She explained our son's condition well and gave lots of tips and guidance. Excellent doctor. Another staff at registration counter, Miss Renee was very helpful and attended us although her shift already ending. She came and checked with us before she left, that was so nice of her. Suggestion, maybe Columbia Asia need to look for better child bed design. The one we got not so practical and convenient. Overall, good service during our child stay.

My first experience of this hospital is positive...helpful staff at the entrance, registration desk, nurses station and at Radiology. I have a further appointment so hope my experience is repeated. Car parking space is severely limited - I suggest you take a taxi to avoid parking difficulty.

SHOULD BE NO STAR!!! LANDMARK MEDICAL CENTRE JB. (Old landmark) 1) Cleanness the centre very worse! So dirty! They will clean up when higher management coming or Kementerian Ksihatan Malaysia do checking. Otherwise the place full of rubbishs. Sometimes if lucky u can see bloods on floor, patients chair & tables. The machines did not disterilation properly after used then being used again by other patients. 2) No staffs available!!!a lot of patients taking but no staff enough. NO TEAMWORK!! Some of Nurses here being RUDE to patients. Patients cannot complain back if do so the patients will be banned and nurse will angry back. No respect!! Some of nurses neglect their duty. Going out during patients treatment and left the patients. Some of nurses not a good helper. Can u imagine some old patients need to do their ownself. 3) patients waiting period so long. Service was good throughout my stay. Customer care was really good although I had to wait awhile to be warded since they mentioned the room was not ready. Nurses are so kind and attentive. My doctor, Dr. Jurina is just lovely and explains everything in detail with recommendations on taking care of my health. One thing that bothers me a bit is the food. Need to improve on the menu. Other than that it was all okay.

I recently experienced a torn muscle on my shoulder and sought treatment at Columbia Hospital Puchong. Specialise Orthopaedic Doctor Kamal was incredibly thorough in arranging hospital checks and surgery. Everything was efficiently completed within a few days, and I am highly satisfied with the level of service provided here.

Dr.Silvam, Dr.Ramanesh OT, Dr.Ramesh ER, & Dr. Dinesh ER , are excellent doctors who saved me,my heartiest gratitude to my doctors and all nurses from ward MD3, OT nurses, ICU nurses, staff nurse Wong, staff nurse Syahila, staff nurse Stephanie ER and all the staffs & customer service esp Ms.Umadevi for your care. It’s really good experience I enjoyed it,the nurses and doctors are awesome, they tried all they possible best to make sure I am always fine ..everything I asked for is at beck and call .. thanks for your wonderful hospitality .

Overall, stay was good. But coordination between different teams is lacking. Need to improve on that so that as patient we don't rund around asking what's next.

EDIT: I was contacted by Hannah the Head of Nursing at the hospital who was apologetic and showed real empathy. She seems to take my feedback onboard and does not want to see another experience from quests. So I will give them credit at least for proactively reaching out to patients to offer apologies. They sent my medicine out via delivery for me which was a nice touch to correct their mistakes. As such I changed my review from 1 star to 3 to give a fair balance. I was warded with bronchitis for 3 days and found the nursing staff at this hospital are really poor. They do not come to check on patient unless you ring the bell. You have to constantly ring the bell. I even had to self-administer my nebulizer because the nurse didn't return to my room for 4 hours. The doctor told them to not give fish to me; so for the entire time I was given fish. I didn't eat properly at this hospital for 3 days because the food is absolutely disgusting (no choice of meal). I was told off by the nurse when I asked her for some water at the door during mealtime because I was not wearing a mask. How do you wear a mask and eat your lunch? On my return appointment the nurse staff seem totally confused; they asked me what I was here for and showed them my appointment card and asked what was wrong with me (I don't think it's good practice in the middle of the hall to ask patients to tell them what condition they have). I was then told to wait at the cashier counter; not realising I needed to grab a ticket I waited 15 minutes and went to ask somebody what I was supposed to do. The whole place is just totally disorganised, I didn't even bother to collect my medication and just left because I got tired of waiting at this place. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL.

Good nurses and some Drs. Some of the Drs I've seen here is Dr Khoo (Ortho), Dr Muzammil (General Surgeon), Dr Megat (E&T), Dr Jurina(Respiratory) all four are good. I've also encountered a bad very bad experience with Dr Raja Junaidah (Gynea - I will never forget her). Overall nurses attitude is better and more prompt. Your anesthetic Dr (a Chinese man old timer here) is also a very caring one. Your ER Dr Thiagu (if I got his name right) is efficient with his work. Dr nesh had no problem inserting my IV (many have problem with my running veins). Many good things but certain small issue which is also serious might tarnish ur reputation. Was admitted on Thursday and the bed I was given wasn't working properly. The tyre doesn't stay still and the bed moves when u get in and out of bed. This is really hazardous. Told the nurse and she got the bed changed. But this shd have never happened. Maintenance shd check on this regularly. Also hot shower not working. Do check on all these .. otherwise I can see major improvement from newly opened.

It has been a great experience being here. The nurses and doctors had been very friendly especially Dr Jurinah and Dr Megat from ENT. The hospitality was really good and appreciate the way of taking care of the patient. Thank you so much.

Admitted on 14th Aug for ACL Injuries operation & discharge on 17th. So far nice hosp with convenience facilities ie room, service etc. Dr treatment also really satisfied, each question will get the answer during consultation although the smallest things. For the nurse staff also really polite, friendly n feel like ur own family during stay here. Food really tasty just recommend if possible to offer more variety rather than only 3 menu ?. For overall, really satisfied & recommended hosp to others..???

Nice, airy and clean modern hospital. It was quite crowded at 9am today, 14 December 2020. Nurses and counter operators were friendly and very helpful. Just wondering why a large majority of the nurses in the light blue uniforms seem to be overweight or downright obese. Hospital management needs to look into this.

Dr Afiq, Dr Selvam give a very good services, advice. The treatment given is very excellent. All the nurses take a very good care. Really appreciate it as during pandemic, no family member can come and take care the patient. Recommend this hospital.

Delivered our baby twice here with the same gynae, Dr Silvam. We're very satisfied with his care and treatment. Very kind dr and so positive. Been recommending the same dr to our family and friends. My baby was warded for 6days. Dr Priya was really very helpful & very details, monitoring my baby very closely, even during weekends. Dr Jurina as my favourite dr, she very positive, firmly dan friendly to, what she said very clear n as a patient I’m very satisfied with him. Dr Raja, good to for me she a fast person 😅 but I’m ok with him to. It’s my second time meet him in Columbia. A good doctor to. Dr loy as a anaesthetist doctor on OT room 24/2/2021 n personally I recommend he as good doctor and nice with her experience, sociable, relax, make a patient calm.. I find it difficult to get a line every time I am warded, I have tried it 9 time from ER doctor before and it made me phobic actually.. but 23/2/2021 I tawakal with dr ER 😅 coz when warded I will ask the anesthetist doctor to insert the line.. So tqsm for all team in Columbia Puchong Hospital.. everything from food, facilities n overall it’s good for me 😊 maintain performance and always give another tiptop service and which weakly improve over time. This is my first experience at the hospital as an adult. Its very nice for Columbia Asia Puchong. All the staff here are friendly and very helpful. I like the vibe here. The food really good and healthy. Thank you very much to Dr. Paisal who finish my operation. He is very nice and so professional how he explain my problem and guide me from the first time i came until discharge. And just to mention nurse Fakhirah from the staff team. I think she is senior of the team because how she handle the patient difference from the other one. Very polite, soft spoken, good manners and very good girl. I like her hehe. Overall its very good to recommend for anyone.

A holistic improvement perhaps could be with the process of up inspecting and maintaining equipments such as wheel chairs as an example. Secondly, I also personally feel the overall admission/discharge process needs an update. The focus should be to reduce waiting time and manual intensive work by staffs.

Overall everything fine. We'll explained by doctors n nurses. Quite helpful and willing to go extra miles. The food was really good.

This is the 2nd time she treated me & am glad to see her again. Uma Devi - customer service are very caring & concern always want to ensure her staff give their best to patient. And she always smile & make me feel welcoming. Dr.Jurina - very firm but she is a good doctor and I believe in her and she will try her best to ensure I will be recovered from my sickness. Friendly hospital, friendly at the entrance not like some that approach rather hostile way, although understandable they try to be strict during the pandemic. It doesn't happen like that so far from the few times visited here though. Hopefully the friendliness and helpful practice stays the same way if not better.

I am really disappointed in this private obstetrics and gynecology hospital. The efficiency is very slow. Just this morning, my wife was diagnosed COVID-19 and couldn’t go out.. So I called your hospital to ask and find the one we went to follow up. Doctor, ask if there is any medicine to take or there are other ways. I called twice in the morning. Both times I said that the doctor has customers, so I have to wait. I don’t know when I wait. I want to ask. Hello I wan to ask you ? Does the situation take you a lot of time? Isn't my wife your customer? My wife is also pregnant.. Would you like to pause for a moment with the customers you have on hand? It's already afternoon, and there is no notice at all.. Is this kind of service attitude the service of your private hospital? It's okay.. just only one time 👎👎👎

I had an implant removal surgery at Columbia Asia Puchong. Dr. Khoo was my orthopaedic surgeon and the experience was wonderful. They thoroughly explained the procedure and the anaesthetist suggested a spinal injection that went smoothly. All the nurses were kind and patient. I'm happy to have stayed here for my surgery. The only drawback is the food. I'm sure they'll improve on that soon.

I want to share my superb 3day2 night experience here, day first arrive due to major leg injuries, first checkup was nicely done by nurse and my doctor Mr. Paisal immediately approach me and inform what will be done and so on. He was very professional, polite and experienced. He want to arrange for immediate operation but due to my leg size issue, they’ve to order custom metal for my leg i’ve to be warded for several days. On my operation day, talked with bius doctor forgot to ask his name but a guy (chinese if im not mistaken) he was very friendly!, well-explained regarding option of bius. I was crying at first but due to his politeness I feel very calm. And the operation was goes well with Dr. Paisal and team for about 2 and 1/2 hours. a bit complication screw can’t fit on my metal leg (sizing issue) but they manage to get it fixed. Dr. Paisal check on me every morning on my condition, on the last day physiotherapist team come and brief some exercises that i need to practice for this coming weeks. Before i check out Dr. Paisal come again and give me advice. As i thought earlier, he was very experienced. Overall stay was very nice, all those friendly nurses. Delicious and variety of food and environment was fully equipped. Customer care Ms. Uma was friendly too. Thank you so much for you gais outstanding support ! I came here to undergo scoping procedure by Gastroenterologist Dr Cheong Kuan Loong.I brought my wife for maternity checkup with Dr Raja Juhaidah O&G and all my 3 sons were delivered by her. Dr Wong Wei Yin has been our Paeditrician for all my kids. What I like most about here is the cafe.. They serve awesome foods. My favorite dish is fish and chips. Crispy and Succulent.. Cook to my liking 👍

My experience being warded here has been pleasant. The nurses are very polite and attentive. Always smiling and serving me happily. The customer care always come around asking how we're faring. Being admitted to hospital ofcoz is not an experience that you really want but CAHP did great to ease everything for me. Hospitality was great, registration process was smooth, good menu, cozy and clean ward. Dr Megat is a great asset in this hospital. He explained everything I need to know about tonsillectomy surgery and what to expect in the healing process. After the surgery he visit me in the ward 2/3 times a day for follow ups and making sure I’m getting better. Really appreciate his work and advices. Thank you very much Dr Megat and team. If you have any ENT issue, I highly recommend you to meet Dr Megat.

First time experience with Dr Jurina (internal medicine). Dr Megat (ENT) we had prior consultation many years ago. Both are really good doing their job. Properly explained on the situation and treatment. Nurses are all attentive and helpful. Food is okay. Customer service is good as well.

Dr Paisal helped to operate my broken tibia. Explained the whole process very well. Best of it is I was confident for the operation after his consultation. The nurses here are very helpful as well. Including the security guards they were helpful as well once I arrived at the lobby by carrying me in a wheelchair. Worth the price I paid for the whole medication.

The discharge process took quite long. Should improve on the process efficiency. Improve on Facilities for guardian e.g. Provide a comfortable chair in which to sleep at night. The doctors and nurses are superb.

Thanks to Dr Paisal for all consultation before n after surgery and the OT team for all your assistant during my laser treatment and Alhamdulillah it goes well. I really need to thank Dr Yong for giving clear explanations and advises to me. He did the surgery flawlessly too. Most nurses are great and experienced but unfortunately some have less experience and make mistakes. Hope they improve on that. Cleanliness and calling them when you need to are one of the best services they offer.

My first time in Colombia Asia. Overall food service need to be improvised. Smooth admission, be prepared for a lengthy discharge process. Dr. Priya is so cool. She doesn't simply give antibiotics unless necessary. She ensures we understand the available options and takes time to explain to her patient accordingly. Nurses are so gentle and Kid friendly! Great experience and a great stay here for the duration of my admission. Thanks to Dr. Khoo (Orthopaedic), probably the best Orthopaedist here in Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong, for the great treatment and diagnosis. The nurses here are great, well trained, helpful and attentive. The Customer Care Department are all very friendly as well. I just feel that probably this Hospital needs a 24 Hour Cafeteria and a convenient store just in case patients get hungry in the middle of the night. Also think that it is time for this branch to expand and upgrade since it was one of the first few Columbia Asia to be opened in Malaysia and for the time it is at now, it's pretty small for a hospital and lacking in Parking spots. Admitted for Cystoscopy, received treatment from Dr.Kulendran. Doctor whom is polite and explains in details. The Ward with room 67 is clean. Nurses and staff not only friendly but understanding and helpful..5 stars is the limitation in the review but 10 stars is definitely worth for the service provided. My first time in Columbia Asia Puchong. This hospital is not huge but sufficient for specialised treatments or consultations. Not too hard to find in Bandar Puteri Puchong, basement parking is limited though, but there’re valet parking on the ground floor near the entrance. It’s not hard to find the registration counter, once you got out of the lift, you are immediately at the lobby, take your number at the machine and wait for your turn. Like many private hospitals, you have to register before you meet your doctor or do your x-ray or etc. The service is fairly quick, the staff quite friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because I feel that their customer service in the departments could be better, and the facilities can be better maintained. I said this because the changing room door in the Radiology department is not secure, slightly broken, and the queue number machine at the lobby is stubborn, got to press the button a little harder to produce the number. Other than that, the hospital is clean, safe (masks are still required) and fairly quick in terms of waiting period.

Was admitted here for ENT and neurology related issue, and the two doctors who consulted me (Dr Subramaniam (ENT) and Dr Khoo (neurology) were extremely helpful. Their patient care, explanation and encouragement were spot on and I feel very comfortable with the tests, treatment and advise. The nurses were helpful, responsive and kind and I’d like to commend the physio department especially Jacelyn who were so helpful and encouraging during my physio session here. Thank you so much. It’s been a bummer to be diagnosed with the condition I have now but all of their advises and encouragement were so helpful, and I feel confident that I can go through this and onwards to a full recovery.

Everyone has given their best to give good service here, from my registration, ER service, the female and male nurse at ER was very kind and helpful in attending me. Also a credit to those nurses, student nurse and all staff working at ICU and room 87 on the night of 19.1.2023 are all friendly, cheerful, kind and treat me well. Dr Kulan is very passionate and kind in treating all his patients. Dr Loy is very friendly, welcoming and did a very gentle procedures during my presence at OT. Keep up the good service 👍👍👍

I was diagnosed with dengue and had a great experience here! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive from the emergency room all the way to the ward. Dr Dinesh from ER and Dr Cheong who was in charge on my case are both great doctors. All the nurses and staff (I didn't manage to get all their names) were also very prompt and it really eased the process of having to have a blood test taken daily. Overall, although I had to wait a bit for an available room, everyone here was amazing and I'm glad I came to this hospital :)

This is my very first time admitted to Columbia Asia Puchong. Initially I chosed it because it is very near my house. I have no regrets at all trying out this hospital. I was attended by Dr Muhammad and he is a very nice doctor. Always so soft spoken and clear with his explanations. I remember once I saw him downstairs at the the hospital lobby area. He was waiting for the lift. I approached him because earlier during his rounds I forgot to ask him something. He was so humble and kind to attend to me answering me my question lengthily even in the open. Thank you very much Dr Muhammad. I would also like to compliment all the nurses in MD3 for all their care n kindness in helping me make my 5 days stay a warmer n comfortable one here. They were all so sweet and responsive at the same time. Thank you all for making my admission here a very memorable one. One more compliment to their cafe. Good experience with Dr Tee, she is very nice and kind, able to give clear explanation, very polite. In terms of facilities all good, all nurses are responsive and helpful.I like how they control the temp room to make patient feel comfortable during the stay.

Both Dr Paisal and Dr Loy attended to me with great patience and care on my leg injury during my stay in Columbia Asia Puchong. Nurses in the ward were responsive and very helpful too. Thank you so much to look after me during my recovery.

The admission could have handled better. Overall admission and stay is acceptable. In room service, food and taste is out of expectation. Sound insulation could be improved, sounds from corridor and motorway are audible clearly. Nevertheless, Dr. Khoo.c.s was very attentive and patiently treating me, same goes to the caring nurses.

The staff nurses were friendly. MD2 had lots of patients than other ward i see 😌 but still it was fun to treat them

Registration staff not aware of the basic insurance company’s policy. Still accept RL more than 30 days even insurance company not accept it. This caused patient to wait more than 3 hours to get GL approved. By the time GL approved, hospital is already break for lunch time. Appointment at 2:30 with few patients waiting, but 2:50, doctor is still no where to be seen. Nurse informed to wait for 30 - 1 hour with excuses that the Doctor just went out for lunch. Due to staff is lack of information causing all process delayed and patient wating their time unnecessarily

Dr Khairullah, good doctor explain all option for treatment. Only problem very limited bed always waiting for admission more than 12 hours & sometime need to return next day, please expend your hospital to cater more patient . information board never update. waiting Q for single room for 5 days in other room at last discharge without getting single room as my eligibility

DrTing’S First time went to his Clinic then he refer mybaby columbia hospital everything he done for my baby .frist time to this doctor for my baby 10months old due to fever cough flu. Require for Test done xray,nebulizer as prescribed.. During this few days, doctor explaination good and soft spoken.. explain well the nurse really attentive, helpful and very good manner towards all parents including me. 😊 Environment clean and hygiene. Everything good

Dr Raja is a recommended O&G doc. She explained well and treat her patient nicely. I would like to thank her and Dr Aniza for explaining the procedures before and after surgery. They are very good at their jobs. I also want to thank all the nurses. They always take care of me and greet me with a smile.
